Built with green building criteria, it is located on a hill, 500m above sea level and a 15-minute drive from Pistoia. On foot from the cottage you can also reach a beautiful public swimming pool and the station. The village of Castagno can also be reached by train! Upon arrival, you will find everything you need for an Italian breakfast and products from our farm. You can use the washing machine and Netflix TV

The cottage is a typical Tuscan country house about 50 square mt big with all the comforts, included a infinity pool on the seaside panorama.The Fragolotta is ready for welcoming and offering you an unforgettable holiday to be spent immersed in nature and relax.Can be reached by a foot path about 300 mt long.

two-room apartment in the annex of the main house with outdoor patio in an extremely quiet area. Parking in a private and fenced area. Bedroom with possibility of cot and single sofa bed in the living area. Kitchenette with cockpit mini fridge. It is 5 km from the city center of Lucca, which can also be reached by public transport (the stop is about 50 meters away, with runs every half hour). Highway A11 exit Firenze - Pisa - mare about 7 km. Pets allowed, please read additional rules.

Quiet and romantic, 20' from the sea and surrounded by greenery. We ONLY HOST NON-SMOKING ADULTS, we are pet-friendly (small size) and very environmentally friendly. Pedona is a 5' walk from the property, and offers 2 groceries and 1 restaurant. Camaiore, a historic and well-served city, is an 8' drive away. Our Wi-Fi is VERY LAZY, but the “connection” is not our priority😉. There is the possibility to book an umbrella on the private beach at €25 per day (payment on the beach).

The house, about 40 square metres, is built over 3 floors, renovated in Tuscan style, with an equipped garden.

The Belle Vallé faces on an incredible view thanks to it’s position which is situated on top of a hillock along the shores of the lake. Outside in the garden you will be surrounded by beautiful chestnut trees and can relax having your breakfast, lunch and dinner in front of the peaceful and calm green waters of the lake.

Piccola casa autonoma con patio privato a due passi dal mare completa di tutto! Cucina completa e fornitissima, con piastre ad induzione, forno, frigorifero e freezer, stoviglie, piatti, elettrodomestici 1 Letto matrim + 1 Divano letto matrim completi di lenzuola, cuscini, coperte 1 Bagno con ampio box doccia, accessoriato con asciugamani, saponi mani corpo e capelli , carta igienica e phon. Patio arredato per pranzi e cene all'aperto.

Metato Tiny House Chalet

Small stone and wood house, on two floors. Downstairs, there is a kitchen and living area. Upstairs, the sleeping area with bathroom is currently separated from the room by a curtain. The shower is outside the house, covered and with hot water, but 10 steps from the entrance door. Outside there is a pergola canopy with oven, barbecue and kitchen. On request, it will be possible to set up 2 suspended tents on the trees and add hammocks.

Nice house with garden within walking distance of the historic center. Outside the studio, a large garden where you can rest comfortably after enjoying the beautiful landscapes of Garfagnana and Valle del Serchio. Excellent starting point for excursions to the Apuan Alps and the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines and to visit Lucca 40 minutes away by car, Pisa an hour, Florence an hour and a half, the Versilia coast an hour.

Nepitella. Podere San Bartolomeo charm in Tuscany

Nepitella is a small house, perfect for two. It can also host a child (max height 1.20 m) and is free of architectural barriers. Each house is independent, surrounded by the peaceful greenery of the hillside. In the large garden: travertine pool, hot tub, warm shower, gazebo and barbecue. You can walk through the woods and along the stream. We live next door, discreet yet present. A car is necessary to reach us.
