Townhome holiday rentals in Cape Cod Bay

My husband and I have been coming to Provincetown for 40 years, in-season and -off season. We especially like coming in the winter now, and the Court Street Hideaway Townhouse is our favorite property so far because of the layout, the spaciousness, the cleanliness, expansive deck (for those who come in the summer) and the natural light that comes streaming into the living area. The kitchen island is a great place to hang out if cooking dinner, and the dining table is real gem! Did I mention dimmers? Every place should have them, and you won’t be disappointed here. The townhouse is a close walk (within 2 min) to the grocery store, and 5 minutes to our favorite restaurants on Commercial Street. It’s the most comfortable airbnb where we have stayed in P’town, and we’ve been to lots of places! Richard, our host, was friendly and attentive, and was on call if we had any questions and responded immediately. We would definitely stay here again!

Had a wonderful stay with my friends in Boston. The rooms and living spaces were very comfortable and clean. Michelle was very reachable and responded quickly. Would recommend this home to anyone.

Overall the location was as advertised and up to expectation! With several floors there was plenty of room for all of the guests to sleep and a large living room/kitchen to hang out. The T station was close so even with spotty weather we were able to get everywhere with ease. Would highly recommend!

Amazing house for a family. Each floor has its own space— a bedroom and bathroom. They even left Boston Red Sox hats for us! It was perfect for Boston marathon weekend and would visit again. My niece and nephew (ages 4 and 5) loved the twin bed room!

Absolutely beautiful space! Very comfortable and cozy! We enjoyed every bit of our visit and felt so at home. It's also in the perfect location: close enough to downtown Newport that everything is very accessible and it's also in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood for a good night's rest. But wait--there's more! Kristin was by far one of the most proactive, friendly, and helpful host I've ever experienced with Airbnb! I highly recommend this listing!

I went with a group of girls and it was perfect for what we needed! It was so cute and spacious. It was too cold for us to utilize the roof top deck area but on a warm sunny day it would be perfect! There was plenty of room for all of us to get ready. All the bedrooms were big as well. The location was walkable to everything! Parking was great as well and easy. The host responded to all my questions very quickly. This was one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at. I would definitely recommend!!!

The lock-box was very difficult to open, to get keys. It would be helpful to have some brief instructions for dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer. Carl was very helpful on the phone and came over twice. WE highly recommend the cottage.

Jenny’s place exceeded our expectations. The quality of the blankets and pillows were hotel level, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the house is clean and beautiful. Our hosts were super responsive when the wifi wasn’t working (not their fault) and went above and beyond to address it immediately. Our stay was so wonderful, thank you Jenny and Ted!

We absolutely loved Tina’s air bnb. It was very easy to get to the place, clean, easy check-in and check out. Tina provided a lot of amenities that we forgot to pack, there were a ton of fresh towels, sheets, and blankets, and the space was very comfortable for the 7 of us. The best part about the airbnb is the location, we were quick walks and uber rides away from everything we needed. Thank you so much Tina for a wonderful week.

So happy we found Ann’s place for our girls weekend to Newport to celebrate our 50th birthdays. Ann’s townhome could not have been more perfect. Clean, new,, Cozy, beautiful natural light, a gas fireplace that we Floridians definitely used, private parking, quiet, very comfortable beds, lovely linens, great location, and the list goes on…Ann was an excellent host, responding immediately and offering quick answers. She provided an excellent area guide which we utilized. She also sent us gals info on a local boutique sample sale that was occurring during our stay and we took advantage of the opportunity. We are already talking about our next girls trip to Newport and will definitely reserve Ann’s townhome, if available. Thank you Ann!

Location is amazing. Quiet family neighborhood that is a quick walk to restaurants, shopping, etc. Spacious 2 floor apartment with 2 outdoor spaces as well. The hosts are super communicative. Like many AirBnB’s, the amenities can use a little t&c or upgrade. That noted, highly recommend.

Great clean unit. Lots of stairs but wasn't a problem for us. Well renovated and welcoming. Best thing was the host answered my questions at 1am and 2am which was very helpful after a long delayed flight.

I had a wonderful stay at Robert and Karen’s beautiful townhouse, celebrating my birthday in Nantucket. The home is more spacious than it appears in the photos, and the two outdoor decks were an added bonus. We appreciated that each bedroom had its own bathroom (including one with a walk in shower). It was awesome to be only about a mile from the beach and Millie’s, one of my favorite restaurants on the island. Karen was extremely gracious and responsive, and we felt very appreciative of our time in her home. We hope to return one day! Thank you.

Loved this place! Just 15 minutes from Boston and easy to uber back and forth. The place was very nice - only thing to call out is that the stairs are very steep and tight. We had to leave our luggage downstairs and carry any necessities up.

Stayed at Sonnys place for a concert at Gillette with a bunch of friends. 15 mins down rt 1. Place was clean and had everything we needed. Great place with a larger group for any event in the area. Thanks again!

This stay was perfect for a group doing a charity bike ride. Linda was a wonderful support to the group and couldn't have been more helpful. Honestly went above and beyond and it was such a pleasure to communicate with here. The property is beautifully situated and quiet but not far from downtown Plymouth. Amenities are great. There is a nice general store a short walk away. We will be back again.

Perfect spot for our family of four! Easy walk into town. Tastefully decorated, comfortable beds, great showers, well-equipped kitchen. Sarah was a great communicator. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay very much. We were 6 adults and one infant in town for a family function. There is plenty of space for all to sleep and relax. (We enjoyed listening to some of Alex’s vintage vinyl records!) I should state, if you have toddlers with you, be extra careful of the many stairways. We were able to catch the Yarmouth fallfest fireworks from the top floor out door balcony. Thanks again Alex, hope to stay again soon.

I had an excellent stay at this Airbnb in Orleans, MA! The location was perfect—close to both the beach and charming local shops. The house was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and provided great recommendations for local activities. A peaceful, relaxing getaway in a beautiful part of Cape Cod—I’d definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay and would love to come back. Being able to use the pool and facilities was great for one of the rainy days we had. The golf course was nice and Samantha was very communicative and helpful when coordinating checking in.

Whitney & Emma were extremely responsive and kind hosts. They accommodated requests and ensured we had a smooth stay. The townhome is very cute, decorated perfectly to give you a MV feel, with cooling on the second floor and beautiful cross breeze from the outdoor patio. We had a great stay at Hudson's place. The house was exactly as described and we enjoyed the facility especially the easy access to tennis and pickle ball.
