Diletta's accommodation is fantastic! We used it for our joint parental leave. With the two bedrooms and the bathrooms in each, it was the perfect living situation when my parents also came. That was easy to agree on! The apartment was sparkling clean. The children's equipment for our baby is great! The cot is very large, the high chair is nice and high and even cutlery was available, which we did not expect 👍🏼 The location of the apartment was also convenient for us. One bedroom is in the direction of railway tracks, but whoever else lives in the city will not have a problem with it! Walking, you are in the city center within 30 minutes. The way there leads through busy streets full of food and shopping. For a longer stay, this is definitely a great place to stay ☺️👍🏼

We really recommend the apartment. It was perfect - clean, had all the equipment for a comfortable stay. We appreciated small things were included - coffee, complimentary water and wine, tabs for washing and wash machine. There was enough room for clothes, ironing board & ironing machine and much more- this all makes the difference between good and perfect. Claudia was very helpful and we thank for her flexibility with check-in and check-out time. The neighborhood was safe, with a great bakery across the street and trains reachable in a few minutes, convenient to reach city center, and also for trips to eg. Pisa or Siena.

We had the BEST experience at this studio! From start to finish, Monica was very attentive and responded quickly to messages (she helped suggest hair salons, restaurants-bars-cafes and best things to see and do in Florence!) Monica was there to greet us on arrival and help show us into the apartment using the safe locks and codes. Monica upon arrival was so very polite and helpful - she gave us a map and circled ALL things helpful for our visit. The accommodation was amazing. Could not have been any closer to the duomo and fantastic places near by. The street was quiet snd there was a supermarket directly across which was very helpful. The room was immaculate, smelled beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay (including an umbrella, coffee and toilet roll) The entry system was very safe and secure and very clean! We have already recommended this place to friends and family and over all very satisfied with the whole experience. Monica is very lovely and made the experience!
