Great Location. Comfortable beds. Friendly host.

My stay was good, the place is nice, I liked the layout. The bed and linens were wonderful, plenty of towels and the kitchen was stocked enough for my needs. There are some neat places nearby, including a food truck park and cafes and brewery/bars. That made for a busier neighborhood than I expected. I stayed in the front room and heard a lot of noise including revving engines late at night etc. I am a light sleeper though. Also, the living room furniture wasn’t very comfortable. Other than that, it’s a nice place to stay, easy walk to the beach. Hosts were fantastic.

Lisa’s home is a gem. The place is clean, modern, cozy and comfortable. We had everything we needed for a long weekend. Great location, the beach is right across the street and a walkable distance to Carslbad Village. We enjoyed our stay and will be back again. Lisa was also a pleasure to deal with, responsive, helpful and friendly. Highly recommend Lisa’s home. Thank you for a great stay.

Home away from home with a beach. This has been one of the most peaceful coziest serene homes we have ever stayed. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left this home was nothing but positivity for our family. The amenities provided by the hosts were more than adequate to provide a family many memories. The seclusion we had during our stay was better than perfect. The host was thorough in communicating house rules and making accommodations during our stay. Would recommend this bungalow for any family to enjoy. Will be back soon.

The place was exactly like the pictures. Garage was about 6inches too small but we were very aware of this before booking. Place was clean and was very close to the beach! The pilot light was off for the heat. We contacted Diana and she responded right away even on a Sunday. I would definitely book this property again

Our family had a wonderful vacation to start the summer off! This location is remarkable - walkable to the beach, restaurants, etc. The home itself is wonderful as well - everything you want is there! This was our first time in Carlsbad and will definitely be back!

Anh and Dave’s place was truly blissful. Our stay was wonderful, and they were great hosts. We especially enjoyed spending time in their beautiful garden, it was the perfect spot to relax . We would love to come back and stay here again on our next visit.

Our stay was at Matt's place was great! The kitchen was by far the highlight, but the rest of the house fit our family of 7 perfectly. The garages were tight (only an inch or two to spare for a 2025 Subaru Forester in the smaller one and a 2013 Ford Explorer with the mirrors folded in fit just fine in the larger one), but having that parking was invaluable. The home was well stocked and very clean. The location was perfect with easy access to both the bay and the beach. Matt gave excellent instructions and was responsive throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay. I was a little hesitant after I read a review claiming we would have to share the house with her, but - not true. She has her own living space, bathroom, refrigerator and entrance. The only time she came in our rental was to show us around during arrival. The unit is amazingly spacious for the square footage. One bedroom has direct access to the shared bathroom - but no closet or place to hang clothes (it has chest of drawers for storage). The larger bedroom has a huge closet with lots of hangers (thank you!) and drawers. Beds were comfortable. Good light blocking curtains. The living room has a big skylight- sunny mornings. The garden is private and beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked, but we didn’t do any cooking. So many great restaurants within walking distance! I appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella. We had trouble figuring out the TV. You have to manually push a button on the lower right underside. Then use the remote. We will definitely return!

Felt right at home in this lovely bungalow. Love the neighborhood, great hanging space, beds super comfy and shower is great. Ease of entry and exit, "smart" elements and (narrow but useful) driveway made it super convenient too. In town for our sons UCSD graduation and not sure we will be back - but if we did we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

My friends and I had a lovely stay at Heather's bungalow! The outdoor spaces were beautiful and peaceful, and the inside was just as nice, cozy, and clean. Heather was very responsive, gave lots of great local recommendations, and made the whole rental process easy and seamless. Highly recommend!

absolutely adored this place!! it's so cute and we'll decorated and is the perfect place if you're traveling alone or as a couple. it has a nice kitchen stocked for making coffee or tea, a beautiful screened porch, comfy bed, and the TV has a ton of apps and channels. there's also plenty of parking so that was never a concern. HIGHLY recommend this place if you need a home base in San Diego for a few days

Fantastic little getaway or place to stay for a few weeks of work. Super walkable, safe and pretty quiet overall. Some airport noise, but that’s it really. Lots of food, markets, the park, etc, all within blocks. Awesome spot and happy to 5 star it! We would come back anytime.

Debi and Jason’s place in Southpark was very nice. Just like the pictures. High-quality, thoughtful furniture and decor, all the little touches that set and exceptional stays apart. The courtyard was like a tropical paradise, so beautiful, and the location was perfect… peaceful and quiet, yet close enough to walk to all the restaurants and shops.
