A casa possui 5 quartos sendo: 4 suítes com ar condicionado e Smart TV e um quarto com 1 beliche, além de uma piscina de borda infinita, sauna úmida com paredes em vidro e saída para piscina, área da churrasqueira e uma cervejeira. Beach house with wonderful view, 18 steps from the water. At the meeting of the sea and the Atlantic Forest. Quiet and private corner of the bay and at the same time a few minutes' walk to Almada beach. Arrival is by boat transfer (5 minutes). A wonderful arrival appropriate for the location. It is also possible to reach 150m with a 4x4 vehicle (not so romantic). By the trail, (20 min) from Almada beach, you arrive at the rest. Arrival only during the day!

Incredible place. The location of the house is invaluable. Less than a minute walk to the beach. Spacious, large, pool, grill, everything you could want. Cicinha was very helpful, always helpful. They also helped us process the San Pablo - Itamambuca transfer. Thank you very much!

We spent wonderful days at Sylvia's house! The house is exactly as shown in the photos, super equipped, privileged location. We were not lucky with the weather, but even so, due to the structure of the house, we were able to enjoy it a lot! Special thanks to Ze Bolacha and Camila for all the hospitality and help on the days we were at the house. We will definitely be coming back!

The days we stayed at the ranch have been great! Simple and very quiet place, perfect for those looking to get out of the city's running routine. A few meters from the shipyard beach, which has quiet sea and very nice temperature water. We were greeted by Mayara, who throughout her stay was thoughtful and polite.

A movie house!!!! It is a beauty for its surroundings for its views and proximity to its beach ( with grass and trees and with some white sands and a water in which you could see your feet) The heated pool is impeccable in its cleanliness and temperature. You have the lounge chairs available, the ice cream shop to take to the beach, and 2 spectacular kayaks to use. It is almost impossible to describe what that house is in a few lines…. Everything I write is little, it has everything to cook and make your stay memorable. Thank you Aline for your kindness and attention and for letting us enjoy your home. Sure we will come back or recommend friends to keep it in mind. Don't miss a few days in this movie house!!!!
