We spent 5 unforgettable days in this beautiful apartment with a sea view! From the first moment, we were struck by the brightness and cleanliness of the rooms. The furnishings are carefully designed and equipped with all the necessary comforts to make you feel at home even on vacation. The highlight is definitely the terrace where we had breakfast, lunch and dinner with a breathtaking view. A truly magical experience! The owners were very kind and helpful from the beginning to the end of our vacation. Highly recommended for those looking for a rejuvenating holiday. We look forward to coming back! Perfect accomodation for a beach holiday. Close to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. A lot of toys available in the house, which was perfect for our two year old son.

The house was a gem - nestled in a quite area of south sardinia. Paulo was easily one of the best airbnb hosts we've ever had. The house was extremely well equipped with a full kitchen and all other amenities. One could send that a lot of personal touch and thought was put into every detail. Paulo even helped us deal with some hippcups we had during our stay ! The icing on the cake was the private tour on the daily boat ! All in all , one of the best stays we've had . 5/5 !

Having a Villa so close to the beach was wonderful. It was a roomie two bedroom villa with a very nice patio.

We (parents and a year old baby) stayed a week and found it just perfect! We grilled and bathed in the pool with the baby on the windy days. We rented a car and you will soon be on the beautiful beaches of the area and of course close careers. The house looks the same as in the pictures and Gabriele lovingly prepared everything for our baby ( high chair with fasteners, toys, baby water, air mattress in the garden,swing and slide)! He inquired every day if we needed anything. He also gave us good tips for restaurants and things to do. Check-in and check-out were flexible ( thank you so much) and straightforward. Just perfect !!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and peaceful villa. The setting among ancient olive trees was absolutely charming, and we loved the tranquility of the countryside while still being so close to the town and nearby supermarket. The apartment was just as described and the barbecue and outdoor shower were great extras that made the stay feel even more special. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. Marina was a wonderful host and we would absolutely love to come back!

The hosts are very lovely. The accommodation is wonderfully located above the bay. The bedrooms are very quiet and located at the back. The last 200 m to the accommodation is a bumpy road. You also have to be careful with some navigation systems (Waze), as the road is not displayed correctly. We felt very comfortable and highly recommend this accommodation.

Wow...exceeded expectations!!! Everything was extremely clean and furnished with impeccable taste. Michelle & Mamoiada were fabulous host's with lots of recommendations for (local beaches, restaurants, supermarket's, tourist destinations. They made themselves available for check-in, throughout our stay and departure. Highly recommend anyone considering staying there. Ohhhhh...did I mention the "VIEW" absolutely spectacular with A++ sunsets every evening. Cannot wait to stay there again in the future.

All in all, a perfect vacation and a great place to stay. The amenities were great and everything you need was available. Also for the beach, practical things like a parasol or a cooler bag with cooling batteries were available. The way to the next supermarket was very short and the beautiful dream beaches are all not far away. You can also walk to the city center itself. The apartment was very clean too. The only and unfortunately a big problem was the bed, which was far too hard. Unfortunately, we did not have a relaxing sleep. Still highly recommended! Great Host, Great Location. spacious top floor with a view. coffee and pastries right next door. dinner/ food/shopping options plentiful with 2 min of front door. our host was there to greet us with recommendations and instructions. AC & Wifi worked great as well. highly recommended! my children loced the decor. Alessandro is quite the Artist as well. thx again

Paolo was great host. He welcomed us super warmly. The apartment was as described and we didn't lack anything. From the terrace, you had a wonderful view of the sea.

Great place, wonderful terrace with a beautiful view, spacious, comfortable, sensational neighborhood, comfortable bed, everything you need is in the apartment, everything is close. In the center of the city, many attractions in the area. We loved it!

Leandro's house is in a strategic position to fully experience the center of Villasimius on foot: restaurants, bars, pizzerias, street food, pharmacy, supermarket and stores of all kinds can be reached with a short and pleasant walk. All the "most distant" beaches from the village are a 10-minute drive. Leandro is an attentive host, and the staff who manage the house is friendly and helpful. The house is nice and cozy, perfect for two people, ideal for a weekend. Recommended!

We had a great time in Nathalies apartment. Nice views. The owner organized a baby bed and baby chair which was super good. The only thing missing for us was an extra set of towels and a coffee machine like nespresso.

A gem in the heart of Cagliari. The location is perfect for visiting the city and despite being central and surrounded by restaurants and clubs it is very quiet. Enrica is an excellent host, very helpful and responsive. Apartment very clean and perfectly matching the description.

Stayed 4 nights, 5 days at this apartment and was very pleased. The location is excellent, it was spotlessly clean, and Viktoriia was extremely helpful and responsive. I didn't realize it was a Murphy bed, but it was still comfortable. I really appreciated having the access to a washing machine for a longer trip. I highly recommend!

Wow! Just amazing! Perfect location and easy to find. I will stay here again next time I visit Calgliari. In the historic district close to everything. Just an amazing place to be. Food walking tour and under ground tour all within a 5-10 min walk. Perfect place to explore Calgliari. Do not hesitate to book. My compliments to Ricardo!

We immediately felt comfortable in Stefanos' apartment. Stefano is super nice, greeted us very kindly, immediately answered our questions and gave tips. The apartment is very quiet in Villasimius, yet you can reach the town center in about 10 minutes. 1 small supermarket is around the corner, 2 larger ones within a 10-minute walk. 3 restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is modern, all cooking utensils and sufficient towels are available. We quickly became familiar with the gas stove. The two bathrooms are great, everything works perfectly. Good mattresses! In front of the house a very cozy terrace with a shady olive tree, where you like to stay. The apartment is perfectly located to explore the many dream beaches of Villasimius and the wonderful surroundings. The perfect apartment for a perfect vacation. We loved our stay here! A perfect apartment and Lorenzo was an excellent host who provided really helpful local information and instructions. The apartment was very easy to find and is in a lovely location and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The surrounding streets are very pretty as they are full of colourful plants and flowers and heritage sites of interest are within walking distance (although, as with everywhere in Cagliari there are some steep paths). The apartment was extremely well equipped and included everything that we needed for our trip and more (a few examples: hairdryer, coffee pot, wine glasses, maps, guides, beautiful books on local history, local recommendations, beach equipment - and much more) and it was spotlessly clean throughout. We would highly recommend this apartment and hope to stay again sometime. Thank you Lorenzo and Severino!

Excellent stay; the place is fabulous with this direct access to the sea and the rocks that meant there was no one there while the surrounding beaches were very crowded. The terrace is extra and the apartment is very equipped with all the appliances and a lot of details and attentions and all the basic products are there. Kayaks and other masks, fins, beach games; deckchairs etc. were also very popular! Orazio was extremely friendly even before our arrival and even agreed to receive large packages for us that arrived a week before our stay. He also gave us recommendations for places to visit or events. In short, it was perfect and we hope to return one day.

We have been travelling for over two weeks now, and this was our favourite spot!!! It’s in such a good spot, so close to everything you could need. The hosts are so kind and lovely, they have a lovely gift shop nearby and are both very passionate and knowledgeable about Sardegna. The house has everything that you need for a relaxing stay. We honestly wished we had stayed for longer because we just fell in love with Cagliari and this accommodation.
