Beachfront holiday rentals in Villasimius

Together with my partner and our dog, we enjoy a lot our stay. The view is stunning. We spend whole evenings enjoying it. The house has everything you need. We as well highly appreciated host. Davide who not only provided us with very clear instructions how to get to his house, but as well was very polite and responsive. We definitely recommend this location and would come back again.

The property is located a little off Villasimius, only about 600 m from the not very busy main road in a very quiet location. There are two directly adjacent properties, which are probably also vacation homes, but now in mid-October they were empty. Parking is right outside the front door. The living and dining area is very spacious, as is the master bedroom and the fenced garden area. All windows and doors are "secured" with mosquito nets. In the morning hours, however, very little to nothing flies and you can also have a wonderful breakfast in the beautiful garden :-) It is only a few hundred meters to the sea, although the nearest beach is not the most beautiful in the area. But you don't have to drive far to reach beautiful rocky sandy beaches, which were also not so heavily frequented at this time of year. Villasimius itself can be reached in 5 minutes by car. There are nice shops, restaurants and good Italian ice cream!!! Do

The property is very beautiful. The terrace, courtyard, and view from the courtyard are superb. The entire neighborhood is very pleasant, and it was quiet during our stay. The location is excellent if you wish to go on excursions or visit one of the beautiful beaches nearby. Communication with Ilaria and Alexis was excellent; they assisted us even though we arrived at the property very late in the evening. Thank you!

Wow, just wow. Every detail covered with nothing but comfort and relaxation in mind for guests. Absolutely everything we needed for our baby and toddler. Very clear instructions on operating all amenities. Walkable to beach was great. The Spa experience was simply out of this world. And the host was so sweet and thoughtful. Travelling 2+ months in Italy and this was our fav spot. Highly recommend.

From the very beginning, Mario made us feel like we were coming to visit him. He is perhaps the best host we have ever had. The kitchen and fridge were so well stocked that we were able to spend the first day and have snacks and wine and food and not have to look for anything. If you can find a week open for this property, you should book it. Thank you, Maria for making us stay so pleasant.

What I’ll remember most about Luca’s house is how beautiful it was! The decor, furnishings and garden/yard were modern and well-kept. The house was extremely well equipped for cooking and also with beach gear. We loved the large outdoor dining table, and the outdoor showers too! We had 2 small children and the extremely private yard was large and lush with soft grass and many flowers! Perfect for playing! Now let’s talk about the beach. Very slow and private. The water is PRISTINE and clear blue! The kids collected sea glass every day. Luca provides beach towels, beach umbrellas and 3 different types of beach chairs/loungers (and multiples of each!) Luca was fast replying to messages and helping with check in/out. He even met us there late at night after our flight and showed us around. 100% recommend!!!

We had a great time at Alma's house, a house full of beautiful details that recall the sea. It matches the photos and was very clean. There were two of us, but it is also very comfortable for four. Comfortable beds, scented towels, and everything you need to cook in the kitchen. The terrace is a dream and allows you to live outside, the garden is very well-kept with many flowers. The path to the beach is beautiful and you can go directly to the free beach, or a few steps away there is a lido with a great restaurant and friendly people. Barbara and her staff are very kind and made us feel welcome. Thanks again for everything.

Amazing villa, in a lovely part of Sardinia.

We had a lovely stay with Patrizia in a beautiful cottage. She was friendly and always instantly responsive, the cottage was perfect and she even provided snacks fruit and Prosecco upon flexible check in. Could not recommend this Airbnb or the gorgeous surroundings enough - it made our trip!!!

Fantastic place to spend time , went above and beyond expectations. If you have children you could not ask for more , the place is packed with toys and games my youngest child had the best week of his life and my eldest had fun aswell there is really something for everyone .

We spent 15 days of vacation here in August. We were 3 couples of friends on vacation with no daughters. The house is just like the photos. Very cozy. Fixed a small double problem at check-in (with the towels provided to each guest), everything went smoothly and perfectly. Wonderful location with sea views and very convenient direct access to the beautiful coves of Porto Sa Ruxi. The outdoor shower in a garden overlooking the sea is very much! Definitely a home and a location to recommend! The host was accurate and punctual and always ready

We had a wonderful family stay in this very nice quiet house! Everything was perfect! The view of the bay is stunning and so soothing! Every evening we were treated to a beautiful sunset. The house really lacks nothing, the fridge and cupboards are very well stocked… you really feel at home. We wish we could have stayed a few more days. 😊 Plus Morgana is so adorable!! She was very accommodating, always very available and had great tips for us to have a good stay. Great communication! I highly recommend it!!! We'll be happy to go back.🥰

We booked this house based on a personal recommendation from a friend who had stayed here last summer. This house is stunning! We had been traveling for two weeks already and needed a place to rest and relax and this house checked all of those boxes. The pool is the centerpiece, but there are plenty of seating areas and places to relax. The kitchen is well stocked and functional (there is even a Jura coffee maker...THANK YOU), great laundry facilities, and a nice working grill. Maria Elena was wonderful and met us at the house. You do need to drive to get any groceries or go to dinner. Make sure you book a boat one day!

