A true paradise... For those seeking rest and peace, this is the place, we intend to return for sure. The cottage is very suitable for a couple, rustic, beautiful and with everything that is necessary for a few days. Lucas and Renata are incredible hosts, they have a kiosk next door that is worth visiting, the dishes and drinks are wonderful, not to mention the kindness of them and their employees. It's worth living this experience!

Very well located house, a few meters from the beach, and next to the right side where there are more waves, some options of restaurants walking-in-area and close to the river. The house is large and comfortable, with parking for the cars.

We loved our stay in this paradise on earth. The house is perfect for those who want to sleep and wake up to the sound of the sea. Indescribable feeling of peace and comfort, because the bed, bedding, pillows, towels, everything was very clean and of high quality. The details that make the difference in a stay. Super recommend! Casa foot in the sand, large, very spacious and complete in terms of utensils, furniture and appliances. Delicious beach, quiet, perfect for family, the children were at ease and enjoyed a lot. It has 2 nearby beaches, to which we walked (Sununga and Domingas Dias). There are some speedboat options on the beach, in addition to some restaurants that even deliver the orders in the shade of the tree in front of the house. Nearby convenience stores, supermarkets, gas station and pharmacy. The host and the caretakers are super helpful. City Council resolve any demand with affection and agility. A differential that impressed us was the host's concern to provide a more peaceful check in for guests, providing some toilet and cleaning items, as well as a gallon of water. This made our arrival quieter, being able to enjoy the atmosphere and the beach already at first. Excellent experience!

We spent great days, very well accommodated. The house is really everything it shows in the photos, beautiful, with great space to gather friends, enjoy a barbecue and nature. Ninha and Toninho are very receptive, kind and care very well for the house and the guests.

Amazing place for those who want to rest with the family. Clean place, we had no access difficulties. The shared laundry room and the non-use of speakers help the general well-being. Check in and out flexible. About 7-10 minutes from the beach on foot. Pool and wonderful view. Unique experience! We will definitely return

The house is beautiful and has a smart architecture, providing spaces for both conviviality and rest - not to mention that it is very close to the beach. The kitchen is complete with several utensils and appliances, which was very welcome to our group that had children. Erika was very kind and proactive throughout our stay. The house is spectacular, much more beautiful than in the photos, super clean, organized, equipped and all the equipment working. Sarah is very polite and helpful. We love the stay and we recommend it for sure!

The house is perfect! It is very complete, it has everything, it is well located in the condominium, with easy access to the highway! The house's garden is beautiful and integrated with nature, this place is peaceful! Suzana gave several tips and was always helpful! Peaceful stay only a few minutes walk from a beautiful beach. Highly recommend

Romain's house was the perfect place for our stay in Picinguaba. In the left corner of the beach, the house is isolated from the center of the village and you feel alone in nature. From the huge wooden balcony, you can see a beautiful view of the other end of the beach and the entire neighboring stretch of the São Paulo coast, as well as the Serras do Mar and Bocaina on the horizon. The house was impeccably clean, the furniture and kitchen utensils well maintained. Romain was still super helpful and quick to respond, even from afar, and the people responsible for the house (Gal and Cacau) were friendly and helpful at check-in and check-out. The house still has access to a charming and delightful stone beach for relaxing away from human presence. We'll be back more often for sure!

The place is amazing, we had a little problem with rainwater entering the second floor but otherwise it was all perfect, the hosts are extremely friendly and responded to all my messages quickly! In the end is well worth it if you like a Boa Vista, a good location for the beaches beyond the very nice and cozy space! I hope to return some day

Our stay at Hilda's place was simply amazing! The house is beautiful, very well equipped and surrounded by nature, on a plot with spectacular sea views. Everything there conveys comfort and peace, exactly what is expected of a beach house. We feel safe and enjoy every dawn, waking up early to watch the sun rise in the ocean. One of the highlights was the direct access from the terrain to the rocks by the sea, from where we could admire the waves and the sunrise. Hilda was a great host, always attentive and agile in answering any question, which made us feel very well taken care of. And Emerson, who takes care of the house, always welcomed us with a smile and even gave us fresh bananas! It was a shame our stay was short, because we would have stayed longer! Not only do we highly recommend to those who want to stay close to Itamambuca beach, but we will definitely return one day.

What a wonderful experience to spend the weekend at the house! My boyfriend and I were very well received by Flavia and her husband, a very nice couple, and Flavia made sure to help us with anything we needed. The house is breathtakingly beautiful and with a lot of attention to detail in the decoration. It feels like a family home. The bedroom and bathtub upstairs were a great plus and we were very comfortable. The proximity to the beach was sensational and being able to hear the waves breaking from the house was priceless! We highly recommend staying at this house and we will definitely return to take the family with us.

8 days immersed in nature with comfort and safety! 10-star rating for the cleanliness of the house: for sheets/towels/blankets and new covers (we used them!)/kitchen utensils/deck/outdoor and indoor space... The view is incredible (from everywhere in the house!), the house is much better than in the photos, it has a unique and cozy decor! We cooked (it has everything!), we barbecued, we ordered delivery (recommended by Fabio), we had the presence of all the birds in the photos, toucan, squirrel... enjoying nature and the immensity of the sea from the deck is divine! Excellent wifi (we worked in meetings at one point, all 4 of us, and the Internet worked perfectly!). Fabio was always very present for any need (we spent beautiful days!) his prior guidance is essential: we used all the recommended paths to the beach (the walk is worth every minute), we went to the island in front, we played dominoes/bingo (which were available in the house), we used frescobol/beach chair/his sun guard! wait for us Fabio! we'll be back!

The accommodation was exactly like the pictures. The place is very well cared for and cozy. Tiago was super attentive. We'd definitely come back.
