Charming 17:th century apartment in the old town.

A very light and charming apartment in one of the oldest buildnings in the old town, Nice. Close to the beach. Enjoy the most beautiful part of Nice. The apartment is comfortable and charming with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and air condition. It is 80 square meter. Since it is one of the oldest buildings in Nice there is no lift. The apartment is just next to Cours Saleya and about 100 meter from the ocean, totally wonderful! Apartment is on the 3rd floor and no elevator. Enjoy!

It was nice because it was close to tourist attractions and clean. Responsiveness is quick and friendly. The accommodation was spacious and clean. There was also an air conditioner, so it was pleasant. There was a washing machine and a dryer, so it was comfortable to stay. But the blankets and towels smelled a little bit like laundry. I was sensitive to the smell, so this part was disappointing. Still, the blankets and pillows were fluffy and nice. The inside of the accommodation was clean and nice, but the building itself was old. I was a little scared when I entered the building. It's good to cook and clean, so I recommend it.

Nico’s apartment is in the perfect location, right in the middle of the Old Town. The space is well equipped & very clean. The shower is small, however manageable and the water pressure is decent. We had an issue with the TV box during our stay, to which Nico responded swiftly to get this fixed for us. Check in and out instructions are very clear and easy to follow & the free luggage storage was very helpful. Thank you Nico for a wonderful stay!

Michelle and Julien’s place was spotless, newly renovated, and fully stocked for our stay. The views from the balcony are unmatched and the place has amazing access to nearby attractions, transit, and restaurants. We’d definitely stay again!

What a wonderful 5 days we spent at Salvatore's apartment!!! The apartment is on the 4th floor but thankfully has an elevator which was a godsend for luggage & popping back and forth during the day. The apartment is spacious & airy with 3 balcony doors benefitting from all day long sunshine. Of course the real star is the balcony providing a 180 view of Promenade and sea. Enjoying a morning coffee or an evening glass of Rosé on balcony whilst watching the world go by was amazing. Modern furniture & soft furnishings throughout. Keys are picked up at a local agency shop. There was no talk of an earlier check in or ability to leave luggage (having arrived on an early morning flight) but this wasn't too much of a hassle for us.. Great location for Cours Saleya daily market ad well as hustle/bustle of the cobbler streets of the old town. We would highly recommend exploring restaurants/ bars just a little bit further away from Cours Salaya which is always jammed with tourists.
