I travel very often and I can say it was one my best experience. I came with 2 friends mainly to work so we stayed a lot at the apartment and it was very pleasant. It's very spacious, it's clean, and very convenient, there is everything you need. And if you want to go to the beach or clubs it's not far or by feet like 35 min or by car, like 10 min. You won't find an apartment like this in the center of Cagliari. And concerning the host she was absolutely perfect, very nice, very kind, if you have any question or need you can ask her without any problem. If one day I come back I will take this spacious airbnb even if I come alone :)

Beautiful and well-kept, rural accommodation with enough space. Swimming pool with great views of the mountains. Francesco is very communicative and helpful and is always available for any questions. Daily recommendations can also be obtained from him. The property and especially the kitchen contains everything you need.

Cristina's house and garden are very well maintained. The dogs are very well behaved and have made the children happy. There are lovely beaches nearby. Best to have a car to make it easier to get around the beach.

Perfect stay for a group of 30-year-olds. The house is one street away from the beach where the water is so clear and calm, we all took dips every single morning. Only one bathroom, but it is VERY spacious. The shower is a bit small and tight, but it does the job. The house is very nice and clean. Beds and pillows could be more comfortable, but again... it does the job. The house is well equipped with EVERYTHING you need for a long stay; laundry, hangers, a fully equipped kitchen with every utensil possible, beach chairs, etc. Last but not least, the owner of the house is a total sweetheart. She is one of the best hosts we've ever had, she's responsive, friendly, educated, and helpful.... we hope one day, we can come back again.

Very nice apartment in which you quickly feel at home. Unfortunately, it was too quiet in the low season because the announced supermarket and nearby restaurants were all closed. Unfortunately, this was not apparent beforehand or was communicated differently. Unfortunately, it is a bit cumbersome, but feasible. Great beach right outside the door.

We (my wife, daughter and I) stayed on site for twelve nights and felt very comfortable permanently. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the beach there in a quiet location. It is very well equipped and has everything you need. The hosts are very courteous and have thought of everything to provide a hassle-free stay.

Sabrina was very helpful, precise and thoughtful, the check-in and check-out operations were quick and uncomplicated. The apartment is as described in the listing, the outdoor space for those like us who come from the city is a breath of fresh air and the view is certainly worth the "ticket".

I returned to Costa Rey with my family in June. Pierluigi welcomed us with grace and sympathy. The house has all the qualities you could wish for, with a few extra touches. A few minutes' walk from the beach and restaurants, panoramic and super comfortable. Brand new and super-equipped bathrooms and kitchen, fast internet and private parking next to the entrance. Carlo and his family were very nice hosts. They live just below the appartment which is more a pluspoint (asking questions etc). The appartment is in very good condition. The beach is a max 10 min walk (with kids) and its a beautiful sand beach. The swimming pool was also often used by the kids. We could also drive with the car to various beaches, an adventure park is close by and at night we stroll around in Pula which is a 15min drive. Thank you for your hospitality.

We stayed for 4 days at this property and had a great time! Giacomo is a exquisite person, always available. The apartment has been recently renovated and is equipped with every comfort: sofa, TV, air conditioning, electric shutters, refrigerator, microwave, kettle... in short, nothing is really missing. In addition, the apartment has a beautiful terrace overlooking the woods of Arbus. The bathroom is modern and has a large shower stall. We had a really good time! It is not only the structure that is beautiful, but also the care and attention of those who manage it make the stay even more special. A beautiful memory, thank you!

Efisio was very kind and helpful. Great space! We have a family of 6- everyone had a bed and 3 bathrooms was extremely nice. Each bedroom has a bathroom connected. The outdoor living area has nice views, spacious and comfortable. Definitely recommend!

Very helpful and quick to answer. The place was clean and had everything you need.

Staying here was lovely and felt like home. The whole place makes you feel at peace and the decoration and details were so beautiful that we wanted to stay longer. The hosts were super attentive and explained everything in detail beforehand. We even had a stressful situation on the last day because we forgot our wallet and home keys in the apartment but Alessio took the time of recovering them and sent us everything directly to our address. This is very important to highlight as you don't usually find people so helpful so THANK YOU SO MUCH. We'll certainly come back :)

Great little apartment, we felt very much at home. The cool bags are a great idea for day trips. I'd love to do it again!
