Constructed in 1908, the Jones building was a former office complex. The old stairs have seen a lot of traffic leading to everything from a dentist office, insurance agency and a 3rd generation law firm. Just to name a few. Its centralized location makes it great for being able to fully experience the city of Cincinnati and Newport on the Levee. It comes fully equipped with full/double size bed, a sleeper sofa, tv, work space, extra bed, coffee maker and full bathroom. Along with having its own parking space with free street parking.

Come stay in boutique hotel style in Mid Century Modern inspired accommodations. Private key code entry makes check in easy. The Wichita Mod Lodge, owned by Oklahoma artist, Marilyn Artus, is just minutes from the Wichita Mountain Wildlife Refuge. If you love hiking there are many places to discover. The Woodsman Suite

A third floor suite, facing the river with the train tracks only a couple blocks away. It took 2 months to do the ceiling. Carefully polished and placed the old lath in a specific design, the ceiling is a work of art. Eighty percent of the material used in this room is from re purposed lumber, either from this building or from a childhood barn built in the late 1800's. It will take you a while to notice every detail down to the toilet paper holder which is from an old barn post.
