Family-friendly holiday rentals in São Paulo

We went as 7 people, we stayed a week and spent very pleasant days, even with cold and some rainy days we enjoyed the stay a lot, it has a very good indoor space, a very comfortable large TV room and a great kitchen and barbecue. For those who go with pets, it's also really nice because the house is all fenced in, and my dog loved being able to run around the grassy outside area. Host Rodrigo is also very attentive and responds super fast.

We had a great experience! The chalet is very spacious and comfortable, with a lot of privacy…beautiful view! Cafe Breakfast is very well served. I highly recommend it for a peaceful and quiet weekend.

Great for those who need to stay to do something in the area. In my case, I stayed to go to a concert at Vibra SP and it was amazing! Uber is super affordable (both on the way there and back) and there is a bus that stops in front of the apartment and drops you off next to the concert hall. Regarding the environment: it is super comfortable, equipped and was very clean. The parking lot also helps out, as it was one of the few options I found on Airbnb with a space included and at a good price! The whole stay was very peaceful and we had no problems. Marcelo is also super friendly and responded quickly to the question we had.

After 10 years of living in São Paulo, our family spent our final week at Mary’s place — and we couldn’t have asked for a better way to end our time here. Her home was perfectly equipped with everything we needed, making us feel completely at ease, just like being in our own home. The bedding was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the large washer and dryer were incredibly convenient. We also loved being within walking distance of great restaurants and bakeries, and getting around the city by Uber was quick and easy. All in all, it was a far more comfortable experience than staying at a hotel, and we’re truly grateful to have found such a wonderful place to spend our last week. Thanks to this lovely stay, we leave São Paulo with warm and lasting memories.

João's inn is super charming! As my wife said, "Everything here has a repertoire." It's a great place to relax - and for those who have a dog, it's really worth it. João has three super polite friends who make great company for your pet. Not to mention the region where the inn is located, which is so quiet that it seems like we've gone deaf... This is a relief for those who live in the hustle and bustle of the city.

We love it! Second time we've stayed at the house. The house is so beautiful, in the middle of nature, everything integrated! Very good for relaxing and disconnecting from everything.

It's really cool!! I highly recommend it! Close to Serra Negra and Monte Alegre do Sul, it's also great! The cottage is perfect, it has two double beds, 2 bathrooms, fireplace (bring firewood, it is amazing)

Very well-equipped house in a region far enough from the center to have tranquility and close enough for us to go to the center on foot. In less than 7 minutes on foot we were in the city center. Great location. The view is very beautiful and the house is functional. One of the rooms is quite open, which gives a lot of connection with nature.

The vibrations, whether of nature, of decoration, of the organization, or by the people who attended or frequented the house, influence the energy of the house. The choice of site to build the house and share, was strategically planned. The house is in a privileged position, the entrance is at the foot of the famous Pedra do Baú with all its splendor. The back of the house there is a deck that covers the entire area. Place to contemplate the immense, stunning valley with an enveloping dawn formed with enigmatic fogs. At dusk, it is dazzled by the magnificent sunset with its colors that shine and color the whole valley. When night comes, the sky with its stars and constellations sparkle in infinity. The living room with fireplace for good prose, is combined with the kitchen. The rooms stand out for the coziness and the pleasant shower. Thanks, Teka!

The place is a delicacy, well organized, clean, with everything we need, with practically beside bakery, market and pharmacy very close by, we will be back for sure!

Quiet place, very cozy and very quiet; I felt at home. There is a snack bar right on the corner, which helps a lot so you don't have to walk far to buy food. Everything was very clean and organized, congratulations to the hosts.

We liked it very much! It was me, my wife and my 5-year-old daughter and everything worked out. Very comfortable for the three of us. I hope to come back again.

Best Airbnb I've ever stayed in! The apartment is more beautiful than in the photos, the location is excellent, close to the subway, next to the building there is a supermarket and a bakery, you can walk to the Dengo factory. José Roberto really is a super host, he met all our requests with great attention. I will return to São Paulo in October and I will definitely stay there again

Spacious apartment and, although integrated, it has well-separated environments, kitchen, living room/TV, large bed and a balcony that has a small table for up to 4 people and a desk with a comfortable work chair. The hosts left some treats that, in addition to showing attention and care for the guest, make all the difference for those who arrive tired and with a busy routine. The apartment has a 25-meter heated pool on the ground floor, with a gym and sauna, and another smaller pool on the rooftop with an excellent view. The highlight of the location is the proximity (5 min walk) to the Morumbi and Market Place malls.

Always my first choice when going to SP. I feel at home and with everything close, apart from the ease of getting around. Jean is always very friendly and attentive, an excellent host.

The place is very well located, and has all the amenities of the listing. Paulo is very attentive!

My stay was great. It was the second time I stayed at the property and I have nothing to complain about.
