This place is great! Walking distance to all main attractions and close to many great restaurants! it was exactly as described!

We had a wonderful time in Monti Di Villa. The little village is lovely and the view across the valley from the terraces is breathtaking. We felt at home straight away. It’s a great place to relax but there are also many things to do in the area, beautiful Tuscan towns to visit. Sara is a great host. She gave us lots of recommendations and was extremely helpful. It was a perfect holiday.

The apartment is exactly as described, if not better. Very comfortable and tastefully decorated. The rooms are very large. Much larger than we expected. Very easy check in. We were met by Dario who was very attentive throughout our stay. The location in Chianni was perfect for us. Very central with excellent restaurants and bars, literally on your doorstep. If you are looking to stay in Chianni and be close to the centre, this cannot be beaten.

We had a fantastic stay at this cottage in Calambrone, Pisa. The check in was super easy – we were expected on site and warmly welcomed. The house looked exactly as described in the advertisement, which pleased us very much. The short distance from the house to the beach through the dunes was a real highlight. Barefoot, with swimming trunks and towel – that's all you needed. Out of season it was pleasantly quiet, exactly what we were looking for. Another plus was the good accessibility of Pisa. By bus we were there in just 45 minutes and were able to enjoy a wonderful day trip. A small negative point was that Airbnb mislinked the address with Google Maps. However, this was not Christy's fault, she has already complained about it. Conclusion: If you are looking for beach, sun and culture, this is the place to be.  We highly recommend this cottage!

I had a wonderful stay at this house and I couldn't be more satisfied with my choice! The house was exactly as described, very clean and equipped with every comfort. The host was exceptional! Kind and helpful, he provided us with all the information we needed, responding quickly to all our questions. Upon arrival, he also left us a welcome thought for breakfast the next day, a detail I really appreciated. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a welcoming place, well connected to the rest of the city and above all managed by an available and kind host.

Great stay in Gioviano. My kids loved it as well, especially the cats that walked around the town. Directions to find the place were spot on, as well as host communication.

Rita didn’t just met our expectations, she exceeded it. She’s very hospitable and kind. She made sure that our entire stay is wonderful. She’s very approachable. We arrived in Colle d V’lsa late at night, me and my mom was surprised because she waited us at the Bus Station and fetch us. We never asked her but she did anyway. The first time you’ll see her, you can feel how warmth her welcome is. The accommodation itself feels like home. My mother wants to stay there a little longer, unfortunately we can’t 😅 She even gave us a ride going to the bus station the next day because I was confused at first where is the “bus stop” but it’s very easy, 3-5 mins walking distance from the accommodation. Everyday she message us if everything is alright and made sure that we enjoy our trip to another town or city. The house is clean, equipped with necessary items. Plenty of welcome gifts from them which I really appreciate ❤️ HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Wonderful stay. Monica was so helpful and welcoming. Loved the quiet location and lush outlook of the apartment. Amazed how peaceful yet so centrally located. Loved the easy walk through San Frediano into the old centre every day. Can’t wait to return.

A beautiful house with everything you need. comfortable and warm. Great bus connections, close to supermarket and very walkable to lucca central. Comfortably accommodates 8 people, three bath rooms is a bonus . I would highly recommend.

Nice stay, location is perfect, clean

Wonderful central location to explore all the nice places in the area and also be able to relax in the sun/garden. You will feel directly in Tuscany, among all the green nature and views. Car can be parked in the garage, out of the sun! Benedetta sent us plenty of tips before departure (about the area, supermarket, restaurants, self-check-in) and instructions to make our stay even better. During our stay, she was also easily accessible. One night there was a strong storm, and she proactively asked the next morning if everything was still okay. Everything was neat and clean. Almost every space has doors that can open to the outside, which is wonderful with the good weather. Internet was fine for us, just an occasional brief interruption, nothing serious. Sometimes we could hear the upstairs neighbors, but didn't experience that as disturbing. Our first time in an Air-BnB, and certainly worth repeating!

Great time spent here with our children/teens…peaceful place, excellent swimming pool with superb views! Bright and very pleasant accommodation… you can feel at home, and the small family restaurant that offers the local specialty was very nice! Recommended accommodation without hesitation!

The house is very nice, clean and cared for. There are two bathrooms and two bedrooms, great for a weekend of two couples of friends or family. The area is quiet and the internal parking is very convenient. The owner was very kind and responsive in her responses. Recommended 👍🏻

Perfect Location in Lucca. 10min walking from the city center, few minutes away from the shopping. Parking on the street or 100m away on a small parking place. Any the highlight is the garden.

Although we experienced some difficulties, Alexa was a super responsive host and helped us to solve them.

David and Roberta are exceptional hosts. From the moment we arrived, their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. The house was easy to find, thanks to their clear directions. True to their description, the accommodation exceeded our expectations. Their friendliness and responsiveness added an extra layer of comfort to our stay. Getting inside was a breeze, thanks to their clear instructions. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and we would highly recommend staying with David and Roberta to anyone looking for a welcoming and hassle-free stay.

We found a home away from home with this house. Not only was it spotless when we arrived but Alessandra had thought about everything from making the home smell wonderful to leaving some toys out for the kids. The house is immaculately thought out with lamps and bookshelves in the right places for example. We absolutely loved and lived in the garden with its shaded areas in the midday sun and warm evening light. Our kids felt right at home straight away which is something we haven’t ever experienced before. We will be back as we feel we’ve left a part of us there! Thank you Ale for everything! X

We felt very comfortable! The house is very modernly furnished. You can hear the train, but it was never unpleasant. You can hardly hear it in the house. We loved that we could take our two dogs with us. The garden is large and everything is fenced, which was really great! The pool was great! It's a pity that there is no real grass, but you can see that in the photos. We would book again anytime.
