“I enjoyed staying at this cute studio in Santa Monica. Laura was very responsive and gave great suggestions on places to eat and things to do. There are a lot of stairs to climb up but has a cute view and a little patio where you can eat. The studio is also pretty small but located a 5-10 minute walk from the beach and has a lot of things to do in the area.”

“Can't say enough about this place. Great location, great value, quirky style and clean. Between the $15/day credit at the roadhouse, the complimentary coffee, prosecco, and Fiji waters, you can't beat the value. You might think "Eh, diner food," but the food is actually GREAT and everything is fresh. The Dijon Plum Impossible burger was delicious and the staff is so sweet. Communication with Anthony was seamless, fast and courteous as ever. The beach/bike bath truly is right across the street and connects to downtown Santa Monica, so if you have an extra 30 minutes and are able to walk, no Uber needed. The room and furnishings are definitely modest and follow the "upcycled style" that the roadhouse does. It's certainly got the old beach motel vibe going, so don't expect a luxury experience, but the important thing is it's perfectly clean and suitable for sleeping. Chromecast was a plus. If you're not accustomed to the sound of light traffic (just passing cars, no horns or anything), since this is right on the PCH, ear plugs might be a good idea. The desk area in the room is sufficient if you need to take a call or get something quick done, but the chair is quite worn and caused mild back pain after working through the morning there. I should have just worked downstairs in the Roadhouse, but that thought occurred to me too late. I did that the following day instead and that was great. Would definitely stay again and continue to sing Patrick's praises to anyone who will listen!”

“We had a wonderful stay at Leslie's, it was exactly as the reviews and photos depicted. It was modern, stylish, comfortable and in an excellent location. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in and the pillows too. The shower pressure was ah-may-zing, the towels luxuriously soft and fluffy ! The location was excellent, easy 20 min walk to SM pier and shops. Leslie assisted many times, umbrellas were provided when it rained, when I needed milk and bread for my baby as the stores shelves were empty and provided a luggage bag for my trip home as the shops were closed due to the situation. Leslie went above and beyond helping me and I am so greatful. Leslie is kind, patient and sweet. I recommend this studio 100% and when I next return to Santa Monica will be booking Leslie's studio.”
