Family-friendly holiday rentals in Villasimius

The living room was fantastic. Very nice apartment, clean and fresh. In a few minutes by scooter or car you can reach beautiful beaches. Very precious Cristina who was always very helpful and made us feel at home and pampered from start to finish, she gave us great advice and really went above and beyond, fulfilling all our requests with kindness and cordiality. You can go with your eyes closed!

Erika was an extraordinary host. Amazing cozy terrace, very tastefully decorated. In the apartment is a cute rustic kitchen, dining table and a sofa. Very quiet bedroom with queen bed, a large sunny bathroom and a well equipped utility room. The ad should qualify as apartment with breakfast because there was so much food and drinks just for the two of us. I was stunned by the hospitality. There were also beach towels at our disposal as well as sun umbrella, sunscreen and few other useful things you don’t find in ordinary apartments. Erika was checking regularly if we needed anything. One of the best experiences so far, definitely worth the price!

Giorgio’s place was very nice and comfortable for our family stay. The jacuzzi didn’t work w bubbles but isn’t a jacuzzi really (ie doesn’t get hot - maybe that is just an American thing). But we didn’t tell Giorgio this so he wasn’t aware. Feel we were busy w other items anyways. Beaches are close by 10 min drive. Love eurospin grocery store. Cooked in every night and played games w family. Giorgio’s place was big and very comfortable for us! Maybe consider screens if that is a thing in Italy for windows. Couldn’t have windows open due to bugs and got hot in place. Couldn’t figure out main floor split unit. Didn’t tell Giorgio this either

A lovely place to stay for our family, plenty of space indoors and out for the kids to play around in. Pool was great to relax in. Outdoor kitchen and dining area was very pleasant in the evenings. Definitely recommended.

We had the best of time! Great place to stay if you like privacy. Quiet, calm and very nice appartment in the bottom floor of the house, air conditioned. There were tables, chairs and sunbeds around the pool, free to use as desired. We loved the pool, and the bubblepool was great, not heated but that was not needed either. Our kids loved the pool (parents too). We had our own parking behind locked gates. We really recommend this place! There is a need to use car or taxi, maybe bus if you would like to go to a resturant, this wasn’t a problem for us, we made most of our meals in our kitchen.

We had a great stay over here. Rita is a great host and very flexible. We only have one recommendation about the airconditioning; in hot periods it would be nice to have one in each room or at least a fan. Furthermore, everything was great!

Very close to a lovely beach, private and peaceful. The accommodation felt like a home away from home with all of the facilities you would want for making your stay very comfortable. We particularly loved the heated swimming pool, outdoor dining area. This was perfect for us for a relatively short stay but please note that you do need to drive for food shopping / eating out etc (there is plenty of room to park a car securely) Alessandro was a wonderful host and we would highly recommend his property!

Me & 3 friends had an amazing stay. The villa is spacious and nice. The beds are super comfy and the ceiling fan helped me sleep. The villa is well equipped with everything you need to cook on the hob/oven or BBQ. The sea is a stones throw away. Vittorio was very helpful from start to finish. I would recommend this villa to my friends a s family!

We had a really nice time there. The house was clean and has a nice terrace. The dogs were so cute and friendly ☺️ Stefano and his son were really nice hosts. I recommend this place to those who want a great accommodation close to the beach.

Everything was perfect.

Walter's apartment is a dream. The beach is within walking distance. We were there by car and could visit other beaches. The restaurants on site or nearby were great. The two terraces are a dream for us. We will be happy to come back.

Very spacious, extremely comfortable spaces. Easy living in penthouse with wrap around verandah, all sides. Great location, close to old town, Belvedere lookout, marina, etc… nice and easy. Fantastic hosts 🙏, kitchen with everything you need; I highly recommend! Cheers

We had a lovely stay at this house. The place is as described and as commented upon by previous reviews. It is amazing to stay in a house by the beach. The garden is gorgeous with well maintained numerous flowering plants. Helpful hints- if you walk 5-10 mins to the right when you come out of the garden (aim for the garden gate with fish design!), the sea water is sandy and shallow with barely any pebbles or seaweed. Spiaggia di Punta Molentis is the best beach for kids and adults; beautiful, shallow water, unique with water on either side, and protected from wind. We would recommend hiring a car but there is a bus stop 5 mins from the house. Luisa was responsive to our queries. We struggled dealing with bins there, so I’d recommend just contacting her and getting her to deal with it any problems. Hot water in shower is on all the time but given the tank size, we’d recommend a timing strategy if there are multiple guests. Overall, felt totally refreshed after our say, thank you.

