I have stayed here many times. it is a historic place that has not been totally upgraded. That is why it is affordable. I hope it never changes. I always love staying here.

I stayed at Mariam’s place over the weekend as I had an ultramarathon nearby, I felt right at home in the middle of the Berkshires and would highly recommend staying.

Worked well for one night when family was going in different directions next morning.

Martha’s place is perfect for a vacation on Martha’s Vineyard.

This was by far one of the best Air BNB experiences I have had. We only stayed very briefly for a conference but it was absolutely perfect. It was super close to the college, so easy to find, check-in was a breeze, breakfast was delicious and had lots of options, the room was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. We felt very at home! We were traveling with a trailer and three mini equines so we didn’t have a lot of room for things to get complicated and Ruth made EVERYTHING so easy and comfortable. I am so grateful for her hospitality and if I attend the conference next year, I will definitely be rebooking! I highly recommend staying here. ☺️

This was a great place to stay as a family for a ski trip! Easy ski on/ski off access to the mountain with ski lockers was a huge plus. Easy enough to walk to a few restaurants. The kids love the movie theater, pool and game room. Very clean and friendly/helpful staff at front desk.

Adorable cottage in a little village across from the water. Super cozy with a huge full kitchen, a separate living room and a comfy bed. Be sure to get a “cottage” not a “room”.

Peaceful, serene, quiet, private. I celebrated my first year anniversary by staying overnight. Perfect for couples. Probably not so ideal for families with kids, there's not much but antiques in the surrounding area. I would recommend it to my couple friends who want a serene getaway.

This place is absolutely beautiful!! So relaxing with breathtaking views!! Lovely room and charming historic house. Can’t wait to go back!!

The hotel was as advertised and very clean. and we were very happy with our suite. The full kitchen includes an electric range, dishwasher, and even a garbage disposal. Living space included a pull-out sofa bed, reclining chair, dining tablet with two chairs, and a desk and there was still room to move. Ample closet space, including a small closet off the kitchen for our living room guest to use. Tv stand doubled as a dresser for the living room guest, which was nice to have as well. Outside pool and hot tub were well maintained, as were the grounds. The included breakfast was definitely a plus, as it saved us from paying for 3 meals in the city. Staff were friendly and helpful, check in and out were very easy. Not a lot to do or great places to eat in the general vacinity, but for someone that wanted to explore other cities/towns in the area the location was good.. about 30 minutes from downtown Boston, Lexington, Cambridge, and Salem. Quiet and out of the way. Great overall.

The location worked well for us to get to the start of the Boston marathon. The area was quiet. The host communicated every time we sent a message. We were pleased with the size of the room.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay for our wedding anniversary, the room was adorable with a very responsive host. Craig and Ginny were great, Craig gave us recommendations for a day trip to make the most out of our short 2 day trip, and we hit a lot of amazing highlights of the cape! We would love to come back one day!

An Awesome Place To Stay! It Was My First Time In Boston, & The Staff At The Seaport Hotel Made Me Feel Right At Home! I Shall Return!

Great little resort - on the water - an inlet . Has a little beach with fire pits - I took my paddleboard out - recommend water shoes as the shore is muddy. 2 pools indoor and outdoor, game room, free breakfast. I went on a rainy weekend - it was very chill - apparently a lot of golfers stay there. Highly recommend

We really loved our stay at Shelburne Springs! The suite was immaculate & so very beautiful. Each finish, fabric & fixture felt hand picked by an artisan. Janelle, who makes your breakfast, is worth her weight in gold. The entire experience was absolute perfection.

Excellent old fashion motel. It was quaint with a nice waterfront. Enjoyed the rustic beach for a quick dip. The TV was excellent. Derek, allowed me to check in early and addressed any issues I had. I had a great stay. I would recommend this especially if you’re traveling solo.

This rental was the perfect fit for what I was looking for. I came out to the Berkshires with some family to take advantage of the outdoors and local communities. I've been coming out to the Berkshires for years, so I was familiar with the area, and couldn't have asked for a more convenient location with the rental being close enough to lots of great towns and main roads or highways. There was lots to do at the resort, and everything was open much later than I would have expected. The rental space itself was vary spacious and having separate bedrooms and a full kitchen and balcony were great aspects that totally added to the whole experience. I felt it was a great value for what's available in the area. We didn't have any issues with any part of our stay, so I was very pleased and would highly recommend it to anyone interested in taking advantage of everything the Berkshires has to offer.

The unit was located in a Holiday Inn Resort. It had indoor and outdoor swimming, volleyball, movie theater, mini golf, and tennis, among other things, all included in the rental. It was centrally located between Lee, Stockbridge, and Lenox, all within a 5-10 minute drive. The unit was clean and very comfortable, and parking was right in front of the unit. Rod was a great host, always asking if we needed anything and ensuring everything was in order. We will definitely use this place again on our net trip to the Berkshires.

This place totally met our expectations according to the pictures on the website. The town and area is diverse and there is a Whole Foods close which is important to us. Definitely will book again the next time we have to come yo Concord, MA
