Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Villasimius

We had a wonderful time in Sardinia. Mattia received us in a very friendly way and was very helpful. He gave us good tips and supported us with every question. The nearby beach (about 4 minutes by car) is very nice. But we would also recommend visiting other beaches, as Sardinia has many beautiful corners. A car was very worth it for us, and the free parking space in the property was also great. The surrounding area is very quiet and you could sleep well. The city is just around the corner. So the location is great if you want to relax but also experience something. We recommend the place and would come back anytime. Thank you Mattia for your hospitality 😊

The appartment was very clean, fully equipped, and the host was friendly and helpful. It's located walking distance from old town, very nice area. Also close from the bus/train station which is well connected with the airport. We enjoyed our short stay there.

We had a pleasant stay at Simone's. The apartment is clean, well-equipped and identical to the description. The outdoor setting with swimming pool and garden are appreciable. The neighborhood is quiet. A peaceful place to rest and unwind. Simone is a great host. He is very responsive and attentive. He advised us well on the beaches where to swim. He's also very generous. He offered us vegetables and he offered us a pizza evening. We had a great time with the other guests. We recommend it!

The apartment was clean and everything as described. The beaches 5 min. by car. The center of Pula 10 -15 min. walking. Valentina provided us with fresh fruit and water to welcome us. Very nice touch .

Beautiful and well-kept, rural accommodation with enough space. Swimming pool with great views of the mountains. Francesco is very communicative and helpful and is always available for any questions. Daily recommendations can also be obtained from him. The property and especially the kitchen contains everything you need.

Fabrizio was extremely helpful and attentive with everything we needed. The apartment was just as the pictures, fully equipped for everything you would need on a beach trip. The location was great because it was pretty close to everything by car. We loved the private parking spot, that way you can relax and not be worried about getting your car towed away. Again! He’s a great host with great local recommendations. Worth your money.

We spent 5 wonderful days here. The place is just as in pictures, just gorgeous. The pool is very nicely laid out and warm, we used it every morning and evening. During the day you can reach very beautiful beaches from the property in a few minutes. The recommended restaurant is also recommended and only a few minutes away. Daniele and his wife are really extremely friendly hosts, always provided us with tips and also immediately provided an alternative with our small car problem. The fruit and vegetables from the garden, the jam and the toys for our daughter were still the icing on the cake. Thanks again!

My partner and I stayed in Roberto's apartment for four days and we really enjoyed it. Roberto was very friendly and hospitable, welcomed us on arrival, fulfilling our request to anticipate check-in. The cleanliness of the house is impeccable, the location is great, in a quiet area from which you can easily walk to the center of Pula and with a few minutes by car to the various beaches in the surrounding area. We are fully satisfied and will definitely be back at Roberto's next time.

The place was very clean. The bed was super comfortable & the kitchen was really well equipped. The reception was warm & I felt very welcome. The communication was uncomplicated & Matteo responded very quickly, friendly & courteous to my wishes & questions. The location was also very good. The area was quiet & very nice. Shops & restaurants are conveniently within a 10-15 minute walk. All in all, a great apartment & the ideal starting point to explore Cagliari and the surrounding area.

HAVING BEEN A HOUSEKEEPER ALL MY CAREER, I ATTACH GREAT IMPORTANCE TO CLEANLINESS. I DID NOT FIND A GRAM OF DUST OR OTHER DIRT. REMARKABLE: WATER IN THE FRIDGE 2 LEMONS A BEER, SUGAR COFFEE ETC ETC THE PARASOL AND THE RACKETS FOR THE BEACH... THE PARALLEL STREET HAS A BUS STOP, FOR 1 EURO 30CS YOU CAN GO TO THE BEACH OR TO CAGLIARI ACCORDING TO... YOUR DESIRES... BEAUTIFUL APARTMENT OF GOOD CONSTRUCTION SOUNDPROOFED AIR-CONDITIONED SECURED BY 3 DOORS PRACTICAL FOR DISABLED PEOPLE. I WILL KEEP A MEMORY OF THIS STAY. GENEVIEVE HINOJOSA.

We had a great stay at Matteo’s place! The apartment was clean and had everything we needed and the location was very central. Matteo was super helpful as well, giving us tips on what to see. We would definitely come back!

It was perfect! Very nice hosting with breakfast every morning. It's clean. Well located (5-10 min from the beach).

we stayed at Ignazio's house for 2 weeks with our son, and we can only recommend it! Clean, organized place and Ignazio was a lovely person! He responded quickly and gave us several tips on what we could do and was very kind! The nearest beach is 50 minutes from the house, but that wasn't a problem for us! The sunrise on the balcony behind the mountains is incredibly beautiful. We can only thank you for the stay and if we ever return to the location, we will want to stay there again 🥰

After the surprise of discovering the place, a little out of the way out and quite wild, we enjoyed our stay immensely. The owners are very friendly and the place is atypical. Ramona speaks French, English, Spanish and Portuguese. She is an absolutely exceptional person, full of enthusiasm and projects and always positive. Possibility to share meals with them, which is really worth a visit for both dishes and exchanges. We loved it. If you are not looking for luxury but rather authenticity and contact, go there without a second thought.

One thing to know is that there are no windows! Otherwise a wonderful small home.

Fantastic stay - the property has everything (and more) you'd like to have...incredibly friendly and super communication throughout. A really pleasant and very liveable property where you feel right at home. The proximity to the beach is convenient - and with a toddler, the fine white sand with a gently sloping beach is superb. And, as one should explore other beaches around the area, the property is a short drive to a number of equally picturesque beaches.

The house is really great. It's perfect for families with kids. The equipment is good, you have everything you need. The garden is beautiful and fenced, the location quiet. The host responded very quickly to our questions and was super friendly. :-)

The place is perfect. We came to 6, and greatly enjoyed the peaceful environment and amazing outdoors. Antonello is a host we can count on, always responsive and discreet. A big thank you to him, our stay was excellent!

Fantastic place! We were 3 mature couples who enjoy a beautiful scenery, comfort and hospitality and Simone's home had all of that and more. He set the bar very high as a superb host, even inviting us to a pizza party where he provided a personal demonstration. Simone was very responsive to questions of recommendations of places to visit, restaurants and wines. A car is a must as it is in a quiet residential area although there is a lovely restaurant and bar within walking distance. The pool area and balcony were great places to relax after a day at the beach or sightseeing. Thank you Simone for your very kind and generous hospitality.
