Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Cape Cod Bay

It was such an interesting experience to stay in this antique home! I’ve never stayed in a place so old before, and it has a lot of character. Stephenie communicated very proactively before and during our stay. Checking in and out was a breeze. The location of the home on the pond was very peaceful. My husband and daughter had fun boating around on the boat that’s available to guests. We had everything we needed to prepare meals, and the house was very clean.

Serene and charming riverfront hideaway. In a residential neighborhood but very quiet. You are 5-10 minutes from great restaurants, shopping, Dennis Beach but it all feels very secluded. We went kayaking every day from the private dock, saw swans, sea lions, and hawks. The space is clean, boho-chic, very comfortable beds, easy to use gas fireplaces. Primary bedroom sitting area/sunroom is dreamy for reading. Kitchen has everything you need. We thought we might miss an ocean/bay view but we didn't at all. Very reasonably priced for the quality. Meg replied to all messages within minutes. We would absolutely come back. Great for a couple or small family.

A lovely home with plenty of space, well equipped for a couple or family with young children. The bed was huge, and so comfortable! Comfortable lounge for chilling out in front of the big smart TV, good kitchen with modern appliances. We made use of the gas grill for BBQ, and it was great to have the 2 bikes available to use, with the cycle trail 2 minutes away. Chatham is a great location, a lovely main street, restaurants and shops, 20 minute walk away or a short drive with plenty of parking. We'd recommend "Pain d'Avignon" for great coffee, and lovely bistro food for lunch. Great communication from Godelieve from the moment we booked, good information in advance, through check-in. Responsive and helpful with any small queries. We had a lovely time, thank you, we'll be back.

Believe the 5 star reviews!! What a fabulous cozy slice of heaven quietly nestled right off a main road and in proximity to so much!! The bungalow itself is the cutest quaintest most charmingly decorated place. They have everything you could need and more, and yes the bathroom is what dreams are made of Highly highly highly recommended for a couple or a small group and for hoomans with furbabies!!! <3 Violet's place is perfect and we can't wait to return.

Midori's place was perfect for us - quiet neighborhood, clean, and spacious. The privacy lock on the front door was a bit tricky - you need to have a coin handy to turn it, which we would not have had but Midori told us to bring one. Great place for a nice trip to Cape Cod!

The cottage is beautiful, extremely comfortable and well equipped. The surroundings are peaceful and the location is conveniently at walking distance from the beach. We loved our stay there and spent an amazing week.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Amy's. The house is a little gem! It's well equipped and thoughtfully designed. It was so nice to be able to walk to town. Amy was amazing and great to work with! Already dreaming about another visit in the future.

This house was spectacular. More amenities than I would have ever thought of. Gorgeous interior and exterior. The surrounding neighborhood is in need of regentrification but it’s extremely safe and quiet. Once in the home., it’s an oasis. Probably the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in (sample size about 10) Tony is extremely responsive and helpful. This was the perfect home for my daughter’s bridal party to get ready in and shoot pre wedding photos in. Also amazingly comfortable for my large family to stay in for the long weekend.

My son and I had a wonderful weekend visit to Eastham. Min's place was very clean, comfortable, and cosy. Coffee bar was well stocked and much appreciated!

Bill and Trish were amazing hosts, and they made sure the place was exceptionally clean. They even had fresh flowers for us when we arrived.

We had such a great stay! The hosts were super accommodating and really attentive to anything we needed. The place was spotless, cozy, and fully stocked with all the essentials (and then some). They went out of their way to make us feel at home, and it honestly made the whole experience so relaxing and enjoyable. The apartment is just perfect for a week on the Vineyard, and Jennifer has thought of all the details. So easy to use and find everything. And it is a lovely space.

My fiancé, dog Bandit, and I stayed here for a few days and it was comfortable & had everything we needed. The private beach was a 10/10. Perfect place to watch the sunrise and there are gray seals constantly swimming by near the shore, so cool!! Make sure you take a look at the ideas and recommendations that Patty left in the blue ring binder. I recommend the Rock Harbor Grill for dinner & Ice Cream Cafe for dessert. Close by to the awesome rail trail for dog walks and only a 50ish minute drive to the tip of the Cape Cod National Seashore. I will say BEWARE of ticks if you’re walking your dog. They are plentiful in Cape Cod, believe it or not. Finally, Patty was a wonderful host. We would definitely choose this Airbnb when visiting Cape Cod again.

