Monthly Rentals in Miami

This beautiful apartment was perfect for us! It is clean, modern and has a panoramic ocean view. There is high security on the building, free parking, two large heated swimming pools and a huge gym. The location is exceptional. There is lots to do and see in the area, and many transit choices nearby including a free metro mover and free trolleys. There is a great bar and a nice coffee shop downstairs. The host is wonderful and very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

What I love most about that place is the customer service. Always helpful and fast with responses when I needed them. Quiet, clean and safe place to stay. Perfect location to stores and the beach. Comfortable soft bed. Thank you for giving me the good place to stay when I needed it the most.

I stayed here for a month, and this was a perfect place to call home in Miami. The internet was very fast and I had no issues working from here. The amenities were really nice here too. I really liked the sauna, gym and hot tub. Also the apartment had everything you needed. I would definitely stay again.

5 stars for the host Omar alone. He was very communicative, had clear instructions for checking in, and responded to questions in no less than 5 mins every time. The studio had everything we needed with a beautiful view, a nice balcony, and well stocked with beach things. Also free street parking. The area was very walkable with hundreds of restaurants. We probably tried 15-20 while we were there. We stayed a month and never ran out of things to do. The beach is a 2$ circuit trip away or street parking for around $4/hr with the park mobile app. The studio is in a great location that is walkable to downtown but also easy to get to the beach. We also visited Miami 3 times and Juno Beach and West Palm beach to the north. A few cons to note: currently (April 2025) there is construction right across the street which is noisy during the morning and the day. There is also a school where you can hear schoolchildren throughout the day. In total, easily 5stars and we loved our experience.
