Check in and out flexible. About 7-10 minutes from the beach on foot. Pool and wonderful view. Unique experience! We will definitely return

The house is beautiful and has a smart architecture, providing spaces for both conviviality and rest - not to mention that it is very close to the beach. The kitchen is complete with several utensils and appliances, which was very welcome to our group that had children. Erika was very kind and proactive throughout our stay. Our stay at Casa Tiê was amazing! The house is beautiful, new and super charming! It had everything we needed and the description of the listing was faithful to what we found there! Full of whimsical details and impeccable cleanliness. The place in the middle of the forest is unique! Super quiet for rest days. Mateus was helpful and proactive at the reception. This house is such a special location, we loved staying in this architectural gem! The glass fronts offer stunning views over the sea, you are surrounded by the jungle-like nature and animals. The beaches nearby are absolutely stunning, just note that the food options in walkable distance are closed at night. We had a really wonderful, relaxed and quite time in Felix, exploring the neighborhood, surfing, hanging by the beach and of course enjoying our livingroom views! Also communication with the hosts was super smooth and quick and check-in was very easy, would 100% recommend staying here!

Romain's house was the perfect place for our stay in Picinguaba. In the left corner of the beach, the house is isolated from the center of the village and you feel alone in nature. From the huge wooden balcony, you can see a beautiful view of the other end of the beach and the entire neighboring stretch of the São Paulo coast, as well as the Serras do Mar and Bocaina on the horizon. The house was impeccably clean, the furniture and kitchen utensils well maintained. Romain was still super helpful and quick to respond, even from afar, and the people responsible for the house (Gal and Cacau) were friendly and helpful at check-in and check-out. The house still has access to a charming and delightful stone beach for relaxing away from human presence. We'll be back more often for sure!

We loved our stay in this paradise on earth. The house is perfect for those who want to sleep and wake up to the sound of the sea. Indescribable feeling of peace and comfort, because the bed, bedding, pillows, towels, everything was very clean and of high quality. The details that make the difference in a stay. Check-in without any problems, super easy to find and communicate, really impeccable!! I'm already getting ready to go back. If you love nature, this is the place!

What a wonderful experience to spend the weekend at the house! My boyfriend and I were very well received by Flavia and her husband, a very nice couple, and Flavia made sure to help us with anything we needed. The house is breathtakingly beautiful and with a lot of attention to detail in the decoration. It feels like a family home. The bedroom and bathtub upstairs were a great plus and we were very comfortable. The proximity to the beach was sensational and being able to hear the waves breaking from the house was priceless! We highly recommend staying at this house and we will definitely return to take the family with us.

8 days immersed in nature with comfort and safety! 10-star rating for the cleanliness of the house: for sheets/towels/blankets and new covers (we used them!)/kitchen utensils/deck/outdoor and indoor space... The view is incredible (from everywhere in the house!), the house is much better than in the photos, it has a unique and cozy decor! We cooked (it has everything!), we barbecued, we ordered delivery (recommended by Fabio), we had the presence of all the birds in the photos, toucan, squirrel... enjoying nature and the immensity of the sea from the deck is divine! Excellent wifi (we worked in meetings at one point, all 4 of us, and the Internet worked perfectly!). Fabio was always very present for any need (we spent beautiful days!) his prior guidance is essential: we used all the recommended paths to the beach (the walk is worth every minute), we went to the island in front, we played dominoes/bingo (which were available in the house), we used frescobol/beach chair/his sun guard! wait for us Fabio! we'll be back!

A true paradise... For those seeking rest and peace, this is the place, we intend to return for sure. The cottage is very suitable for a couple, rustic, beautiful and with everything that is necessary for a few days. Lucas and Renata are incredible hosts, they have a kiosk next door that is worth visiting, the dishes and drinks are wonderful, not to mention the kindness of them and their employees. It's worth living this experience!

The stay was great, starting with all the support from Lúcia, who was super attentive from the beginning of the contact. Great house, everything is clean and the view from the house to the beach is spectacular, location close to the market, bakery, restaurants. Everything was very good. I thank Lúcia for the support and flexibility in check-in and check-out as well. We'll definitely be back.

The place is amazing, we had a little problem with rainwater entering the second floor but otherwise it was all perfect, the hosts are extremely friendly and responded to all my messages quickly! In the end is well worth it if you like a Boa Vista, a good location for the beaches beyond the very nice and cozy space! I hope to return some day

It was me ,husband and son😊 We arrived before the time and the Maicon(Renata's husband) received us very sympathetic. To arrive at home,he took us by boat(in less than 1 minute rs) but also possible on the trail walking for (8 minutes approx)The beauty of the place swear,not described by the photos!The house was built literally on top of the rocks.Dorm and wake up listening to the sound of the sea so close to the therapeutic one.A balcony and huge deck with lots of sun and stairs for simply a dip in the natural aquarium with several species of fish , Yesmmmm the backyard is the sea🤩We had the luck of clear nights and the moon was a spectacular part of 🙏🏼Everything very clean,in the house has everything you need to have days of peace and comfort.Ahhh without mentioning the accessibility for walks on the famous islands of the region(Island of cabbages and pigs)Including I would like to make the tour of the Island of the pigs with the Maicon ,and to close Picinguaba is 36 km from Paraty,we enjoy the night of là reco, we😊 will soon return🙏

Attention and care in every detail. Immediate contact that gave us a lot of security throughout the stay. It was cold and the fireplace, as well as the room heater, kept us warm throughout the period. :) An unusual gift: seasonal vegetables and legumes from a local organic garden! Those gifts that make the soul happy. :) Oh, and yes! Very clean and cozy!!!

Our stay at Hilda's place was simply amazing! The house is beautiful, very well equipped and surrounded by nature, on a plot with spectacular sea views. Everything there conveys comfort and peace, exactly what is expected of a beach house. We feel safe and enjoy every dawn, waking up early to watch the sun rise in the ocean. One of the highlights was the direct access from the terrain to the rocks by the sea, from where we could admire the waves and the sunrise. Hilda was a great host, always attentive and agile in answering any question, which made us feel very well taken care of. And Emerson, who takes care of the house, always welcomed us with a smile and even gave us fresh bananas! It was a shame our stay was short, because we would have stayed longer! Not only do we highly recommend to those who want to stay close to Itamambuca beach, but we will definitely return one day.

Amazing place and in a part of Ubatuba near the city and the most beautiful beaches. Not to mention the peace that is in the region. Clean, practical and functional place. Simone did everything to help, even lent a cooler. I highly recommend it
