Spacious, fresh and clean house. Very comfortable mattresses. I can get to the sea in Forte dei Marmi in 10 minutes. I hope to come back another time.

We went there for the second time and it was just perfect as the first time. Diego's property is beautiful overlooking San Gimignano, it is quiet and very idyllic so you can really unwind. The apartment was great, is well equipped with everything you need. We felt very comfortable and would love to come a third time next year. Upon entering the accommodation, we received a very warm welcome in a very relaxing environment! Host's son helped us with lifting our luggage to the cottage. Wonderful apartment, a fantastic terrace with a great view of the mountains! Sun from morning to evening. Nice address given to a local restaurant in the village. This was also a golden tip in terms of coziness, atmosphere and their delicious dishes! Thank you Maria Elana we will be back!!!

This place was pure heaven to us. It is a very beautifully restored old windmill and you can clearly see the love that was put into this place. We stayed here in the first weeks of august, so temperatures were quite high. However, because the house is located in a deep valley there is quite some shade, and for the warmest moment you can cool of in the creek that runs by the house. The surroundings were very lush and green. This was also a great place for our kids to play and explore. The nearby village Castiglione di Garfagnana is a great town to get coffee, have lunch or dinner. Very family oriented, and it feels very much alive with locals coming together in the evening to talk. All in all, we felt very much at home and hope we can comeback soon again!

We stayed here for 4 nights. 3 of us had enough space and the place was exactly as described. The location could not be better than this. Lots of great restaurants around it and all the main tourist sites are walking distance. Also walking distance from the train station (we came to Florence via train from another location and we walked to this place. It was short distance so we were able to walk with very large luggage). We were so relieved that the building has an elevator. Check in process was easy and flexible. I highly recommend this place.

Claudia was the best host I have had the pleasure of experiencing, her place is amazing and she was wonderful. I greatly appreciate her being flexible with checking and being so kind with my family. Please stay with her, I felt right at home and so will you :)

beautiful rustic but modern renovated, furnished with care as if it were an inhabited house. Spotless cleanliness of the rooms and linens, generous and perfectly organized spaces. I wanted to live there all year round! Very kind host and always available. Really great stay. Thank you

The place is an absolute find! The house is huge with beautiful spacious rooms and well equipped kitchen. The beds were comfy . Sherif who looks over the house , welcomed us on arrival , showed us around and was present on the grounds so could help with any issues that arise . The grounds are stunning and idyllic giving you the peace and views of Tuscany . It was perfect for a family vacay with three young kids and parents . We did day trips to Pisa ( 10 min ) and Luca ( 30min) with cars we rented . All straight forward drives . My friends and family are all wanting to book to come !

It has been our second time at this place and it was perfect as always. The property is beautiful as is the cottage and we enjoyed our stay very much. Kata has been very helpful and always responded quickly. We love this area as the Tuscans are super relaxed, very friendly and welcoming.

We had an excellent stay at this apartment in Florence! The space is simple yet very practical, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed. The building is old, charming, and authentic — a true piece of the city’s history. Having an elevator was a big plus. The apartment is cozy, well laid out, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The neighborhood is wonderful, full of life, with many art galleries, bars, and cozy cafes. The neighbors are friendly and the street is especially beautiful — ideal for peaceful walks. Everything combined made our experience in Florence truly special. Highly recommend!
