Hotel holiday rentals in Cape Cod Bay

Great location! This was close enough to downtown that we could easily walk to the waterfront or stroll along Thames. It was pouring rain on our first night, but not to worry — we were just a three-minute walk from delicious Italian food. Easy to grab morning coffee and pastries as well. We were also in a quiet enough zone that car shares arrived on time but there was no congestion or bothersome street noise by us. Inside the house was perfect too! Spotless and exactly as described. Beds were comfortable, water was hot, checkin and checkout was effortless. Last but not least, the price was right for our girls’ trip. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful place....beautiful, clean, comfortable and so much more. Can walk to lots of restaurants, etc. Or Uber will pick you up on the corner which we did. Mansions close, too. The morning downstairs breakfast was much more than expected, delicious! The check in lady and everyone who worked there were polite and helpful. Much better than a hotel! I highly recommend.

I have stayed here many times. it is a historic place that has not been totally upgraded. That is why it is affordable. I hope it never changes. I always love staying here.

I was so happy to have a room with a view of the ocean (though it included a view of some telephone lines and street lights, just fyi) and to be literally across the street from the beach. The room was spacious and calm, with lots of natural light, the bed was huge and comfy and clean, the parking was easy, and I really thought this was a great base for my Newport trip. Note; I stayed int he original building.

Worked well for one night when family was going in different directions next morning.

Martha’s place is perfect for a vacation on Martha’s Vineyard.

We loved our stay here! Jeanette was a kind and thoughtful host. The space was clean and exactly what we paid for. The included breakfast was a delight. We’d definitely stay here again.

Great price and area if you're looking to access Cambridge area without dealing with parking and traffic. Alewife T is right there and can easily access all Red Line T stops. Good price and nice newer hotel. Bar and lots of outdoor space. Will stay again.

Great location, located steps away from the beach, and central to many cape favorites! Great amenities - access to 2 outdoor pools, and indoor pool, and a hot tub. The condo was clean and spacious, and exactly what we were looking for in a vacation rental. I would recommend if you have little kids who are sensitive to light for early morning wakings to bring travel black out shades since there are lots of windows. Jen was extremely responsive to any questions I asked, and was wonderful to work with. We had a blast, and would definitely come back!

Great place to stay!!

For the price and allowing dogs, it was a great spot.The king bed and pillows were VERY comfortable. The only challenge might be is the cars drive to exit right next to rooms on the ground level of the building in the lower part of the lot rooms In the busy season that might be a challenge at night. Great stay for great price.

The entire stay was peaceful, relaxing, and exactly what we were looking for. The sunrises are so beautiful here! Wonderful family atmosphere and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. We were able to get in early and start our stay sooner than expected. Miss Sapphire at the front desk was extremely helpful and sweet. We adore her!! My son thought the place was so great we booked a room for his birthday weekend and cannot wait to get back! We are excited to make this a regular trip each year! 🥰🌊🐚🦀🌅 Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! 🫶🏼

It looks like it has been renovated since pictures were taken. It was much bigger than expected which was great. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend!

Excellent old fashion motel. It was quaint with a nice waterfront. Enjoyed the rustic beach for a quick dip. The TV was excellent. Derek, allowed me to check in early and addressed any issues I had. I had a great stay. I would recommend this especially if you’re traveling solo.

Really enjoyed staying here even though, as they said, no one is onsite to greet you. Room was quiet, comfortable, clean and newly renovated. Really like location. Great restaurants within short walk, and close to the T at Porter Square stop. They had both a fan and space heater in closet (I had to use fan one night). I traveled alone and chose to stay on second floor in main building. Nice safe environment. Only minor thing was the tiny toilet which could be noticeable if traveling with a large person. Otherwise race reviews and I’d definitely stay there again.

My friend and I recently enjoyed our stay. The place was beautiful and cozy and in great location. Next to Orleans and north of Cape. Amy was extremely responsive and attentive. We would love to return in the summer where the weather will be better so we can enjoy the outdoors amenities.
