Monthly Rentals in Villasimius

We stayed a few nights at the property in Villasimius. We felt very comfortable. Only minimal criticism: You don't have a real view (quasi enclosed terrace on the first floor) and the neighbors to the side and above quite often go to the garbage, which is right in front. So you always think that someone wants to come to you, even though only garbage is taken out. Otherwise, however, excellent, especially the easy check-in via key box and the central location are to be emphasized. In addition, the host was very easy to reach via AirBnB with questions, was very friendly and always responded quickly! :-)

We had a very nice time at Enrico's place! It was very clean and nicely decorated. We had almost everything we needed and felt comfortable during our stay. Recommendations for beaches, restaurants, ice cream parlors, etc. also helped us a lot. The communication with Enrico is particularly noteworthy. We received quick responses to messages and he was very helpful and always friendly with all questions. We recommend the accommodation to friends and family.

My family and I enjoyed the stay at Casa Regina a lot! Central location, privacy, a little veranda with a BBQ, perfectly clean, top equipped and a lot of space; everything was just perfect. To top it, even Sardinian sweets and sparkling wine was provided at check in. Thanks to Lucia for her support and kindness. No doubt, would stay again anytime!
