Demyan and his wife were ideal hosts! Super friendly, helpful, accommodating, and responsive. Their place was very clean and the location was amazing with great coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Next time we stay in SD we’ll definitely be looking to stay here again!

Jason was fantastic! He was incredibly kind and accommodating during my first trip to San Diego, which made the experience even better. The room was clean and cozy, the check-in process was easy, and the neighborhood was quiet. Conveniently, there was a Starbucks right across the street, along with a grocery store. If you’re considering a visit to San Diego, this is the perfect place to rest your head.

JB and Ana were great hosts and were wonderfully accommodating. This was a great private room in a very convenient location. I was definitely satisfied with my experience, especially the ease of check-in/out.

Had an amazing time staying here. This was the perfect situation for me and what I needed for my long-term (around 3 month) stay. The location was very central to so many different areas, whether that was Downtown, Balboa Park, Mission Bay, etc. Additionally, Betsy was a great host who was always very proactive about communicating if something was going on with the house (such as a maintenance guy coming over). Would definitely recommend the stay
