Super nice. A beautiful garden with plants and stones typical of the Atlantic forest surrounds the house. There is a fresh water shower hidden among the plants, ideal for after the beach. The large windows ensure good ventilation and bring the green inside. The design is clean and rustic, very tasteful, very fluid, spacious. The kitchen is open and the rooms are comfortable. There is a small office in case you need to work. The balcony is spacious and ideal for enjoying the sunsets, thrushes and tangers that appear to eat papaya. Praia Vermelha is a 2-minute walk, Tenório is 3 minutes away. 15 minutes' walk to a bakery, market, pharmacy. 30 minutes to a bar, restaurant. We spent a very quiet week with the family. If you like the Atlantic forest, simplicity and beautiful beaches, Carolina's house is perfect. We hope to come back.

Romain's house was the perfect place for our stay in Picinguaba. In the left corner of the beach, the house is isolated from the center of the village and you feel alone in nature. From the huge wooden balcony, you can see a beautiful view of the other end of the beach and the entire neighboring stretch of the São Paulo coast, as well as the Serras do Mar and Bocaina on the horizon. The house was impeccably clean, the furniture and kitchen utensils well maintained. Romain was still super helpful and quick to respond, even from afar, and the people responsible for the house (Gal and Cacau) were friendly and helpful at check-in and check-out. The house still has access to a charming and delightful stone beach for relaxing away from human presence. We'll be back more often for sure!

The stay was great, starting with all the support from Lúcia, who was super attentive from the beginning of the contact. Great house, everything is clean and the view from the house to the beach is spectacular, location close to the market, bakery, restaurants. Everything was very good. I thank Lúcia for the support and flexibility in check-in and check-out as well. We'll definitely be back.

We loved our stay in this paradise on earth. The house is perfect for those who want to sleep and wake up to the sound of the sea. Indescribable feeling of peace and comfort, because the bed, bedding, pillows, towels, everything was very clean and of high quality. The details that make the difference in a stay. What a wonderful experience to spend the weekend at the house! My boyfriend and I were very well received by Flavia and her husband, a very nice couple, and Flavia made sure to help us with anything we needed. The house is breathtakingly beautiful and with a lot of attention to detail in the decoration. It feels like a family home. The bedroom and bathtub upstairs were a great plus and we were very comfortable. The proximity to the beach was sensational and being able to hear the waves breaking from the house was priceless! We highly recommend staying at this house and we will definitely return to take the family with us.

I thought it was excellent for a short stay (if you have small children, the place might be relatively small). the place is very close to the beach and easy to access. quiet beach and the view is beautiful ( get ready for stairs, but, it's worth it).
