Villa holiday rentals in Plainview

We highly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. We enjoyed the covered screened in porch, as it rained for much of our stay. The property is beautiful and in a great location. Damien is helpful and friendly and responded quickly. Overall this is one of the nicer Air Bnb's we have stayed in. We will definitely be back and stay at one of his properties in the future.

My family and I had a peaceful, relaxing stay. Quiet cove with friendly neighbors and the lake in your backyard. Kayaks were fun! House was very clean and stocked well. I would suggest maybe a couple new pots and pans. The ones provided were pretty worn. New game room in the garage was 10/10. My kids absolutely loved it! Overall everything was great and we would definitely stay again.

We rented both homes at Sycamore Grove to attend a nearby wedding and found this location to be perfect! It was less than 5 minutes to the wedding venue, and 15 minutes to Chattanooga. It was really nice having both homes- my son and his family had a private space, but yet we all could enjoy being together and having meals outside on the patio. The design and decoration of the homes is very comfortable and beautiful. The setting is lovely, and it was fun being serenaded at night by the tree frogs. Great place the rent!

Very nice home. Had a little trouble with entry and the internet however the host was very responsive, friendly and quickly had the issue resolved. The house looked exactly like the photos so no disappointment there. Giving the stay 5 stars because the house was beautiful as expected with all the appropriate amenities. The host(s) were very pleasant and sent someone out immediately to assist with the internet connectivity issue. Very nice neighborhood as well..

This home is a ton of fun and great for a big family. Overall our stay was good with a couple hiccups. Raj was very communicative and helpful with each and every situation.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Sunrise Villa. We were visiting Asheville with my whole family for my sister in-laws baby shower and to celebrate my dad’s 70th birthday. We wanted a house that was private, peaceful but still close enough to town and this house had absolutely everything we needed. It was well stocked with things like coffee, shampoo, soap, paper towels and more. It was clean, beautifully decorated, had the most comfortable furniture and incredible views! We had four children in the house and it was very kid friendly. We so appreciated the baby monitors, sound machines and all the toys, games and puzzles. Christina was an excellent host, very responsive and friendly. Location was unbeatable, private and serene while being only an 8 minute drive to downtown Asheville’s amazing breweries and restaurants. 10/10 recommend the Sunrise Villa, we hope to come back in the future! We had an awesome time at Resting Eagle. The home is beautiful and very clean. Amazing views, great floor plan for families!! The beds are incredibly comfortable. We will definitely stay again if we are ever back in the area!! Jason is a great host!

If you are looking for a home on the lake with stunning views from almost every room, look no further. You will enjoy your meals looking out at the lake, a cozy fire and a lake view, or lounging lazily on a memory foam mattress with the lake in view. However, the view isn’t all you will enjoy. There are enough televisions for everyone’s tastes, games, beach towels, a pool, deck furniture, a fire pit, and a covered dock. Surely everyone will find something to do. I was really impressed at how clean the house was, how well-stocked the kitchen was, and the thoughtfulness of providing toiletries/Kleenex. Mike and Jorge are definitely super hosts!

We had a great stay at Bo’s place. It was a nice time to just getaway for a couple days. The pool was a fun way to spend the time. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was awesome for food prep. Loved having my coffee out on the deck in the mornings!

We really enjoyed our weekend! The house was beautiful, spacious, clean and had everything we needed. And the view was breathtaking! It was the perfect place for our whole family to gather and celebrate our son’s graduation from WCU!

The pictures don’t do this place justice. The view is so stunning, the landscaping/decor were so thoughtfully and beautifully done, the neighborhood was peaceful, everything we needed down to a full spa experience was all in the comfort of this home. It met and exceeded all of our family reunion’s expectations!

The place was beautiful and clean. Had lots of amenities. Loved the put put and lake and ping pong and gym. Dakota, who was the youngvlad at tge resort who worked evenings, was FANTASTIC. Incredibly kind and helpful. Excellent stay and i would certainly stay again if i come back to the area.

The community around Beth’s condo is amazing. Nice and quiet but still close enough to everything to where it’s not a hassle to get there! Plenty of space inside the condo so people don’t feel crammed! Sits on a beautiful golf course! Can’t recommend this condo enough!