We had a great stay at the Starfish Suite. We were in town for a girlfriends wedding and it was the perfect space for us. Carolyn was also very communicative and a great host!

We absolutely loved staying at Meagan’s place. It was super comfortable, stylish and stocked with everything we needed. We spent some time at opposite sides around the Cape so her location was the perfect central spot. We would definitely stay here again and/or recommend to friends and family - thanks for having us!

Place was gorgeous. Location perfect. Mattress perfect. Clean. Kitchen well equipped. Room very stuffy, no moving air.We prefer open windows & temp was perfect but found the only 2 windows behind headboardhad no screens so that was out. 1 eve I had to open a bit, felt suffocating. We did use a/c couple of times & it works fine. T.V. stations do not have CC which is surprising. I verified the station & prgm, turned on cc from control but never worked. Can't watch t.v. without it. Not sure if the area stations or what. Not ADA compliant. Autumn was fantastic replying, at 1st. I did ask more Q as time got closer & she did have fam once & apologized about delay. However when asked about t.v. the response was something about it on the control & nothing more. Could be she isn't aware. Check in shows that I'm to contact her but she & I thought the code would come up when checkin time arrived so had to contact her a few x to get in door. Bathroom inner knob falling off. Scott loves the chair!

We had a lovely stay at Pelham Court! The location was the perfect spot to be near the main attractions around Thames Street and convenient to walk elsewhere. We loved having a private parking spot for our car as well. Bonus perk for being able to bring our dog with us! The hosts checked on us every evening if we needed anything—provided recommendations, and were super friendly and welcoming! Only downside to being so close to downtown is the loud noise from a nearby bar late at night on weekend. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Newport/Pelham Court and hope to come visit again in future! Thanks for having us! :)

Kevin's place is perfectly located in Angels Landing across from the library. It’s a quiet, safe location at night. The proximity to abundant dining and shopping options made exploring Provincetown incredibly convenient. The home was well-stocked with coffee and sweetener, which we appreciated each morning. The peaceful setting allowed for great rest after busy days exploring the town. Kevin was a thoughtful host and we'd definitely stay here again!

Anna’s place was exactly what we needed to have a peaceful and relaxing Memorial Day weekend stay. We knew the weather might be on the cooler side, so purposefully wanted to stay where there was the possibility of using the indoor pool – the sponsored guest passes were a huge benefit here, and Oceans Edge staff even went above and beyond, adding an extra day to our pool access since we were picking them up so late in the day. The condo was clean and filled with all the essentials, in a very quiet area of the property. Would definitely stay again!

Airbnb virgin….. but NOT ANY MORE! When I couldn’t figure out how to get in, at first I felt alone, scared, betrayed, abandoned, and almost closed my eyes to self sooth. But I forced myself to keep my eyes open, figured things out. All of a sudden I didn’t feel alone, I even felt loved/protected. Everybody was really nice. Even when I wasn’t. Thank you for letting me into your home!!

Adrienne Marie's place was incredible. Amazingly decorated with gorgeous and interesting art everywhere. the furniture was comfy and artistic. The location was fantastic, overlooking Commercial St. The only downside was the coffee shop across the way played loud music till 1am and the delivery and garbage trucks woke us at 6am everyday. We used earplugs and white noise apps on our phones and slept fine. The bed was super comfortable and the two seater deck over looking the street was a great spot for people watching and enjoying coffee or cocktails. We would definitely stay at Adrienne's place again!

Great place. All the good reviews are accurate. 3 minor issues that can be fixed quickly: 1. Parking is not on site and you have to park a couple of blocks away. That should be pointed out in the description, maybe it was and I didn’t see it 2. When you first walk in, the apartment is stuffy, but it’s fine once you air it out. I think it’s the couch or couch covers 3. No detergent for the washer, so bring your own. It’s the first time I stayed at an Airbnb that didn’t provide it Everything else was great, thanks for having us!

We had a beautiful stay at Anil's, and would book it again. The thoughtful use of space made the interior feel expansive, and the views to the bay are inspiring from every area. The kitchen was well-appointed and we really appreciated all the storage in the bedroom loft allowing us to unpack our clothes neatly. This is a great location just after the end of all the shops and restaurants on Commercial St.-so it's quiet and mostly residential. Loved it, thanks Anil!

This was our second stay at Steven’s place, and it continues to be the best spot to stay at. We love the location, it’s close to everything but still on a quiet part of Commercial St. And you can’t beat the friendliness and ocean view at the bayside condominium complex!
