Monthly Rentals in Paris

Pierre is an incredibly nice and thoughtful Airbnb host. I felt very comfortable in his place and even find that the room (considering the value for money) exceeded my expectations. Incidentally, the room was equipped with everything essentials, so you don't actually have to worry about anything. The only minor downside may be that the walls are a little thin. However, the quiet hours are observed, so that this did not represent a real problem. The accommodation is therefore only recommended! And thank you, Pierre!

Such a great space! A wonderful neighborhood, and close to the metro! Elias was so helpful when it came to troubleshooting issues like beeping smoke detectors and receiving mail, he definitely went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed.

Sylvain and Malena are suuuuuch great hosts! They were excellent communicators even before we booked their home. Check in was flexible which was helpful since our train arrived late at night. Their place is exactly how it is depicted in the photos/descriptions, no gotchas! My favorite part about their home is that it is right in the heart of Montmartre, but not in the crazy busy/touristy area. In a 5-10 min walk radius there’s a handful of bus and metro stations plus GREAT restaurants, cafes, boulangeries, groceries, and take out places - which came in handy for those nights we were too tired to venture out. Just note that their place(like most, if not all condos in Paris) has some flights of stairs, but its extremely peaceful and homey once you’re in. Will definitely recommend to our friends and/or stay with them again when we’re back in town!

We had a wonderful 5 week stay in this apartment! Great location, just north of the Louvre. Grocery stores, boulangeries, bank, laundry; cafes and brasseries were just steps away. We became regulars at the nearby Brasserie de la Bourse thanks to their friendly staff and great food and drinks. Also, the nearby metro and RER stations made it easy to access any part of the city. The unit is as pictured – spacious, bright and comfortable. The shower is big enough for two, and two can easily work together in the kitchen. The bed, too, is larger than a standard double and very comfortable. Marco ensured that our check-in was smooth, and Federico gave us a great walkthrough. Both were available at all times for any questions or issues. Friendly alert: we sometimes experienced noise coming from the unit above – slamming, banging, and heavy footsteps – at 7:30AM, during the mornings, and a few times at 1:30AM. Even considering this noise issue, however, we’d happily return to this unit!
