Our stay in Giovanni's apartment was a dream. He welcomed us very kindly, explained everything to us in detail and gave us many tips about the region. A very dedicated host. In the apartment you will find everything you need and everything works perfectly from shower to air conditioning. The location is also great, just a few meters from the supermarket, beach and restaurant. We stayed there for 5 nights and felt at home. On our next holiday in Sardinia, we will book here again and recommend the apartment 100%.

We enjoyed the time in Marcos' house very much. Everything corresponded to the pictures and information in the advertisement. Marco's instructions were very helpful to us. Marco then drove us to the airport, which was simply sensational. Thank you so much for this great vacation.

We had wonderful days in this fantastic place. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need, very clean and our personal highlight was the terrace with an incredible view of the sea, which invites you to linger! The property is very quietly located on a mountain - a rental car is an advantage, but the beach can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. Communication with Mike went smoothly and quickly. He had lightning-fast answers for all our questions.

Max and Lory are incredibly nice and helpful. The garden and the pool were super nice. We can definitely agree with the good reviews of our predecessors. The refrigerator was actually filled to the brim. 1000 thanks for that!

We were fascinated by the stunning view you have from the accomodation. Perfect sunsets every night. The beds are not the most comfortable, but that's easy to accept with this amazing location right next to the sea and the good price.

Bianca and her husband welcomed me very warmly, showed me everything and gave me many helpful tips for my stay. Even during this time, she contacted me and asked if everything was okay - which meant a lot to me as a solo traveler, especially with the initial luggage problem. The accommodation was as described: very clean, well maintained and cozy. More than enough for me alone, but there would also be enough space for two. And the location is great. There are parking spaces right in front of the house - I have always found a free space. The kitchen is very well equipped: various Bialetti sizes, pots, pans, cooking utensils, sharp knife, dishes, kitchen paper, dishwashing detergent and more. Two bottles of water were available in the refrigerator. In the bathroom there was soap, toilet paper, washing machine, hair dryer and even ironing board with iron. Bianca and her husband are incredibly warm – I felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime.

My partner and I felt very comfortable during our stay with Marco. It was all as described. Marco was always available and very helpful. We will be happy to come back!

Our stay was wonderful! From check in to check out we were so pleased. Clean, incredible location (close to the train, bus stops, beautiful views of the city, marina etc. , and wonderful amenities! Gian Franco and his daughter greeted us and his lovely daughter exchanged numbers with us in case we needed any help in English. She also gave us great restaurant recommendations. They were warm and hospitable. We cant recommend it enough! Thank you Gian Franco and Eli!

Great base for exploring Cagliari. Valentina was really helpful. The apartment is spacious and clean and really well located for local bars and restaurants etc. Would recommend.

I had a great week at this flat. It is really cozy and I loved the view. Clara was really responsive whenever I had a question and she helped me wherever she could.

We spent a week in this apartment in October and enjoyed it very much. The apartment was very clean and had everything you need. It even had mosquito nets on the windows, so you could leave the windows open at night. The terrace had morning sun and if you were lucky you could see parrots in the trees. The supermarkets are within walking distance and the center of Villasimius can also be reached in 15 minutes on foot. In case of any problems, Allessandro was immediately on hand. We arrived at night by car and found the apartment very easily with the instructions. Everything was great, thank you Allessandro

Efisio was very kind and helpful. Great space! We have a family of 6- everyone had a bed and 3 bathrooms was extremely nice. Each bedroom has a bathroom connected. The outdoor living area has nice views, spacious and comfortable. Definitely recommend!

Everything was super. Buslinie M did bring us into the centre. Marco did help us to book the bus tickets via Busfinder App.

A well-equipped and clean apartment with a beautiful view of the sea. A helpful, courteous, and kind host, thoroughly explained and showed everything, was in touch before and during the stay. The place is very quiet, relaxing; a great base for trips by car to numerous, diverse beaches nearby and to explore the south of the island. There is also a beach available on site, although not as attractive as many others next door (access from a few minutes to half an hour by car). The only downside was the mattresses on the double bed in the bedroom, but it didn't affect your stay. Thank you and kind regards!

This was the second time we had the pleasure to stay at Igino and Agnese's place and we absolutely loved it - again! Igino and Agnese are the best hosts one can imagine and we felt indeed at home at their place. We highly recommend this place and we hope that we can return once again in the future.
