Great home for a small family - has everything you would need for a short stay.

Darling little place. I love the whimsical decorations and colors throughout the home. Location was perfect & safe. Very cute neighborhood - walking distance to all the fun shops and restaurants. I appreciated the gated yard for my dog, too! Pedro is so quick to respond and went the extra mile in ensuring that my stay was exceptional. Been playing tourist staying in airbnbs as a new local so he helped make my house hunting adventure less stressful. :)

We loved our short stay at Mason’s place!! We needed a peaceful getaway to just relax and it’s exactly what we needed. The hot tub was amazing, and we hiked all around the property and campgrounds! Had so much fun connecting with nature and relaxing. Also loved how many amenities, spices, oils, pots and pans, etc in the kitchen!!

Magnolia House was the perfect stay for us. We decided last minute to visit family that lives two houses down and across the street. Joy reacted quickly and let us know as quick as she could that our reservation was approved. We were even able to check in early. The location was exactly as pictured. The house was spotless and fit all of our needs. We are staying again at Thanksgiving. Definitely recommend staying with them.

It is hard to describe the feeling of peace and welcome that you feel when you come into the cottage. And cottage is the perfect word for it. It just feels like the coziest little home you ever were in. My husband and I absolutely loved it and enjoyed our time curled up with books on the couch or having our morning coffee in the screened porch. Stephen keeps this place perfectly. I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone that we know that would be going to Nashville and needing a place to stay. I’m not sure I would have very little kids there (under 6 maybe) , but for a couple or an adult it is the perfect spot. We really enjoyed Stephen and invited him in to sit and talk with us and tell us about some of the incredible things in the cottage. He is very friendly and willing to chat if you want to but not intrusive in any fashion. It is very near to the Greenhills shopping area, but extremely quiet and peaceful. We will definitely choose to stay at the cottage in the future!

This was our third time staying at Debra’s lovely cottage! It’s our favorite spot to stay when visiting family in the area, and it’s the perfect size to share with my in laws. The space is relaxing and serene, and we have lots of good memories hanging out by the firepit or playing board games around the kitchen table! Highly recommend staying here!

Lynn and Bill were amazing hosts! Such nice people and so willing to help and make sure you have the most amazing stay. Their place is beautiful and has more than what you need for an amazing stay. The view from the bedroom and living room is spetacular. If you are looking for a peaceful place, great location, comfortable and with a great price, this is it. No doubt about it. Thank you for hosting my family and I. My favorite part was the fire pit with the views of the mountains while my daughter had smores for the first time, will never forget that moment. Very responsive host. The side yard is very nice for people with dogs that travel. Location is very nice but DC traffic during rush hour can be rough but this can be planned for. Would stay again.

The studio was cozy, spacious, and clean, with a clear private entrance. We had no issues during our stay and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Conveniently close to family, restaurants and stores.

I have lived in a lot of places over the past year while traveling for school, and this was the best of the bunch. Everything was great, including a clean comfortable space, available toiletries, efficient appliances, simple check in and out, amazing 10/10 mountain view.

I was in for a conference in Steubenville, and Tracie’s place could hardly be in a more convenient spot, especially since I was driving. Very close to downtown, just across the bridge. The basement apartment was private, well furnished, and comfortable.

I did not interact with the host very often because it was a short stay, but she was responsive to the few inquiries I had. The house was within walking distance of the venue, Third Room, which made exploring Asheville fun and purposeful as we meandered to the event we were in town for. It was also close enough for an inexpensive Uber back. The home was functional and friendly for our brief visit. I will be visiting Asheville often. This will be near the top of the list if I need room for three or more.

Stephen is literally THE BEST host I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying with on Airbnb! He is friendly, helpful, and fantastic. His place is so inviting and interesting to stay at. Tidbits and cool relics all over his space. And if that alone isn’t enough, his sanctuary of a backyard garden will be what sets his place apart from the rest. His place is now one of my favorite saves that I will definitely try to book again in the future should I ever be in the area.

Great location right in the center of downtown, walkable to many of the landmarks even walked to the grocery store . Place was peaceful quiet, clean. Had stayed with them in the past and trust these owners. Lockbox out front is a little tricky to get the key out of and shut bit you don’t have to deal with it again once you have the key. Probably some wd40. I love staying at their arbnb, I look forward to again!

We visited Lawrence for the Big 12 Track & Field Championship and appreciated the comfort of this townhouse. It is close to the trendy restaurants and shops on Massachusetts Street but in a quiet location adjacent to a nice walking trail.

Overall made for a great stay, it’s was perfect and met all expectations. The hosts were also very friendly and quick to respond. I would recommend staying here for sure. It was also great walking distance to everything around us and made for a great view off the balcony:)

Cute place to stay. Has everything you need. Easy walk to the beach. Plenty of bars and restaurants in walking distance. Large parking lot with available street parking also.

We’ve previously stayed at three other units in The Dickson; all were nice, but this one stood out. Nicely decorated, well laid out, comfortable and easy access from parking ramp. The terrace is large and has a stunning view of the Fayetteville hills, Dickson Street and downtown. We thoroughly appreciated the extra attention to details like stocking the refrigerator with several bottles of water, a pint of half-and-half, and a stick of butter.

Kevin is an incredible host. If I could give a higher rating than 5 stars it would be appropriate for Kevin. Kevin is quick to respond and quick to provide results and solutions. I was unfamiliar with the area and having a gated apartment was great. I would easily come back to this unit

Splendid view and perfect location, just a short drive from Gatlinburg! The host was great, but a few updates would make this place even better. Specifically, the sink faucet needed a new one, and some utensils and cooking pots were worn out. Overall, still a great stay, but a few tweaks would make it perfect.
