I'm speechless to describe this trip! Daniel, a unique person, became a friend, welcomed us very well, very attentive, very helpful, we really felt at home! Cozy place, wonderful views, very well-equipped and complete house, we will definitely return!

We had a wonderful stay! Space is exactly as described — clean, well decorated and very comfortable. The location is excellent, with easy access. The host was super attentive and helpful throughout the stay, always available to ask questions and give good recommendations. We would definitely go back and recommend it to everyone looking for a pleasant stay in the area!

Very beautiful house, very good space, sensational view and everything with total privacy of the place. The cat is very docile, even for those who don't like cats, they would like this one The only feedback is about the hot water in the whirlpool, as it did not heat up as it should - or as expected, and in the cold, hot water is almost indispensable. The caretaker Rafael was very helpful and attentive to the setbacks I had.

Fernando's studio is excellent! The location is very good. Everything is very well planned for a good stay. The bed is super comfortable. But really the highlight is the hot tub, which in addition to being a delight, also has a simply wonderful view!

We had an amazing time, we got to relax and spend time with our relatives that we haven't seen in 25 years so the place made it extra special. Dona Cida and seu Belchior, no words to describe them, we actually became friends and will definitely come back. I highly recommend this airbnb. Amazing apartment!! You must stay at least once!

Bruno’s place was spectacular and truly one-of-a-kind. Secluded from the buzz of town, it was the perfect place to unplug, recharge, and integrate after a big trek. The ladder into the ocean made for refreshing morning dips—more of a cold plunge than a swimming hole. The space was clean, and Bruno’s instructions and tips were helpful. It’s a true nature-immersed cottage, so expect some bugs and sea-air-soaked linens. If you're after a pristine resort, this isn’t it—but after camping, we were so grateful for a soft bed and warm shower. WiFi worked great, and Bruno was quick to respond. The road in is rugged—we were glad to have an SUV. Expect 20 minutes on a rough, rocky path from downtown Ubatuba. The remoteness made it less convenient to get into town, but we didn’t mind. Overall, a restorative and memorable stay. We’d absolutely return.

Buda do Lagoa is a dream. Located on the magical hill in front of Rosa beach, with a beautiful view of the sea. The house is beautifully designed, keeping the elements of nature, and being there conveys a deep sense of peace. You sleep on the balcony with the sound of the waves. A few minutes from the beach and the downtown. Ezequiel and Ana were super careful and cooperative, and Ivonne was a very nice person, she helped a lot with the cleaning and brought a great energy. 10/10 recommendation, wonderful experience.

One of the coolest experiences I've had on airbnb. When we arrived we found the extremely clean house. The very smelling bed and bath games. The house all has a "Grandma's house" aspect which makes it very cozy. The beach is beautiful, with the calm sea and hot water. And the coolest thing is that it's right in front of you. Francisco was yesterday line all the time to assist us. O Caseiro Rafael also very helpful. And I had the pleasure of meeting the wife of Francisco who received us even with pampering. It is well worth hosting!

Fátima's house has already become a little bit ours too, we have repeated and will repeat as many times as we can fit the schedule. It is by far our favorite Airbnb, with excellent memories, whenever we remember Baú da Mantiqueira we smile and think about when we can go back! We had very nice days in the house: the view is stunning (probably one of the highest points in Búzios) and the facilities in general are very well taken care of, the super functional leisure area with a swimming pool, barbecue area and game room. We managed to stay comfortably: air conditioned worked properly, the bath was good and warm as well as we used the kitchen and other areas in the house well. The great highlight of everything was the service provided by hostess/homemeira Antônia: a lot of liveliness, education and helpfulness made a total difference in our stay. We did not notice any major drawbacks in the house taking away the fact that we rented during a holiday and the price was relatively high and slight signs of age on the inside of the house (something natural for a not so recent construction). It is worth noting that although the house is super close to the beaches Geribá and Ferradura (5-10min car thing), its location high above makes it less feasible to walk to the beaches. Great stay!

From the time of booking, we were very well received, with a lot of information about the accommodation as well as the surroundings. Very comfortable accommodation, and the view is sensational. What we loved most besides the view, was the location, close to incredible beaches (we did everything on foot). Environment connected with nature, very well preserved. We will definitely return.

I really liked the listing. House with a beautiful view, I think it's even better than in the photos. We hired Bia, recommended by Bernardo, and she made all the difference too. He promptly resolved a situation with gas, assisted with Check-in and Check-out, brought fresh bread in the morning for us, and even cooks very well! Ion was so kind and flexible. We had issues with our arrival, and he was so accommodating and responsive, he even stayed up til one am to greet us at the front door. This neighborhood is super close to Escadaria de Selarón and full of cafes and restaurants to visit. It’s also a short uber ride to many of the tourist hotspots, we felt completely safe getting to and from Ion’s home. This is a tropical paradise that really makes you feel brasileiro and at home. You can even see Christ the redeemer from the patio! His eclectic and bohemian style makes for beautiful photos and he is a very gracious and amazing host!!
