The stay in the house was excellent, we were in 12 people and the space of the house with the wide area that It fits all three cars is plenty of space for our comfort. The house had everything we needed utensils, bathroom and showers all in full operation! The host was super attentive to our comfort and came to greet us to give us the keys and show the house. The location of the house , close to the main beaches and tour in the islands and Parati is trindade!!! Super recommend the house!!! It was wonderful !

Wonderful is the name for this inn. Everything starts with the easy access location. I did not find it far from the center for those who go by car, on foot really and a little far away. But the neighborhood is super quiet. The housekeeper who received us was super attentive. The house really is a luxury, it starts with the locks of the modern house and everything digital. The PRIVATE pool is my darling, I LOVED VERY MUCH ❤️ The whole house equipped, with everything you need to live in it if it was the case. I loved the bed too, I found it super comfortable. In addition to everything clean and organized. The bathroom with a wonderful shower. Sofa was my husband's darling. It really is very comfortable, a delight to relax, the wish was not to leave this house ever again. We will definitely go back and take our whole family. The host was amazing and gave us all super fast support whenever it was triggered by us. I miss this stay, my husband did not stop talking from there around us rsrs 🤗🤗🤗

Paulo is a great host, responds quickly and gave all necessary instructions so that we could access the house with peace of mind. The whole house is equipped, it was very clean and the place is very quiet and quiet. The swimming pool is shared with the three houses that are twinned, I had not noticed this when renting.

I went to spend the carnival in Ubatuba with my family, we were in 9 people (3 couples and my wife's family). We were looking for a house with a good location, which would allow us to do things on foot and that meet the need of everyone, both in comfort, hygiene and practicality and the house served us perfectly. Airy house, comfortable, fresh, all-equipped, with barbecue grill, several bathrooms and all air-conditioned bedrooms, seriously, nothing to complain about. And what to say about Reinaldo and Denise, spectacular people, great hosts… were waiting for us on arrival, they were welcoming, we gave several tips about the city, tips about the beaches, about the tours. In the days we were there, it was my wife's birthday and Denise on readiness referred me to local bakers as I wanted to order a cake for the birthday. Anyway, this space is small to describe the spectacular experience we had in this house. I hope to return soon.

Tinko's house is full of personality, space and natural lighting. Excellent location in the middle of nature in a quiet and safe place. Very good for days of rest and contemplation!

It was 3 perfect days, waking up with the birds singing was what I loved most, the place is extremely quiet, the impeccable cleanliness and the attention of Mr. Odair makes all the difference, we went to the beach on foot, very quiet and safe place! You deserve congratulations!

Paulo is always a great host and access to the house is very easy and safe. Despite everything being excellent, the surroundings and neighbors, even if they don't mean to, can see into the apartments and make a lot of noise. Our stay was wonderful, the house is really and even better than it shows in the photos... everything was very clean and impeccable, Celia is a lovely person, very helpful and pleasant... We'll be back soon!

Thomas is a very attentive and helpful person. We had an unfortunate event with the lack of a refrigerator (because the one it had broke) and thomas was ready to solve it, rented one and was always present in the service to help with doubts and problems. Beautiful house, quite large, but a little far from the beach (about 4 blocks) and no functional garage (which is a problem only when it rains).

Excellent accommodation for couples! The cabin is identical to the photos, with an incredible view, a super well-equipped kitchen and a great host, who answered all our questions and gave us a complete guide to what we should bring, how to find the chalet and more. The waterfalls on the property are beautiful and the trails are quiet to walk on. Super comfortable bed and the spa is definitely the highlight of the accommodation! We already have plans to return in the summer to enjoy it even more.

The house is spectacular! The location then, there is no talk! It would be impossible to have more feet in the sand than that. Quality towels and bedding, pressurized showers, all extremely clean, airy house with wonderful architecture. Fábio (the local caretaker) and Kellen, welcomed us very well, cooked wonderful dishes for us, Manoel Carlos' soap opera breakfasts, caipirinhas, pizza, fish, portions on the beach, cooler with ice, went to the market, ordered iFood… seriously… the service was surreal. I also extend a special thank you to Kimberly, who took care of the cleaning and won over the young children in the group by being so attentive to them. All very friendly and proactive! We left already wanting to go back!! I highly recommend it, but get ready to raise the bar of the Airbnbs you frequent lol

The house is in the middle of a forest, with an incredible look and the relaxing sound of a waterfall in the background. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed and bed linen are comfortable, and the space around the house is beautiful, with several trails to explore. The only thing that bothered a little was the insects that entered the house due to faults in the fence of the doors and windows. It wasn't something that would keep us from renting the house again, but it could be quite uncomfortable. We thought it was something simple to solve for the owners. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

The house is very good, very nice, spacious..... Five stars easily, the location is also very good, close to some waterfalls and many beaches. I only missed a water filter in the house, a washing machine and new bed linen, the rest is a 10 as well as the host.
