Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Cape Cod Bay

Great host, extremely responsive and consistently checking in on us to make sure everything was spot on. The listing was accurate and everything was already taken care of before we arrived but I can imagine she would have been extremely responsive if required. I would highly recommend this place due to the proximity to downtown Newport without all of the immediate hustle and bustle and a nice cozy place to relax to end your day.

Marcela is a very helpful and attentive host. Her place is in a terrific location. It is highly walkable to restaurants and a large drug store chain, which was excellent because we did not have a car. Eat at Oasis Restaurant for delicious Brazilian carved meats and lots of extras on the huge buffet. Wonderful meal. Be sure to go hungry!

Absolutely amazing place to stay! The host is sweet and responsive and it's in a great area :) lots to do just by walking around. My groups and I had a great time here and would come back again!

This cozy space in a beautiful coastal neighborhood was perfect for a 1-night stay for myself, my husband, and our two dogs. Hosts were friendly and easy to work with. We found everything we needed.

Thanh’s place was really nice and comfortable for the four of us. We spent most of our time in Boston and Ubers were easy to get and at a good price after 9:30am. Highly recommend!

Brandon was a wonderful host and his place was great! He frequently checked in throughout the weekend to make sure everything was okay. The treats and wine on the counter were such a nice touch. Thank you for a great stay, we will definitely be back!

Great and understanding lady

This beautiful home right by the water was perfect for a family retreat. The neighborhood was safe as can be, the house was in pristine shape, and we felt right at home. Paul was an amazing host. As a group of 6-8 we had our fare share of plan changing. When we asked paul to see if changes could be made, he was happy to oblige. Paul gave great instructions on check in and check out, wifi was easy to access, and everything was just as described. We had an amazing time. Would book again.

My Family and I stayed at Ivy’s cozy Cape Cod home for 2 months. Ivy’s house is very comfortable and clean, the neighborhood is quiet and safe, and Ivy is an excellent host! We would love to come back and stay again during the summer! Thanks Ivy!

The place was exactly as the pictures! It is located in the basement but has plenty of windows and natural lighting! Very easy to find and check in was smooth. Lots of street parking as advertised. And the area was very quiet. I didn’t even hear the other guests in the house.

This house and property were charming and beautiful. The location was extremely close to beaches, restaurants, and stores all while being nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Hanna was an amazing host! Her place was gorgeous, clean, well-maintained, up-to-date, etc. She basically thought of everything, even a cheese grater which we needed when cooking fettuccine alfredo! The AC units in each room were perfect and kept the whole house at the perfect temp. Hanna responded quickly to all our questions through the app and was very friendly. 100% recommend her place and would definitely stay here again! (:

Our group of six adults had an amazing stay at this beautiful, modern home in Woods Hole! The house was impeccably designed and well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were incredibly cozy, ensuring everyone got a great night’s sleep. The location was perfect—steps away from the island ferry, making our trips to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard a breeze without the hassle of parking or shuttles. We loved the private nooks throughout the house, ideal for curling up with a book and coffee. The grill was a highlight, allowing us to enjoy several evenings cooking together. Being within walking distance to fantastic restaurants in Woods Hole was a huge plus, adding convenience and variety to our dining options. This home exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Ronda’s house was perfect for our family get together. Excellently positioned for all the Cape Cod sightseeing opportunities. Struggled with the a/c and the fire but it was only cold on one night, so not a problem. Beautiful home

Judy was such a great host. Very responsive and communicative. She was out of town the first two nights I stayed there and I really appreciated the level of trust she showed in me that I would respect her home. She also greeted me with a cup of tea and her adorable dog when they returned from their trip. So kind and friendly (both Judy and the dog 😁). The space was great. Super comfortable bed and an attached bathroom. I could easily walk to the Red Line and a ton of good restaurants, bars, local theaters, and coffee shops. It was delightful — I would definitely book here again the next time I’m in the Boston area!

I had a great stay! I could not have asked for a better host, home or location. Paul was very responsive and had already thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. The place was within walking distance to everything yet quiet and private. It was also equipped with all the necessities and we felt right at home. The two California king sized beds were incredible. Better than staying in a hotel! I highly recommend Paul’s place.

Perfect place for graduation weekend. Was able to have our own space with kitchen and very walkable for family to all graduation activities at MIT. Local restaurants made meal time easy.

Love, love, love this home. We were in town for our son’s Harvard graduation. You enjoy sweeping top two floors of a classic old house (almost mansion) but freshly painted and classic. Great kitchen, separate dining room we used to set up post graduation reception that opened into lovely living room. Chill open back porch to hang out in the fresh air. Super friendly diverse neighborhood where we actually made friends, including Jason at a nearby high-end wine and liquor store and the crew at Brasica (deserves a Michelin star). But the rock star foundation of this AirBnb is the downstairs tenant, Ryan. Such a kind, friendly, funny, responsive person. He must be visiting Jamaica Plains from another planet astronomers call AWESOME. I am blessed with a gorgeous beach villa on a remote cove in Baja Sur, Mexico. I’d host Ryan and his partner for free he was such a great help. Yes, I will stay again.

We were in town for a graduation and enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean - no issues at all! Tan was quick to respond with a few questions I had and even had Amazon overnight us a fan! Thank you Tan!

This is the second time I have stayed at Joseph's place. I came back because it is a five star place to stay. Joseph's place is immaculate, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the overall feeling is kick off your shoes and relax. Joseph is proactive in checking to make things are just right for his guests. While I did not have any questions, I'm sure he would be quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The house is located in a city neighborhood with multi-family houses close by but this second floor apartment is very quiet without any traffic or loud noises to disrupt the peaceful environment within the apartment. I grew up not far from this location and came to the area for family business but I would highly recommend this location for families planning on visiting the Greater Boston area. There is enough space for everyone. Oh, by the way, if you enjoy a wonderful cup of tea, Joseph has the best electric teapot I have ever used!

The apartment is aesthetically beautiful and provides a comfortable space/environment. It is conveniently located within walking distance of Commercial Street . Jason was exceptionally communicative and ensured that we checked in/out without any complications.
