Giada's penthouse apartment was the perfect spot for a relaxing stay in Tuscany. Accessible to so many Chianti vineyards, we only wish we'd had more time staying there to explore, and less rainy weather, to enjoy the on site amenities like the pool and the two balconies more. She also gave us recommendations for the area which were super helpful! We would happily stay again.

We had a fantastic stay here. The location is great, and the apartment is exactly as it looks in the pictures. So charming, well appointed and spacious. But most important is the host is the best host I have ever had - proactively reaching out to make sure my travel plans would land me there efficiently, assisting with local directions and tips and providing exceptional service. Highly recommend!

Antonella’s Chez Amelie (named after her daughter) will be one of our most treasured family memories. Climbing up the many rocky steps to the home wasn’t easy (to be fully transparent) in particular with luggage. But the home, scenery and ambience of the location was marvelous! Antonella is a great hostess, almost immediately responsive and sweet as can be. We got used to walking to town and back each night for dinner, and while challenging for my family, it’s easier without luggage! We also ate at La Preferita, a family restaurant down the street. This was a lovely and tasty experience. Everyone was so sweet and welcoming. I’d definitely return to Chez Amelie (with much less luggage)! Thank you, Antonella!

Cala and Patrizias house is truly a hidden gem. It is an ideal location for a group trip/big family trip, as the spacious house has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, lounge groups, dining areas to seat many people, etc. We felt so safe and taken care of, as Patrizia responded quickly to all our questions and needs, and the caretaker Mario helped us with heating and so on upon request. I really hope I can return here some time, the surroundings were just so peaceful and beautiful, as are the house. We had dinner at the local restaurant (about 7-10 minutes walk) in the tiny village the house is located by one evening, which we recommend. A drink at Willy's bar afterwards should be mandatory. We can not recommend hiring chef Samulele (ask Patrizia to send his brochure) enough. He and his souz chef Katia made an amazing Italian dinner with wine-pairing at the villa. He also organized a trip to a local winery for us which was just perfect!

Christine and John were the best hosts, making this incredible location even more enjoyable. They went above and beyond, recommending restaurants, wineries and experiences that made our trip unforgettable. Christine also helped us get our lost luggage back, ringing the airport for us and liaising with a driver in Florence to pick it up and drop it off to us. Incredible service. Absolutely recommend!

Antonella is a great host. I can confirm all the good comments in the reviews. We went there with a car and always found a free parking lot - also Antonella assisted in finding one when we were unsure whether we would get one late at night. I visited with my 76 year old grandmother- she managed the stairs without any bigger trouble so if you’re under 60 and somewhat flexible you won’t have any problems at all. I would recommend 10/10 times Definitely an AirBnB Gem!

This home was incredibly comfortable and perfectly situated right on the beach, with restaurants and food stores within walking distance. The house was spotless and the kitchen was fully stocked, making our stay seamless. Our host, Nicola, was exceptional - attentive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. We'd highly recommend this property and would love to stay again.

We had an amazing stay at ‘Olive’, at the Big House. Firstly arrival and check in was super smooth with clear instructions. The apartment itself is beautifully furnished and maintained. So spotlessly clean and at the same time felt really homely. And the views are stunning! The hosts were really friendly and helpful; great communication and recommended some great local spots. Overall we found it a really peaceful escape. It’s also straightforward to get to other, busier towns with restaurants etc, by local transport during the day. We loved our time there and will definitely be back.

This is my third visit to the Lucca area, but my first time to stay inside the city walls. Fabrizio’s apartment is perfect with respect to location, style, and quality. The terrace is such a haven. Any meals we cooked were eaten out there, and a glass of wine in the evening is a must while you listen to the lively vibe of Lucca.

This place is outstanding, if it’s available, book it now! Right on the sea front, it really does look like the photos - the interior is beautiful and really clean, and the surrounding area is lively yet you feel peaceful enough when inside. The host is really friendly and kind, and sent a helpful document of places to go whilst in Sorrento. I only wish we could have stayed longer! Thanks again - Athena

The place was a 10/10! We felt incredibly comfortable, the communication was great and very friendly. We would 100% recommend it. We were able to relax a lot, it was very clean and the kitchen was perfectly equipped. Thank you for everything!

Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised by this beautiful apartment. The location, the beautiful stylish decor and everything you need was present (incl washing machine). Don't worry that the apartment is on a main road, because when the doors are closed, you won't notice it at all, and it's wonderful to sleep in a very good bed and then wake up in the morning with a beautiful view of the sea. The apartment is within walking distance between 2 cozy lively villages where you can enjoy a beautiful sunset in clear weather. Furthermore, Maurizio and Sasena have created a nice information folder with valuable tips for things to do in the area. Apart from all these beautiful things, it is Maurizio and Sasena themselves who have made the difference for us. Through their personal attention, enthusiasm and spontaneity, they did everything to make you feel a bit like a Salento dreamer, and that certainly succeeded. What a lovely, sweet, warm couple. We spent an extended weekend at Andrea's - and it was just fantastic! Andrea is an extremely friendly, helpful and warm host. You feel welcome from the first moment. The accommodation as well as the entire property are beautiful and designed with great attention to detail. The large pool, the covered seating area with barbecue and the possibility of catering (which we also gladly used) make the stay perfect all around. Everything you need is available in the house – we really didn't miss anything. Whether with friends or family, this property is ideal for everyone. We chose to stay in Viterbo after a 7-night cruise out of Civitavecchia… We are so glad our family of 4 stayed at Massimo’s immaculate condo. It was a nice way to unwind and spend our last few days in Italy. The space was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed and more! It felt like I was staying in a hotel!! The host was incredibly thoughtful and communicative, with great local recommendations that made our trip even better. Highly recommend!

Place was as advertised, very beautiful ocean view. Raffaele was communicative and helped organize a taxi to pick us from the airport and even was flexible when it came to a slightly later check out when our next destination had a later check in!

Beautifully located in nature in the mountains away from the hustle and bustle. Super clean and very well equipped place to stay. Fantastically beautiful garden and great pool. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

Giuseppe's place is located well within a short walk from a metro, shops, restaurants, bistros and even a playground for children. We enjoyed mornigs and evenings at the terrace. The apartment is furnished tastefully as per pictures. Giuseppe communicated with us well and he replied to our questions quickly. We had a great stay and we would recommend this place.

This is the perfect place to stay in Florence! The location can’t be beat! Only a block from the Duomo, yet felt private and quiet. The bed was bigger than expected and very comfortable. The hosts were great and checking in/out was so easy! I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is beautiful with all needed amenities for a medium stay. It is really in the heart of Rome without a lot of noise and served perfectly to get to know the city comfortably in a couple of days. The place has dual air conditioning which was much appreciated in the summer heat and the balcony is great to have early breakfast or a late night wine. I’d definitely recommend and would be my first option when coming back to Rome.
