Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in Cape Cod Bay

This place was exactly what I needed for my trip. Dianne was very responsive, met me at check in, and showed me around. The space is so much larger than it looks in the posting. It feels like a small apartment rather than a spare room. The area is quiet, and a short drive to stores and restaurants. I walked down to the beach, and it was also very peaceful. Please note that the walk to the beach is down a dirt road that cuts through some woods. I would recommend walking shoes and not flip flops. Overall, I loved my stay and highly recommend Dianne's place!

Mark and Bill's place was very nice and clean. The private beach was wonderful and quiet. Bed was a little stiff but that's the only not great thing about the place. Quick responses even though I booked completely last minute. Hope to stay here again but with the family!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The bed was so comfortable! And the shower is over the top! Becky was very knowledgeable about many things and we enjoyed visiting about travels and birds and plants! We would definitely stay there again if we visit that area of RI.

I couldn’t have been more thrilled with Carol’s gem of a place. I was in nearby Halifax for a dressage competition at Fieldstone Show Park and was looking for a place that was close and comfortable. Got really lucky in finding Carol’s place in that it had everything I wanted. Privacy, comfort, and amenities. Was thrilled with the snacks, coffee, and water provided, the microwave, and much, much more. (And the bed was very comfortable.) Carol and her husband Rob (I’m also Carol and my husband is Rob, so this was meant to be!) were friendly and charming and while our chats were brief, I really enjoyed them. Will definitely try to book this place again when I am back in town for a horse show!

We had a lovely stay. The house and landscaping are beautiful, and Lisa was very helpful when we had a question. And the bed was very comfortable (a real mattress, not a foam one).

We had a wonderful stay at Nancy’s place in Eastham, Cape Cod. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt incredibly cozy. Nancy was warm, welcoming, and full of helpful local tips that made exploring the area even better. Her communication was smooth throughout, and check-in/check-out was effortless. We also got to meet her sweet and playful dog, which added a personal touch. Breakfast was delicious, and the whole atmosphere of the house was calm, peaceful, and just what we needed. Highly recommend!

Spacious and clean - perfect size for our family of 6! Three big bathrooms and three large bedrooms. The space is on the second floor so we did have to carry luggage up the steps. The kitchen was minimally stocked but we were able to have instacart deliver groceries for us. Not sure if the tenants above were other guests or permanent residents but they did get a little loud in the evening. The home was a perfect distance from the Central T Station and ease of getting to and from Boston was perfect ! Neighborhood was very safe even walking late at night from the T. I would recommend screens in the upstairs windows as having a breeze at night was lovely. Also would recommend stocking wash cloths in the bathroom. All in all it was a great stay and only a few little tweaks of TLC can go a long way !

Absolutely loved my stay and the home was full of so much character and charm! Most of all, I enjoyed our chats. I hope to be back soon!

We stayed a few nights and the inn was quaint and cozy. Perfectly located to restaurants and shops. Our host Jeanette was friendly and very helpful. The continental breakfast was served in the cutest dining area and her homade coffee cake was delicious.

Peter was so warm & went the extra mile - gave me lovely coffee & toast, butter and jam for breakfast - which was very welcome and comforting.

Robert's place was beautiful, on a private street with a lovely garden. We loved the suite style accommodations. Robert was very friendly and responsive in communicating with us! Highly recommend—we would love to stay with Robert again on a future trip to Dedham.

Had a great stay! Would 1,000% book again! Judi is good people! Super chill vibe! If I lived locally, I’d totally swoop her up for regular Sunday brunches and antique shopping! The pictures don’t do it justice- it’s MUCH larger (and nicer) than expected! Two suggestions - A table top dimmable makeup mirror to add to the already well stocked and awesome options. A keyless entry for the bottom door once a guest has exited the unit. …not a complaint, however it would take an “A” experience to an “A+”!!! Note: If you have mobility issues, the stairs are a bit steep, but my 78 year old mom handled them like a (retired) champ!! Overall, one of my best Airbnb experiences! 10/10!!

Very nice place to stay in a beautiful city. Candace is a 4th generation Bostonian and retired educator so she can really tell what to do and see in the area and how to get around. Breakfast was always great with fresh yogurt, fruit, croissants, juice and coffee. Room was cozy with a queen size bed now and a clean private bedroom. Highly recommended for your visit to the Boston area!

My husband and I just returned home from our weekend stay with Ginny and Craig. Craig and the dogs greeted us when we arrived on Friday afternoon. Very friendly and very helpful. Local recommendations for restaurants and things to do were great. This was our first visit to the area, and it was very quiet and close to downtown. Also, very close to the local beaches which were beautiful and not crowded at all. The room #7 where we stayed had a cute patio and looked out over the backyard. Great spot for coffee in the morning or to wind down in the afternoon. We can’t wait to go back.

Susan and Walter are a lovely couple. I arrived late on a flight from Boston. They gave me toast and tea because I hadn't had dinner while we had a nice conversation. The house is lovely and in a great location. I like their animals, too. The bedroom is spacious, and the bed is quite comfortable. I know Somerville well, having lived in the Boston area for 14 years, so it was nice to be a familiar location where I could walk to Davis Square for food and to the T (subway) so I could get my rental car at Central Sq in Cambridge. I look forward to staying with them again.

Sara was awesome! We will definitely stay here again if we were in the area. The place was clean and comfortable, and Sara was welcoming, communicative, and conversational while looking out for the comfort of us as guests. Just make sure you are respectful of the space as you are staying in a room in her home. Thanks so much Sara, it was so nice to meet you!

I had a great stay at Peter and Jean’s place. They are friendly hosts who respect your privacy, which made the experience feel relaxed and comfortable. The room was pleasant—bright with the shades up, and nicely dark when the shades were down to block out sunlight. The community is lovely and peaceful—perfect for a walk or just enjoying the calm atmosphere. Car parking was easy, which made coming and going stress-free. Jean was especially helpful and accommodating, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a peaceful and positive experience. I would recommend their place to others.

A beautiful craftsman style house near the center of Newton and a short drive to anywhere in the Boston area.

The place was cozy and comfortable. I slept soundly in the very “comfie” bed. I appreciated the ability to come and go as I pleased without any time restrictions as I was visiting family and would come in very late at night. Most of the weekend stay, I had the house to myself. Even when in the house with everyone present, I still felt free to move about the house and that really made a difference. The bathroom/restroom is small but fully equipped with everything I needed and the shower was perfect (water pressure, heat, etc). From the beginning and throughout the entire stay, Rob would say in his messages “welcome home” and truly, that’s what I felt for the entire trip and experience. I highly suggest staying here. They are the perfect hosts and have thought of everything to make someone feel like their space is your space. For that, I’m so grateful.

Lori is a gracious hostess, she welcomed us into her home which was immaculate. If your looking for a nice retreat I would definitely put this location on your list!

Jodi is a great host and outstanding human being. She is generous, friendly and welcoming. The house is nicely decorated with an artistic touch. I would love to come back, I felt like visiting a good friend. Totally recommend!
