Our stay at Milton's apartment was great, the place is impeccable, clean and organized. we feel super comfortable. very close to Enseada beach, which is quiet for those who have a child. super recommend.

Dani, received us super well, gave us several cool tips. The apartment is spacious, well equipped, with a good location. But some things were poorly washed, for example: airfley had food residue, the cutlery was poorly washed, the blankets with a strong smell of sweat, and the rooms smelling of mold. Me and my husband washed everything, including the blankets, we couldn't use them the way they were. But this did not disrupt our hosting in any way. It was incredible days!! I believe that if you do a good cleaning in the apartment it will be impeccable.

Our stay at Thais' apartment was great... the apartment was as it appeared in the photos, communication with the hosts was quick and accessible... The location is great, by the sea, with several kiosks and a supermarket nearby… my family and I will stay again..

Super nice apartment!!! The heated pool is a plus, since it was a little cold. The neighborhood is quiet, and there is a huge square in front, with well-kept grass, making it easy to walk with dogs. The kitchen is well equipped. Gabi sent all the instructions before we entered, and we were greeted with shampoo/conditioner/liquid soap in the bathrooms, and a treat! I highly recommend the apartment and the hostess!!

Great apartment! It's on the main street of the city, you can do everything on foot. There is a lot of movement at night, but nothing absurd, you can sleep peacefully. Comfortable bed, good-sized bathroom and shower with good pressure. Communication with Newton is very good, he always responds promptly and is very kind. I'll come back more often!!!!

Excellent apartment. We took our five-month-old baby and felt at home. Quiet and very well-equipped place, with all the necessary items for cooking, gourmet barbecue, air conditioning and a warm shower. Good location: 6 min walk from Toninhas beach, we don't even need to take the car out of the garage, just to go to the downtown that is 15 min away by car. We recommend this accommodation for those seeking comfort and practicality.

I absolutely adored my stay! The airbnb was so cozy and welcoming, the decor gives such a peaceful vibe. The outside patio area is perhaps the most stunning place to just relax, read book, or enjoy a meal at the table. I booked this place to celebrate my 25th birthday with a solo trip. Safety, comfort, and the location were my biggest priorities and this place delivered above and beyond my expectations on all three. Dona Nice helped me the check-in and check-out and she is the most lovely and kind person. She was so flexible and helpful when I explained that I'd be arriving later than expected. Great communication and hospitality!! I am definitely planning on coming again because I adored exploring Ubatuba and getting to come back to such a beautiful and relaxing place at the end of the day. I'm so glad that I spent the weekend here, this has definitely been my favorite airbnb stay! Thank you so much :)

Wonderful apartment, everything perfect, brand new as advertised... Markets and restaurant close to the place... only the deck at the top was under maintenance, but you could use the pool normally... Samantha always responded quickly... we thank you and will be back soon

The stay in Thalita's apartment was perfect! I will definitely stay again on a future visit to Ubatuba. The condominium is quite complete and well located, with several amenities in case you have days that are not conducive to the beach. The apartment is exactly as in the photos, only I did not pay attention to the details of the bed linen and blankets, but that did not prevent the good use. Due to the low season in which I went, the apartment had a little bad smell, but nothing too impactful, and it passed by letting the air air a little. The air conditioning works perfectly, as well as the kitchen utensils. The water is very warm, but you have to leave it on for a few minutes to heat up, and it doesn't have much pressure. The host was ultra fast and solicitous in all communication, and gave accurate instructions.

I highly recommend Leticia's apartment. The location is great, the apartment is fully equipped and Leticia and Jerussa are wonderful hosts. I loved my stay and can't wait to stay there again 🖤✨

Great experience, clean apartment, exactly like the photos. The common areas of the condominium are also great. Since it was raining, we took full advantage of the heated pool!
