Belo Espaço for those who want a place with easy access to the beach and the tranquility, André was very good at answering all questions. Well located and very clean the place, I will come back more often. Only for watching the host, one of the lights in the balcony area was short, blinking a lot. But apart from that, I recommend 1000 times the space offered by them.

The best apartment we've ever stayed in Ubatuba

I had a great stay at the apartment! The space is very cozy, well equipped and exactly as described in the listing. The TV with multiple channels and the internet of great quality. The condominium has a great pool and a heated pool, which makes a difference on rainy days. Great location, very close to the beach and several shops. In addition, the host was very attentive and always available for any questions.

Our stay at Thais' apartment was great... the apartment was as it appeared in the photos, communication with the hosts was quick and accessible... The location is great, by the sea, with several kiosks and a supermarket nearby… my family and I will stay again..

Excellent location, both for arrival and access next to the entrance. Beach, pedestrian strip and kiosk in front of the condominium, well attended and safe, bakery, supermarket, pizzeria, nearby and of excellent quality. Very attentive concierge. I already miss him.

The location is wonderful, right in front of the beach and in the best location. The accommodation is true to the photos, well spacious. I only had the bad luck of going to the beach on a very busy date. But from the very good general, I will come back more often at another opportunity.

The house is simply fantastic, it had everything, there was nothing missing, the location is excellent and the view of the house is surreal, very quiet condominium, a lot of peace and tranquility, something that we did not find elsewhere. Raquel was a great host. 10/10 experience🌟 All the ACs were working, we had a barbecue and we had no problems, we followed the guidelines to close all the windows. No one wanted to leave, it was 4 wonderful days. 🩵 Bring repellent and soap to the rooms. The soap is not a criticism, because the ad does not promise, it is just a reminder, because we thought there would be and we went out to buy. The market is close, but you can't go on foot. It rained one day and there was a little infiltration in the bedroom on the right of the second floor, we put a cloth and we had no problem. We recommend it and will be back. Thank you very much Raquel and Karina! Ah Karina was very helpful and friendly when we arrived at the house.

We had an unforgettable experience! The house was the venue for a surf retreat we organized, and it couldn't have been better! The space provided everything we needed to carry out the activities, meals, moments of relaxation and rest. All this is a 5-minute walk from the beach. The house is beautiful and comfortable, immersed in nature (we had a view of birds every morning😍). We really felt at home. Afonso was very attentive and made us feel totally at ease. I recommend the space for everyone, whether for events like ours, or for those who just want a home while they're away from home.

Roberto and Ana were great! The village met us in all the demands. We had an unforeseen event with electricity, but they got a professional who attended us even though it was a holiday. It would be interesting if they could improve the toilet of the edicle by placing a boxing. With the curtain the water leaks outwards. The Bathroom of the Pool is great, although the shower is burned, it broke a branch for the class.

Our stay in Paraty was simply wonderful, and much of that is due to the incredible house where we stayed. The house is exactly as in the photos - or even more beautiful in person! Very well decorated, modern, with spacious, comfortable and charming environments. Everything was impeccably clean and organized, with a very welcoming energy. The structure of the house provided us with very pleasant moments of rest and socializing. Every detail has been carefully thought out, from the lighting to the utensils available. We really feel at home, with all the comforts we could wish for. The host was attentive, helpful and very kind throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. Undoubtedly, it was one of the best accommodations we've ever had on Airbnb. We strongly recommend and look forward to coming back soon!

The house manages to be even more beautiful in person! We had an easy time arriving at the house with Aline's instructions, we arrived the night and it was quiet. It has a lot of blankets because it's really cold at night. The kitchen is well equipped and I felt at home being able to cook and barbecue at the balcony barbecue. The jacuzzi is wonderful we use it every night and our 2 year old daughter loved it! Clean bathrooms, hot showers. At the back of the house there is a land that we can access with a river that makes a very tasty noise and the view is beautiful. We went to the river to see close but I recommend going with repellents because the mosquitoes attack (inside the house not). It has a smart tv with several channels and the internet works very well. The only negative point that it is not the fault of the hostess is that in the same deserted street there are many cars and motorcycles at night (people traveling), so there is noise, but nothing that is serious. We would definitely go back to the house! Very perfect!

We had a great stay at the Lais property. The Coverage is much more cozy and beautiful than the photos suggest. Decoration of great taste other than the property has all kinds of utensils you may need and everything in state again. We love the comfort, the charm of this property and especially the spectacular view of the beach. As for the host has helped us a lot with precious tips from the area, I hope to come back again. The condominium has a leisure area with a soap pool. Gratidão Lais for providing us with wonderful days in your coverage.

Apartment in a great condominium, close to Guarany Street, where the best restaurants and shops in the central region of Ubatuba are located. The condominium is great, very safe and with many leisure options, my family and I like it very much and we will definitely return. Special mention to Neia, who welcomed us very well and helped us with the check-in.

Above expectations! The apartment is well above the level we have in Ubatuba. Two great suites, very good living room, kitchen and balcony. New and working equipment. Great level Resort Structure!
