We really enjoyed our stay at the flat. Very easy check in. The flat was lovely and very clean. Thoughtful welcome gifts. The gym was a bonus. But the best thing is the view - we had the benefit of 4 fabulously sunny days but the view is absolutely spectacular. A great place to stay in Rio and a great hosting team who really made us feel welcome.

Beautiful apartment, very comfortable, very comfortable, very well equipped. Luxurious views and excellent location. Ideal for walking to the center and close to restaurants. Carla was very attentive during the stay. I definitely recommend it. :)

the apartment was perfect, everything was clean and all stuff for cooking cleaning was available. it was more quieter in night than expected. very close to Metro line Nr 4 . supermarket and restaurants was also close. if I visit são Paulo again I will stay there again

We had an amazing stay at Vergilio’s place! The home was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described in the listing. Check-in was smooth, and Vergilio even met us at the front and took our bags upstairs. He provided clear instructions and was super responsive to any questions. The neighborhood was close to everything we needed—great restaurants, public transport, and beaches. Thanks again Vergilio for helping with the birthday surprise! One of the best Airbnb stays I’ve had—highly recommend to anyone visiting Rio! Would definitely book again.

Hands down one of the best stays I’ve had. The view from Rafael’s place is absolutely unbeatable, it’s right on the beach and the location couldn’t be more perfect. Rafael himself was an amazing host: super responsive, helpful, and genuinely great to interact with. Everything was smooth from start to finish. I already know that next time I’m in Balneário, I’ll be booking with him again without a doubt.

Mauro was a great host, replied super fast. The bathroom wasn't very clean, but if it wasn't for that, my stay would have been great. The site is exactly the same as in the photos and is well located. Overall, I recommend!

We spent a week for two in this accommodation, we were fine. It is easy to go to the beach in the morning for example, to walk in the neighborhood of Leblon, to take an Uber to go everywhere in Rio, and to return and enjoy a quiet accommodation equipped with modern appliances (good air conditioning, 2 large TVs, an air fryer). There is a lot of equipment, but not always in great condition, the furniture is a little worn out. But the essentials are good, including the jacuzzi that works well. Fabio was always very responsive and friendly during our communications and Valdirene (the cleaning lady) was very nice, she did us a great service by washing our laundry, thank you! We had a very nice week and would recommend this place!

Location location location!! In such a good spot for both Ipanema and Copacabana - and only 2 mins from perfect sunset spot at Arpoador stones! Really secure apartment. Perfect for a visit to Rio.

Cesar went above and beyond to communicate and make my sister and I feel welcome! The home is lovely and the view is breathtaking. As 2 woman traveling I felt extremely safe in the area and with the 24 hour doorman. 10/10 reccomend

I can’t say enough about Maria’s condo! Firstly I love to cook when I travel and the kitchen is a chefs dream—absolutely everything you need and then some. And the gym is world-class with loads of free weights, squat racks, and dozens of machines and space to do cardio. Lastly the location is terrific. Walking distance to everything and super safe. I didn’t feel unsafe for single second during the week I stayed there. I’ll be back for sure thank you Maria!

The apartment is amazing, better than the pictures. Very large and spacious, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We like to cook and we loved doing it at this place because of the convenience and the variety of utensils available, from wine glasses to lots of pans and cutlery. The view is unparalleled, with the beach and the sea in every room. Dora was an excellent host, attentive, friendly and respectful. The apartment is full of practical and tasteful details. We strongly recommend.

In my travels, it was the most complete kitchen I have ever used, because I love to cook, it had everything from items for good drinks, top quality pots, in short, appliances for everything! Apartment exactly as the photos! The condominium is for those who like peace and quiet, a great beach, perfect for a late afternoon! The pool is also as shown in the photos!
