I had a great experience at this location! The atmosphere is very cozy and very well located. You can do a lot of things and walking tours, which made it a lot easier. I highly recommend it!

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was beautiful, clean, and exactly as pictured—actually even better in person. It had everything we needed, from a comfortable bed to a well-equipped kitchen, and the location was perfect. The atmosphere was peaceful and stylish, and we felt right at home. Communication with Filipe was easy and friendly throughout. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! 🌸🌸🌸

I would like to express my satisfaction with the accommodation in the flat, highlighting some points that made all the difference in my experience: First of all, the location is excellent, with easy access to strategic points of the city, which makes the stay even more practical and pleasant, whether for professional or leisure commitments. In addition, the furniture and structure of the flat are of high quality, comfortable, well maintained and functional, reflecting a special care for the well-being of the guests. Finally, I could not fail to praise the kindness and attention of the administrator, who was always cordial, helpful and ready to help in everything that was necessary, which certainly contributed to a peaceful and welcoming stay.

Fernanda gave us support with everything we need and her space is really high quality. We felt at home during the stay. Very different from accommodations that are already built for seasonal rentals.

Easy check in and location, cute little apartment

The place was Great and is in a good location. the building is very nice we used the gym and the mini mart was convenient. only negative was the extra covers were still wet from the previous wash and the projector seemed like a good idea on paper but was a hassle to use for sure a bit frustrating but the host were great.

What a fabulous week long stay we had in Felipe’s beautiful condo in São Paulo! Safe, secure and excellent location. The unit was immaculate with great attention to detail. Very spacious, quiet and comfortable. Two bathrooms and W/D are such a bonus. We loved the neighborhood with many restaurants to choose from and a grocery store a block away with more nearby. Felipe was very attentive and responsive. He had many suggestions for restaurants and things to do during our stay. We highly recommend Felipe’s place for your stay in São Paulo!

Amazing accommodation, comfortable beds, brand-new and smelling linens. My checkin was very flexible because my flight arrived very early, he let me in at 9am and let me leave at 3pm. The accommodation has a garden inside it that is in an ideal penthouse for a coffee and spend time. Éverton thank you so much for all the support and flexibility. Note 10/10 for your hosting.

I've even lost count of how many accommodations we've had at Camila's house, lol. It's always a pleasure to be there. Clean, beautiful, fragrant apartment. Perfect bed and bath linen. Extremely cozy. Great shower. Strong, hot. Great garage, lots of free spots and no bureaucracy. The surroundings are great! Camila is always very attentive and quick to get back to us. The location is very strategic for several points of the city of SP. Excellent! Now I need to go to SP less often to be able to enjoy the pool in the building lol

Everything is very beautiful, well cared for and cozy. Exactly as in the photos (or even better!). Every detail made a difference. And the sunset… simply perfect! A true gift from God. Thank you so much for having us. We'll definitely be back!
