We can provide grocery shopping and pantry stocking for you before you and your guests arrive, bottles of wine, champagne, liquor, flowers, balloons, cards, party decor etc.- you name it, we can provide it for you! Our top floor studio has everything you will need for a fun and convenient vacation or staycation! While our 3D White Wall is certainly a feature that is popular among our guests, we have also designed this condo to maximize space and have supplied everything you need to feel right at home...and we want you to feel this way, its important to us! This condo has: A super-comfortable queen size murphy bed that folds into the wall when you are not sleeping to create more space. It also has pull-around bed curtains to provide a private and cozy sleeping environment. Fantastic throne-like vintage yellow chairs. They are TALL! A full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a complete coffee bar, wine and champagne glasses, pots, pans, utensils, and fabulous dishware. And yes…of course…there is also a corkscrew! An couch that folds out to a full size bed. Plush mattress toppers and blankets could keep you in bed all day. Clean and comfortable bathroom with supersize mirrors and a rain shower! Wifi Washer and Dryer (in the building) All home amenities including (iron, hairdryer, etc) Pool access during the warm months! And much more! Guests have access to all facilities including the full condo, washer/dyer, parking, and pool. We have been awarded "AIRBNB Superhosts." This means we go above and beyond for our guests. This condo is located in the 12th South and Melrose neighborhoods - which are 2 of the most popular, must-visit neighborhoods in Nashville. Within walking distance are shops, many restaurants and bars, grocery stores, a Walgreens and CVS, and just about everything else you need. Broadway, the famed honkytonks, and the heart of downtown is only a 5-minute drive away! This condo has a keyless entry system. Guest are sent their own unique key code prior to arrival.

Striking Cabin with a Hot Tub and Mountain Views

OVERVIEW: The cabin boasts 2 spacious bedrooms, each with a king size bed. Each room has it's own full bathroom, with a Jacuzzi tub in the upstairs bathroom. There is a sleeper sofa downstairs in the main living area. Both levels of the cabin have mountain facing porches which boast gorgeous views of Mt LeConte and the Smoky Mountains and that view can be enjoyed in the rocking chairs or the hot tub. There are fireplaces on both floors that add extra warmth and charm. There is a dining area just off the kitchen where you can share a great meal with friends or family. ENTERTAINMENT: Each bedroom and the main living room has it's own HD TV with cable TV and a DVD player. Upstairs there is a game room with a full size pool table, and arcade table and a mini air hockey table. The neighborhood has it's own pool and it is a short walk to a playground great for younger kids. There is free Wi-Fi so you can stay connected if you want. KITCHEN: The cabin has a full kitchen, with an oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender and dishwasher. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans and cooking utensils as well as plates, bowls, cups and silverware. Outside there is a charcoal grill. OTHER: The cabin also comes with a washer and dryer, all the linens needed for the 2 king beds and sleeper sofa, bath towels and hand towels for the bathrooms and more. You have access to the entire cabin. The cabin is for you during your stay. I will not be there when you are there. Of course if you need help with anything I can be available. The cabin is located minutes from Dollywood Theme Park in Pigeon Forge, as well as the quaint shops and eateries in Gatlinburg. Hiking and camping at Great Smoky Mountains National Park is a short drive away. The Great Smoky National Park is the most visited park in the National Park system and for good reason. The natural beauty that can be found in the park, across all 4 seasons is breathtaking. With over 800 miles of hiking trails, it should be easy to find a trail that meets your needs. And if you just want to drive through the park, the winding mountain roads and the Cades Cove loop offer beautiful scenery as well. Elegant Farm Stay- 20 minutes from Nashville!

This AGRITOURISM DESTINATION invites you to experience a different pace of life on 96 acres of farmland, cattle pastures, ponds, and even a waterfall. Gather wood for the fire-pit and roast some s'mores, catching the sun's last rays from the back deck. Interior highlights include barn-wood details and a steam shower. Enjoy your stay knowing... all surfaces are sanitized and all linens, duvet covers and blankets are washed between guests. Sheets are provided in case you would like to cover the sofa to lounge comfortably, assurd that everything is sanitized just for you. Agritourism activities may be arranged prior to your stay for a real 'hands on' experience of a working farm. SHORT TERM RENTAL PERMIT ISSUED THROUGH: Metro government of Nashville and Davidson County -STRP # 2019024060 A camp fire, walk on our nature trails or catching the sunset from the back deck will help you unwind. This is a working farm so you may hear the tractor tilling or our cows mooing. The entire apartment and balcony is yours to enjoy. In the apartment you will find a map with information as to where you can explore . There are several ponds (including one pond you can fish) on the farm and when we are not in a dry spell, a small waterfall. Feel free to gather some wood and roast s'mores or hotdogs over the fire pit. I’m happy to meet you when you arrive to answer any questions. If you prefer your privacy that is fine too. You may reach me by text or email. Even though the farm is an easy drive from downtown Nashville, this agricultural community feels like its from a quieter, more relaxing time. Fish in one of the ponds, pick berries, and head out for long, peaceful hikes in almost any direction. Uber is available from the farm. We are on the North side of Nashville. It takes less time (about 30 minutes) to drive to downtown than it does driving a few blocks in some more congested areas of Nashville. You may encounter other folks who live and work on the farm. Feel free to ask questions about our farm mission to help feed the hungry. The apartment is completely yours so if you want privacy that is totally available as well.

The house is a 20-minute drive to Downtown Asheville and 10 minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants are a short drive away. Our home sits on over an acre of wooded property with privacy and mountain views You'll definitely want to have your own vehicle while you are visiting. There is so much to see! We have a long driveway that can accommodate your vehicles just fine. Uber/lyft pick up and drop off at our home so if you plan to partake in any of the local breweries you'll have nothing to worry about! Be bear aware. We are up in the mountains and occasionally wildlife can be seen from our massive deck. You may likely see some wild turkeys as you drive up the road. We rarely, if ever, see bears but we just ask kindly that you don't leave any food or trash outside overnight as not to encourage these furry friends to visit.
