Stunning view over the city, calm & stylish

The spacious (30 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate ensuite bathroom. It has a comfortable kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer and a printer/scanner/copy machine. Our heating works with heat from the earth and by spring 2023 we will be almost CO2 neutral thanks to our solar roof. Until then some workemissions are possible.

Cosy flat with sunny balcony in Zurich center

This was a very nice, modern, clean place in a pretty convenient location in Zurich. Everything was spotless and worked flawlessly in the place. It was a little tricky for us to find the place and the hidden key lock box, but that is probably more due to us being completely ignorant americans who just got off the plane in Basel, drove to Zurich, and arrived at 2am. But the instructions were spot on and we were able to eventually figure it out. The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy at 2am when we arrived, but starting the next morning it was fine and we were happy and safe there. The location was great for food - the Yard restaurant next door has some of the best Chinese I've ever eaten. Also a great bakery and gelato nearby. The balconies in this place are great - it's fun to hang out and just watch the town go by. We never tried any of the TV/electronics in the place but it looked to have a lot of options there. The kitchen / bathroom were very functional.

Our stay at their place was fantastic. Very comfortable and welcoming space, and we had everything we needed. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. Great coffee machine and beautiful windows to get fresh air. Very comfortable mattress, this was our first landing spot in Switzerland so getting a good sleep was key. We slept like babies. The hosts are wonderful people and it was a joy to chat with them here and there. They came up big with some umbrellas when Zürich decided to open up the skies on us! Highly recommended!

Exquisite Urban City Apartment 88m2

Diego saved our trip. We arrived in town only to find the apartment we rented was a completely different apartment that could not accommodate my party (it was a bait and switch) After 4 hours of trying to reach the host along with Airbnb, Diego accepted our reservation at 8pm and we had an easy check-in. While the apartment was not perfectly clean, it was no different than my own home. Diego organized his cleaning team to come in the next day. His flexibility was truly extraordinary. As for the apartment, it is less than a 5-minute walk to the train station, about a 10-minute walk to Alstadt, and we never needed local transportation because the entire area was easily accessible. The apartment accommodated 3 adults, 2 of whom shared the big couch. The rooftop terrace is lovely and the windows seal the noise from the railroad tracks. I thank Diego wholeheartedly and Airbnb for saving our trip, and I would stay at his home again.

The view from the balcony overlooking the lake was amazing! Lots of space to relax and it was great having the 2nd half bathroom for getting ready. Easy to walk to the nearby train and ferry stops to go into Zurich. Lots of grocery and restaurants within a few blocks.
