Welcome to the 1871 Gingerbread Cottage of our dreams! We have renovated this house by hand and spend much of our time here filling it with love and memories. When our own family isn't here, we open it to you + yours! The cottage was featured in the May/June '16 issue of Yankee Magazine, as well as several design books. We are within walking distance of the Oak Bluffs ferry terminal, Circuit Avenue's restaurants and bars, and several beaches. Lighthouses + more are just a short bike ride away!

Studio apartment addition attached to our family home. Our home is located three miles to downtown Edgartown with bus service & bike path close by. Private entrance, mini fridge, coffee press & accessories, private bath with shower, washer/dryer, bed in a loft area (ladder access only) with queen size sofa bed available below for additional sleeping. This is our family home with two baby boys. We try our best to keep quiet, but it is important to note their presence; rental has a sound machine.

NO KITCHEN facilities. Full bath (w/ shower) in attached ell. Bright & cheery, close to barn & goat pen. Shaded outdoor grass patio w/ teak furniture. Orchard (w/ fire pit), pastures, hay fields, stream, walking trails in woods.

Wellfleet Cottage By The Sea

Small, rustic cottage on the beach for one or two couples. Back door opens onto a long driveway to a sand road, front door opens onto a stairs to the beach. It's like a movie or book come to life. If you love The Notebook or The Outermost House you'll likely fall in love with the place. Renters return season after season, so usually we don't have to advertise it, but COVID upset this rhythm along with everything else.

Captains Quarters at Dune Crest Hotel

Panoramic views of Cape Cod Bay, Provincetown, Pilgrim Lake. Located on 12 acres in the National Seashore, this is the Owner's apartment at the Dune Crest Resort. 2 Ensuite bedrooms, open floor plan kitchen, dining, living room for gathering. Use of hotel amenities: Continental Breakfast, tennis court, swimming pool, hiking trails. Provincetown only a few miles away for dining, shopping, entertainment.
