We had a wonderful stay. The place makes you feel at home and was very comfortable. Also perfectly located. The best of everything was the host Paolo, who was always there for us for anything we needed. Definitely one of the best Airbnb experiences. We hope to come back one day !

The place was better than we thought and the view was excellent up there between the clouds. All the furniture and everything in the place is antique and a really nice country house from the past. Letizia and Loredana were very helpful and informed us about everything. We felt at home right from the start and grilled every evening. Cleanliness was great. Dishes, towels, bed linens ... Insects outside were only a very small disadvantage, which is normal almost everywhere in summer, but we also got spray and igniters from Letizia to combat them. Overall, it was a nice pleasant stay for us and we recommend it to everyone.

Maria and Claudio have been the perfect hosts. Their vacation house is so nice that you can start feel home immediately. The garden and pool ist just remarkable. We would love to come back someday!

Federica graciously accommodated our last minute booking. Her home is a short walk from the train station and also to the beach, which was ideal for us. Her home was charming and our apartment was comfortable with everything we needed. Frederica is a wonderful host, she even dropped my daughters off at an event 1 evening. We really enjoyed our stay.

We felt very comfortable with Claudia from the first moment. She welcomed us openly and courteously and enriched our stay with wonderful tips. For us, it was an oasis with a lot of peace and wonderful sunsets. We would always go on vacation with Claudia again.

This is a lovely property, which is kept in a pristine condition. The gardens are beautifully kept and the swimming pool was perfect for keeping cool in the Tuscan sunshine. The restaurants in Santa Maria Del Giudice are very good and we enjoyed everything about our stay. As a base for visits to various locations in Tuscany, this was a great place to stay.

We stayed a week at Umberto's house, we were welcomed by his daughter Alessandra very kind, thoughtful and super helpful!! we felt at home. The house corresponds exactly to the description, with a breathtaking view of the Apuan Alps, comfortable garden, very nice and sheltered, there is great wifi. I thank Alessandra infinitely who during our stay did her best to give us advice on what to visit, where to buy typical Garfagnana products and restaurants. Leonardo, Barbara and Frost (our four-legged friend) thank you infinitely for the beautiful week spent with you !! We'll definitely be back. 😘

We had an amazing time with Giuseppe. The place is high up in the hills with great views of the cost and the city Massa. Everything was in perfect order, the plants were well kept, the pool was clean, you could really see the care and love that goes into this AirBnB. Our room had a small terrace but we could use the private terrace of an unoccupied room and the big terrace was always available as well. It's quite some steps to get from the street to the house, but they have a lift available for luggage and people that are less able to walk up. Massa is quite a boring city. We got lucky experiencing a wine festival in the city which our hosts pointed us to. But it didn't matter since we had our own lively oasis in the hills!

Tina was a wonderful and gracious hostess. She made sure all things were communicated before and during our stay. Her lovely home had all the amenities needed and was a perfect space for our family of five as we explored Florence, Pisa and Cinque Terre. I only wished we'd had more time so our son could have enjoyed the pool more than a quick swim the first evening. We also really enjoyed the Burger restaurant right up the road for a convenient meal with a casual atmosphere and good food.

I spent a vacation with my 3-year-old, 8-year-old, and my family. The location of the accommodation was good for a car trip to Pisa, Lucca, and Cinque Terre, and Pescia, where the accommodation was located, was also a charming city. It was nice to rest at the accommodation after finishing the day's schedule and then take a walk around the village. The house had a beautiful garden and a private swimming pool. The house was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen is perfect for cooking. One of the best things about the accommodation was the host family. Yohania was kind and quick to help from start to finish. They gave us homemade pies and bread several times, and we ate them really deliciously. It was a great help to get a discount at a nearby grocery store, and to introduce several good restaurants and tourist attractions! I feel like I've made a friend in Italy after coming on vacation! The kids are asking to see the cute Trudy again. Tuscany in late May was blue and beautiful, and the schedule of walking a lot and swimming at the accommodation was perfect. The swimming pool had no bugs because the filter was turned on, and it was really well maintained. As the summer gets hotter, this cool accommodation and swimming pool will be the perfect vacation spot. I thank the lovely host Yohania, and I will definitely visit again someday.

A secluded apartment in the mountains is the perfect place to relax away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Comfortable interior, beautiful views, and proximity to nature guarantee a successful rest at any time of the year.

we stayed 4 days and it was very sorry to have to leave. The house is beautiful, the garden is beautiful and we also had bicycles provided. There is everything you need... the kitchen has pots,plates, glasses, induction plate and all the necessary cutlery... the bathrooms are small but complete with everything. The area is well-stocked and nearby there is the bar of the cricket that at first impact does not seem like a great deal but instead the managers are very kind and make excellent coffee and pastries for breakfast. With the bike you can easily reach Forte dei Marmi and other seaside resorts. By car you can easily reach Lucca and Pisa. The nearby villages are all very nice (Pietrasanta, Viareggio..). Highly recommended

Our stay at this property was exceptional, thanks to the wonderful and kind hosts, Andrea, Monica, Ernesto, and their family, who made us feel like part of their family. The spacious house and serene surroundings provided a perfect escape. We spent countless hours enjoying the beautiful BBQ and pool area, with stunning views that made every moment special. The kitchen was a delight—very well equipped, with beautiful tableware and kitchenware that made us feel right at home. We had fun using the BBQ often, especially in the lovely outdoor seating area. The hosts went above and beyond, Ernesto made a ramp for my son rightaway, even if we did not ask him to. Very thoughtful of them. Even surprising us with the best apple cake we’ve ever had for our son’s birthday and sharing their delicious homemade pizza. So kind and generous people. We truly got more than we paid for and can’t wait to return. Thank you to the entire family for being the best hosts ever! All the best to you guys!

The apartment makes the best use of the available space. Very equipped kitchen, utensils, pans, pots of good quality. Comfortable beds, double bathroom that for us was fantastic! location 1.5km from the beach where the competition was held. Spacious, fresh and clean house. Very comfortable mattresses. I can get to the sea in Forte dei Marmi in 10 minutes. I hope to come back another time.

Enjoyable stay despite the rainy day! Comfortable accommodation (4 adults), clean and close to all services (rental, ski pass, restaurant...). A special thank you to Daniela who welcomed us and followed us into our stay discreetly but always present!

Francesca is a super helpful and kind person, she made us feel at home. the dogs are fantastic and the house is very small but well kept.

This house is beautiful. It was quiet, peaceful, adjacent to a stream. We could walk a short distance to a wedding at a nearby villa. Restaurants nearby were really good. Our host was so helpful and patient to help us find our way there (in spite of our poor navigation skills). Douwe Jan went above and beyond ! We had a wonderful stay!!
