This is the place you are looking for. David is a great host, and his house is great for those of us who want our own bedroom, kitchen area and bathroom. David is very responsive to messages and always looking out for the guests. Everything was clean, the A/C and fan worked well, and plenty of space for me, probably plenty for a couple too. Only potential issue I could think of is climbing the stairs up to the second floor once inside the house. For most people, this shouldn’t be a problem but, if you have trouble with long staircases, this might be a problem for you. I have issues with my knees and back, but just had to take it slow.

had a great stay at this Airbnb! The space was clean, private, and located on the second floor of a shared home, which made it feel both cozy and secure. I appreciated having access to the kitchen,it was perfect for warming up meals. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, which made it easy to relax after long days. Pretty good stay if you need to be in the area for any reason for a night or two. it's a place to sleep and store your things and a private room so you're set. It was comfortable and clean enough that I can't complain. I would stay here again given the short walk to the LIRR and quick Uber to Eisenhower Park

Fabio’s place stands out and is superior to many of the Airbnbs I’ve stayed in because of the spaciousness and uncluttered. I stayed in a small room temporarily until the room with the adjoining bathroom became available. The small room is very airy with a big window facing the street. Has its own tv and everything was clean and inviting. The neighborhood is nice. I will return when I’m doing another renovation in my house. The host is very kind and responds very quickly.
