Family-friendly holiday rentals in Ubatuba

I love the beach where the cottage is located, it is peaceful, and Carlos' accommodation was a great experience! When we went, it wasn't very hot, so there weren't many insects and the weather was pleasant. For those who like to keep their feet in the sand, it's an incredible place to spend a few days. It would surely come back!

What a wonderful experience to spend the weekend at the house! My boyfriend and I were very well received by Flavia and her husband, a very nice couple, and Flavia made sure to help us with anything we needed. The house is breathtakingly beautiful and with a lot of attention to detail in the decoration. It feels like a family home. The bedroom and bathtub upstairs were a great plus and we were very comfortable. The proximity to the beach was sensational and being able to hear the waves breaking from the house was priceless! We highly recommend staying at this house and we will definitely return to take the family with us.

My partner and I had a wonderful time at Mel’s place. The home is beautiful and we had a very relaxing time. The kitchen is well stocked and we were able to make our own juices using the blender. We did walk to the beach which is a 35 minutes descent and a more challenging ascent back but feasible. The waterfalls were a fun adventure and close to the house. Mel was very responsive and helpful. The bath was a great feature and we also enjoyed laying in the hammocks!

8 days immersed in nature with comfort and safety! 10-star rating for the cleanliness of the house: for sheets/towels/blankets and new covers (we used them!)/kitchen utensils/deck/outdoor and indoor space... The view is incredible (from everywhere in the house!), the house is much better than in the photos, it has a unique and cozy decor! We cooked (it has everything!), we barbecued, we ordered delivery (recommended by Fabio), we had the presence of all the birds in the photos, toucan, squirrel... enjoying nature and the immensity of the sea from the deck is divine! Excellent wifi (we worked in meetings at one point, all 4 of us, and the Internet worked perfectly!). Fabio was always very present for any need (we spent beautiful days!) his prior guidance is essential: we used all the recommended paths to the beach (the walk is worth every minute), we went to the island in front, we played dominoes/bingo (which were available in the house), we used frescobol/beach chair/his sun guard! wait for us Fabio! we'll be back!

Our accommodation was wonderful. Super attentive and helpful Neide. Check in and check out super quiet. The clean, organized mto apartment, basic utensils, close to the beach and supermarkets. Leisure area in the mto boa condominium, with access to swimming pool, park and ice machine. We're already scheduling to go back and referring to friends.

Isabela was wonderful, answering all our thousands of questions. During the entire stay, it was extremely solicited. Roberta, who is the person who helps with housework, is a love. We love being with her. Prosa good, good service. Maria and Helena's food is very good!!! Now the house…. The house is much better than in the pictures. It can be a notion, but live the atmosphere is even bigger, there is absolutely nothing ugly in the house! Comfortable rooms, clean bathrooms, and on top of that, all beautiful. Impeccable decoration. We were in 24 people and everyone loved everything! Dream House Really!!! The Lazaro beach is beautiful, super quiet for the family with a child because there is no wave. We hope to come back more often! Thank you Isabela!

Jo is simply a fantastic person, a super hospitable host, with incredible care for guests. We have no words to describe the house, we were already delighted by the photos, but in person, there is no comparison. An incredibly beautiful, cozy, clean, organized environment. It is seen at first that every aspect of the house was thought out with affection. A wonderful blend of art, sea and nature. Perfect for those with children too, my son felt like he was playing in a treehouse inside the house itself. Our experience was wonderful, perfect house, super close to the beach, with walking access, a villa for those who like peace and really enjoy family company.

This house is such a special location, we loved staying in this architectural gem! The glass fronts offer stunning views over the sea, you are surrounded by the jungle-like nature and animals. The beaches nearby are absolutely stunning, just note that the food options in walkable distance are closed at night. We had a really wonderful, relaxed and quite time in Felix, exploring the neighborhood, surfing, hanging by the beach and of course enjoying our livingroom views! Also communication with the hosts was super smooth and quick and check-in was very easy, would 100% recommend staying here!

The stay at Elsa's place was excellent. The photos correspond to reality. All environments are large, very clean and nice . The furniture and utensils are in great condition, and the decoration is very tasteful. The condominium is very safe, and close to it has supermarkets, pharmacies and commerce in general. I, and my family are passionate about Lazaro beach, and the stay at Elsa's place helped us have a great experience.

Renata and Colin's place is an amazing getaway! The villa, super cozy and private, equipped with everything you need, is an invitation to take a break and slow down. The wi-fi works very well, there are no insects in the house (my biggest fear) and it was not difficult to go to the city (we had no car). It is a place where you have to accept to have contact with nature, make trail, dirty your shoes, listen to the river, so if this is your type of trip, you can go with faith!

We loved our stay in the condo! The house is super spacious, very bright and well equipped. The condominium is very beautiful and close to the beach. We were very well received and treated by Thiago, the person responsible for taking care of the place. In addition, Dalva, extremely helpful, was always on hand for any questions we had, making our arrival and stay peaceful! We are definitely thinking of returning on our next visit to Ubatuba.

This is our second time staying at Sandra's cottages, and once again, it was a great experience. The chalets are super comfortable, cozy and have everything you need to cook. Sandra is extremely friendly and always available to ask any questions. The neighborhood is very quiet, with markets, pizzerias and the Itamambuca beach very close by, allowing you to walk smoothly. We will definitely be back again and we recommend it to all our friends and family! 🫶🏻✨

The house is great, super spacious and very well located, it is less than a five-minute walk from Praia do Lázaro. It is perfect for those looking for space and practicality near the sea. Some details of the house need renovation, but nothing that disrupts the stay. Overall, it was a very positive experience. The owner, Flávio, is super kind, attentive and responds quickly, which made all the difference. I recommend the house.

Great stay, the apartment is just like the photos and the condominium is quiet. The only thing is the smell of mold in the closets, which is very strong, probably because it is closed for a long time, and also one of the single beds had loose wood and almost fell several times. Apart from these two points, I recommend it, very comfortable and cozy, perfect for those looking for peace close to nature.

The apartment is nice and quiet. It is close to the center and the most reserved beaches, by car. The site is the same as photos and descriptions, all instructions have been informed. We love our days at Airbnb.

We had a wonderful experience in this enchanting cottage in the middle of nature! The place is exactly what we were looking for: quiet, welcoming and with incredible energy. The cake cherry was the exclusive access to the waterfall that is just behind the chalet! a true gift from nature, perfect for relaxing and disconnecting. The hosts were absolutely amazing: super helpful, considerate and kind from the first contact to the end of their stay. We feel very welcome and welcome. The only observation is about the internet, which is a little unstable, but considering that the chalet is in the middle of the Atlantic Forest, this was already expected and did not even disturb our experience. In fact, it turned out to be a good reason to disconnect from the world and enjoy the present moment even more. I recommend with closed eyes for those seeking rest, nature and a special touch of hospitality!
