Bedroom 1 at The Big Creek Lodge

Bedroom 1 is up a flight of stairs in the The Big Creek Lodge on the 350 acre Luna's Trail property. Guests will enjoy beautiful views of Hanging Rock and Pilot Mountain from their private balcony, a sitting area, and a walk in shower. Our restaurant is available Thursday - Sunday. Reservations are recommended but not required for on property guests and can be made by contacting the owners. There are sometimes large, private events downstairs. Please ask ahead if one may affect your visit.

The Woodsman Suite

A third floor suite, facing the river with the train tracks only a couple blocks away. It took 2 months to do the ceiling. Carefully polished and placed the old lath in a specific design, the ceiling is a work of art. Eighty percent of the material used in this room is from re purposed lumber, either from this building or from a childhood barn built in the late 1800's. It will take you a while to notice every detail down to the toilet paper holder which is from an old barn post.
