Condominium House - Pedra Verde, Lázaro, Ubatuba

We were very pleased with the stay in Rayssa's place! I was well oriented at all times, we kept in touch by phone and she gave me Luciana's contact - who is the person who takes care of the house and lives in the area. Luciana was excellent at all times! Always open when we needed it. The cleanliness of the house is IMPECCABLE. No dust, no dirty glass and absolutely no spiderweb - even though the house is very close to the forest. The house has all the infrastructure you need to enjoy Ubatuba in comfort. All appliances working perfectly. Cool refrigerators. Big and good stove. Ares Conditioning in all rooms and super powerful. Pool is beautiful, it has lights. The TV is state-of-the-art. The grill is a good grill. I even rolled a sauna! It's a home I'll come back to more often for sure! It was a nice surprise

I highly recommend it for those looking for tranquility and privacy. And most importantly, a lot of contact with nature and everything it provides, from the sound of birds, the sound of rain on the leaves (white noises that we seek in apps for relaxation), to the presence of bees, ants and mosquitoes. You have to like immersion in nature and respect it. We went with two little dogs who had a lot of fun. Andressa welcomed us with all the support for luggage and transfers, treated us throughout the stay as if we were at home. Quiet sea and beach with little movement. We brought food to prepare in the cottage because we like to cook. But there's the restaurant that offers a variety of meal options. It was really worth it, even with the January rain.

Dá para ver muitas espécies de pássaros , animais silvestres . Muita tranquilidade, segurança 24/hs, salva vidas na praia, mar calmo, perfeito para crianças e para esportes marítimos. No verão 1 deck flutuante fica no mar, dele da pra ver tartarugas passeando. Acima 6 hóspedes é cobrada diária extra

CASA DO MIZUCA UBATUBA NORTH COAST

Sobrado Amplo, bem arejado, utensílios de cozinha . Varanda grande, churrasqueira ampla , jardim, tv smart , garagem pra 4 carros, vizinhos são moradores ... Rua ampla, , local bom pra dormir, afastado do barulho do centro, porém é bem próximo. Ubatuba , precisa de carro ,bpra ir às praias mesmo, se quiser explorar as mais belas... Comércio com preço bom na região, padaria , farmácia, mercado a 1km com caixa eletrônico. wi fi , garagem com portão automático. Rua não alaga, e não tem lama . 🪴

Casinha caiçara, painted and revived, facing the sunrise, total terrain 300 m2, background for reserve of the Atlantic Forest, close to the beaches, private street, quiet and safe. Outdoor shower and shower, herbal garden, fruit trees. Easy access, no stairs, garage, two bedrooms, large bathroom with grab bar, bathroom, wifi, fans, tasting space. The house is a grace, very clean and organized ! It even has washing machine helped us so much.The host Rogério is super kind and helpful and helped us a lot so that everything went perfect in our lodging! The house is close to several waterfalls of Paraty and has a beautiful view of the mountains.

We had a great stay. House with a wonderful view, well planned, comfortable with everything we need. We hired Sarah's service that we were referred to and loved it! In addition to being super polite, kind, cooks divinely!!! We will definitely be back soon!

I love the beach where the cottage is located, it is peaceful, and Carlos' accommodation was a great experience! When we went, it wasn't very hot, so there weren't many insects and the weather was pleasant. For those who like to keep their feet in the sand, it's an incredible place to spend a few days. It would surely come back!
