This unit has a private entrance w/ punch code door, full bathroom, large walk-in closet, mini fridge, freezer and microwave. It has one parking spot in the driveway and a washer /dryer. Best of both worlds: this airy and light, newly renovated private studio is set in a beautiful, secluded backyard/garden. Easy walk to restaurants, shops and acres of green space. Your reservation confirms that you have read "Other Things to Note" in The Space section below and "House Rules" before booking. Guests can only book for themselves. We are 5-7 minutes from the 39 bus and 15 from the Orange line. There is a microwave, fridge, counter and and sink but no stove or cooking options.

The apt. has 4 twin beds in our quirky 1880 Victorian farmhouse in central Jamaica Plain. Fast transportation to downtown Boston, Cambridge, and LMA. Separate entrance, kitchen and bathroom, shared deck. PLEASE NOTE: there are STEEP STAIRS to the unit, and a NARROW SPIRAL STAIRCASE inside the unit. Ceiling in the bathroom is LOW. People with mobility issues may find these difficult. Bulky luggage may have to stay on the main floor. PLEASE read description carefully before booking.

Water front cabin-like guest suite on a quiet pond

Our home is located on a wooded lot overlooking a pristine kettle pond. Access to our home requires ascending a long but gradual set of stairs followed by a second set of stairs to the entrance of the guest suite. The two room suite has a bedroom and a kitchenette with a microwave, toaster, electric kettle and mini frig. There is a French press, coffee bean grinder, tea, cups, dishes and flatware in the cupboards. It does not have a full kitchen ( no stove/ no kitchen sink)
