This stay felt like something out of a movie! We were greeted with such warmth. The house is so beautiful and well-renovated—high quality details from the bathroom to the woodwork plus the plot of land is quintessentially Tuscany. And when Andrea found out we didn’t have a rental car, he offered to drive us! We had a wonderful time at a nearby winery, Tenuta Barbadoro, then watched the sunset from a field near the main downtown area before having a delicious meal at a nearby restaurant, Restaurante Bistrot lo Zero. We woke up to the smell of croissants and sound of chirping birds. The perfect Italian countryside experience.

A beautiful stay in an extraordinary house in the middle of the Tuscan countryside. Carla welcomed us very warmly and was always available to give directions when needed. The room we stayed in was very comfortable and clean. You sleep very well, also because of the calm that characterizes the place. The breakfast prepared by Nico was excellent and full of attention. We absolutely loved our time spent at Maria’s! The surroundings are gorgeous, and the pool/loungers had a fantastic view of the sea and town. Maria went above and beyond as a host, providing a lovely breakfast every morning, helping us with directions and transport links, and making us feel right at home. We could not have asked for a more accommodating host! The garden and view were absolutely stunning, and the room was super comfy too. Just a short trail down into the town where we could find lovely restaurants and beaches! Overall a fantastic time and very good value for money! Cannot recommend this air bnb enough :)

Silvia's San Croce Terrace was a pleasure. It is easily accessed by bus from Santa Maria Novella station and a short walk to the major attractions and restaurants. We found the apartment to be very clean and well accessorized. Silvia even provided breakfast items such as yogurt, milk, juice and bread for toast. And then to be able to sit on the terrace at the beginning or end of the day was very nice. We highly recommend Silvia's San Croce Terrace.

Very suitable for our group of 5 , each room with a bathroom . Breakfast included was great. Fridge always stocked with water/beer/ fruit etc. Tea/coffee always available, Nice clean kitchen.

Very much enjoyed our stay with Antonio. He got us an upgrade to an even nicer room, which was super clean, spacy and very well maintained. We especially appreciated the recommendations for local sights upon arrival! Highly recommend!

We cannot recommend this property highly enough! From the beautiful setting, to the amazing hosts (who have the best local knowledge), this experience was amazing. We highly recommend a dip in the pool or enjoy a good book in the serenity. We already can’t wait to come back

We had a wonderful stay. The room was recently renovated and the space was very clean. The views over the Tuscan Hills were truly breathtaking. The hosts were incredibly kind and flex with our late check-in, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely return and highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area.

What a special and exclusive place to stay... Villa in Carmignano is 16-th century house with history all around it. Very authentic place. Isabella is very nice host. We did enjoy the place and our dinner on terrace with unbelievable views. Parking is free. It is not very far from Florence. We would stay again!

This was a beautiful location and right in the heat of this tiny town. One of the museums is literally outside your door. Breakfast was amazing! I’d definitely recommend these accommodations!

For us, it was the perfect place to stay! Maria is very hospitable and communicative. The Airbnb is really nice and the breakfast was perfect (also very great for vegetarians). We felt really comfortable. A big thank you and definitely to be recommended. Arrived by bus and walked from Volterra and found it great (but are also very athletic). There were great hiking trails in the area and generally it was really nice and quiet!

A Dream Wedding at Il Grande Prato - Beyond Perfection Our wedding at Il Grande Prato was magical. From the moment we arrived with our guests, we felt the warmth and hospitality. From transportation to and from the train station, to wedding décor and preparing the most delicious meals! No request was too big or too small. Their hospitality extended beyond the wedding, ensuring all our guests were comfortable and happy throughout the stay. Il Grande Prato is more than just a venue – it’s a place where dreams come true, thanks to the incredible people there. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect setting. Lorenzo is a superstar! He is so warm and welcoming. We opted for dinner cooked and served by him for our 1 night stay, and it was a real treat. He pre organised dinner via message for our children to ensure they would be happy with what he served. He also offered to do dinner for them earlier, and for us after they had gone to bed which made for an extremely enjoyable and relaxing supper. He served local Tuscan cuisine in a stunning garden. Honestly as busy parents, this whole set up was so special. The house is beautiful, with a gorgeous garden and swimming pool, and the family room set up is great with the two bedrooms separated by a bathroom, and all locked away behind effectively your own 'front door' its more like a little flat. We would 100% stay with Lorenzo again, and wish we had been there for a week. Thank you :) x

Our stay at the B&B Sottomonte was simply fantastic. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Adam, the host - you immediately feel at home. Adam was not only incredibly friendly, but also extremely helpful: he gave us great tips for excursions, restaurants and hidden highlights in the area that made our vacation really special. The house itself is beautifully located - in the middle of the Tuscan countryside, quiet and idyllic. Our room was lovingly furnished, very clean and comfortable. We particularly liked the breakfast - fresh, regional and prepared with love. Sottomonte is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the real Tuscan way of life. We would have liked to stay longer and will definitely come back. Thank you, Adam, for this unforgettable time!

Elena is a super helpful and kind host, despite having contacted her late in the evening she replied almost immediately providing us with all the useful info and tips for a good stay! What an incredible stay we had in Chris’s lovely apartment! As other reviews have said, the photos truly don't do the view justice—it’s absolutely breathtaking. We had to keep pinching ourselves to believe what we were seeing! Chris was very helpful and accommodating, especially regarding his two rescue dogs, who—for whatever reason—didn't get on well with my husband and son. Chris was extremely understanding and kindly kept the dogs inside whenever we were outside or by the pool, which we really appreciated. Both bedrooms and the living space are very comfortable. Note that the second bedroom’s bathroom is only accessible from outside, but it’s beautifully done with a gorgeous waterfall shower, and it didn’t feel like an outdoor bathroom at all. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay—Chris’s property made for a truly memorable holiday.

Lavinia's solution is perfect for short (but not too short!) stops. The garden is fantastic, the common areas are welcoming. Lavinia and her mother are polite and caring people, but not intrusive at all. The room is perfect for resting and photos correspond exactly to reality. Thank you! PS the breakfast was… delicious!

It was good, everything within easy reach, not far from Pisa, arranged parking space, very nice location, Maybe a small table outside to enjoy your morning coffee! I highly recommend this place
