If you have doubts- forget about your doubts. This accommodation is worth staying in it 200% out of 100%. Stylish, clean, cosy, you will feel like at home. Close to everything interesting and nice in Barcelona: city centre, old town, the sea, nightclubs, museums, shops, whatever you want. A lot of payed parking nearby. The team is friendly and always open for communication. Pleasant to deal with. Paula met us and was extremely nice, attentive to details and friendly. She made the check in pleasant and gave advice about location. We definitely want to stay again in this apartment. P.S. yes, it’s surrounded with blocks of apartments, but on the other hand it’s mostly quiet and cosy, still being located in the centre of everything.

This apartment is perfectly situated. It's right in the heart of the gothic quarter, a two-minute walk to the Cathedral, 15 minute walk to the beach, close to many of the best museums, and walking distance to other great neighbourhoods such as Gracia, Sants, etc. The apartment is on a pedestrian lane, so is very quiet. I would not hesitate to stay in this apartment again in the future. Thanks Anna!

Very good location, strategic, close to all the key points of Barcelona, the apartment was adapted to the need.

I had a wonderful one month at Marcel’s place. The location couldn’t be better and there are so many cafes, stores and supermarkets just outside the apartment. The apartment itself was beautiful and very comfortable. The bed was so comfortable that I could sleep really well from the first night. The best part out of all was Marcel. He was very kind, responsive and accommodating. He generously supplied household items such as dishwasher detergent, washing pods and paper towels for me to use over a month. Everything worked great! Thank you, Marcel for your great hospitality!