Impeccable villa in a splendid setting, swimming pool with sea views. The house was identical to the photos. I recommend it.

We (parents and a year old baby) stayed a week and found it just perfect! We grilled and bathed in the pool with the baby on the windy days. We rented a car and you will soon be on the beautiful beaches of the area and of course close careers. The house looks the same as in the pictures and Gabriele lovingly prepared everything for our baby ( high chair with fasteners, toys, baby water, air mattress in the garden,swing and slide)! He inquired every day if we needed anything. He also gave us good tips for restaurants and things to do. Check-in and check-out were flexible ( thank you so much) and straightforward. Just perfect !!

We spent 5 unforgettable days in this beautiful apartment with a sea view! From the first moment, we were struck by the brightness and cleanliness of the rooms. The furnishings are carefully designed and equipped with all the necessary comforts to make you feel at home even on vacation. The highlight is definitely the terrace where we had breakfast, lunch and dinner with a breathtaking view. A truly magical experience! I felt very comfortable in Marcos' apartment! The accommodation was clean, well equipped and located in a beautiful environment - perfect for a relaxing stay. The beach is just a 3 to 5 minute walk away. The Internet was also very good. Marco was very friendly, attentive, helpful and always available if you had a question. You can tell that he really cares about the well-being of his guests. The contact was pleasant and straightforward since the beginning. A few small tips for future guests: The refrigerator can be a little loud at night, and the bed was a little narrow, but still comfortable. Overall, it was a very nice stay - thank you very much, Marco! I can definitely recommend the apartment.

A very friendly assistant from Stefano & Mario welcomed us at check-in. Everything shown and all well explained. The location of the house is unique, exactly as described and visible in the photos. The view of the sea is wonderful and the beach access is really very close, at most 2 minutes on foot and you are on a beautiful beach. The beach does not offer restaurants, so take a picnic with you. The house itself is very nicely furnished, it has everything you need. We were there with 3 smaller children, you just had to be very careful that nothing breaks. It has many very nice and precious decoration in the house. During the stay, Stefano was always accessible, showed us valuable tips about the surroundings and excursion options. We would book the house again right away. Perfect accomodation for a beach holiday. Close to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. A lot of toys available in the house, which was perfect for our two year old son.

We had an exceptionally beautiful vacation. The location of the apartment is first class. Located directly on the beach. Just a few stairs down. The beach is really beautiful and not very crowded. The view from the terrace is something special. The apartment was perfectly equipped. We really didn't miss anything. The facility is very new and high-quality and the bedrooms are also very nicely designed. You can sleep wonderfully, the bedroom can be completely darkened. The pictures reflect the condition of the apartment one to one. But what we would like to highlight in particular is Stefano, the co-host. He was always there when you needed something and always checked in to see if anything was missing. He even offered to let us charge our e-car privately at his house and to drive us there. We've never had such a good host in a vacation apartment. Thank you very much Stefano! It was really very nice.

We’ve stayed in a lot of places, but our week at Claudia’s was something special. The apartment felt like home from the start — just 2 minutes from beautiful Solanas beach, and honestly more thoughtfully equipped than our own place! Claudia greeted us with an aperitivo and a stocked fridge for the next day, which was such a kind surprise. There were so many toys and baby items — our 10-month-old was in heaven and didn’t even manage to try everything. Claudia checked in regularly and even had sweet gifts for us (and our little one) at the end. Truly one of the best hosts we’ve ever had — we’d love to come back!

Having a Villa so close to the beach was wonderful. It was a roomie two bedroom villa with a very nice patio.

The house is very interesting, a lot of round walls, a beautiful terrace, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms. The area around is very nice and quiet. The sea is 2 steps away. The sea is clean, but 50 meters from the shore is still shallow. The surroundings are beautiful. We walked to Pula and Nora. Your host is available when you're available! We were very satisfied with our stay at this place.