Lovely house and experience. Especially appreciated the hosts' recommendations, flexibility and responsiveness. The week was spent poolside, at local restaurants and the very near beaches. Quiet community and great for families.

The stay was very nice overall. Communication was mainly through the host's son, who speaks English very well and gave us helpful tips on activities and restaurants in the area. The complex is very well maintained, the pool is large and clean, and the view was very nice. For the host, it was okay that friends also visited us at the pool. A note for dog owners: Our uncastrated male and the free-running female on the property were difficult to separate from each other, which led to some effort. However, after consultation with the host, a solution could be found.

Delicious stay, too short, spent in Anna's apartment which allowed us to discover, on foot, this beautiful and endearing city that is Cagliari. Anna is just as much. With incredible hospitality, she is full of attention to make your stay as pleasant as possible. With it, the key box is not required. She takes the time to welcome her guests personally, in her apartment, which is full of her past and rich in traditional objects. It is a relationship that is created, an exchange that is established, a sharing that is realized. Thank you Anna for giving our Sardinian journey a special flavor that will not leave us, until our next visit, we hope.

We loved the location almost right on the long and beautiful beach and right on the lagoon. A great beach cafe is a 15-minute walk away. We actually only used the beautiful garden and pool for breakfast together because of our preference for the beach. We had a great week as a group of 5 women.

Rita and Riccardo were amazing hosts. So friendly and helpful. Our arrival was late and they even offered to get us things for breakfast the next morning. They were very friendly and offered local recommendations. Their house was dreamy and we look forward to staying with them again in the future. I HIGHLY recommend this house and these people for your vacation plans.

We spent a wonderful holiday as a family in this great holiday home in Sardinia! The house is very well maintained, tastefully decorated and equipped as described. We were particularly enthusiastic about the wonderful pool, which provided a welcome cooling on hot days and was extensively used by young and old. The location is quiet and relaxing, perfect for switching off, and yet you can quickly reach beaches, shopping and beautiful excursion destinations by car. The spacious terrace overlooking the mountains was our favorite place - simply fantastic! Communication with the host and the locals was very friendly. They were very helpful and always available if questions arose. We felt completely comfortable! An absolute recommendation!

Federico and Monica were excellent hosts. They were always super helpful, when we arrived the air conditioning unit in the main bedroom needed replacing, Monica quickly dealt with and we had a new fitted a few days later. Because the room was a little dusty after, Monica arranged for the cleaner to come and replaced the bedsheets and towels at the same time. My son and daughter had to leave a day and as the flight was very early in the morning I was able to arrange through Monica to get picked up by Elia. This was really appreciated. The villa itself is very big and has everything you need. The views of the mountains are really special. We went to Cala Sinzias and Punta Molentis. We did prefer Cala Sinzias due to the location, the restaurant, toilet facilities and the clear shallow water. Cagliari itself has lots of restaurants and wine bars and cute shops. We also visited Colline Del Vento vineyard and did the dinner package. It was a lovely evening and we would recommend.

Rafael is warm and wants to share his experiences with the area. That is worth much to us. The property is located on a hill overlooking the ocean and it is so beautiful. We had such good sleep there. It accomodated our needs well. Grazie per tutto. Ci siamo divertiti! Denise & Mark

One of the best accommodations I’ve ever been! Such a magical place and perfect for relaxing.

We had a wonderful week with our three (small) children in Claire's house. For us as a family, the house with the small pool was absolutely perfect. The kitchen is superbly equipped, nothing is missing and even olive oil and dishwasher tabs, as well as soap and dish towels were available in sufficient quantity. Towels as well as bath towels and beach towels are provided and you do not have to unnecessarily drag them from home. The children loved the pool and the beaches, which are in the immediate vicinity (easily accessible on foot or by car), were absolutely recommended. Francesco, who took care of all our needs during our stay, is an incredibly likeable and helpful person. He was right there for all problems and provided us with additional tips on what we could do with the children. We will be happy to come back!

We booked this house based on a personal recommendation from a friend who had stayed here last summer. This house is stunning! We had been traveling for two weeks already and needed a place to rest and relax and this house checked all of those boxes. The pool is the centerpiece, but there are plenty of seating areas and places to relax. The kitchen is well stocked and functional (there is even a Jura coffee maker...THANK YOU), great laundry facilities, and a nice working grill. Maria Elena was wonderful and met us at the house. You do need to drive to get any groceries or go to dinner. Make sure you book a boat one day!
