The apartment is great. Super comfortable with beautiful decor. Close to strategic points. Safe. I highly recommend it. For those who are sensitive to light, the lack of blackout in the windows can be a problem. So that this aspect would not take away the shine of the refinement of the accommodation, I was offered a blindfold, of great quality. An easy and practical way to resolve the issue. I appreciate the sensitivity of the hosts.

This place was wonderful, close to shops and restaurants which we tried in the area. The surroundings were walkable and allowed us to explore easily. We loved our stay and Cezar was amazing to communicate with. He anticipated all our questions before we asked and made the entire process easy! I know the focus should be on the space, which is absurdly beautiful, but I would like to compliment Bianca first, who was the best host I have had the pleasure of staying with. Bianca was attentive, always ready to resolve any issue. It made us feel safe. Bianca understands the value of a trip/excursion with the family. The resort is wonderful… amazing pools, by the sea on a quiet beach. Beautiful. Very complete accommodation. Everything was perfect. Just invest and be surprised.

I spent a great weekend at this listing . The house is comfortable, clean, well-equipped and very cozy. The location is great, in a quiet area close to the main points of the city. Host Paulo was very attentive and helpful throughout the stay. I recommend and I will definitely return!

Nathália and its team (Júnior and Grazi) were sensational from the first contact. The house is really like the pictures and it has served us very well with several children and adults! The complete kitchen is a very positive point, as is the quality of the items in the suites. Very recommended.

The house is exactly the same as the photos. We received it very clean. The super-equipped kitchen with pans and utensils of all kinds. Super quiet enclosed condominium. The beach is more familiar and is a delight. The staff are all friendly and pro-active. Surroundings with markets, bakeries and restaurants. I highly recommend it! We had a problem with the air, which was quickly solved by Dalton. I will return more often for sure!

We loved our two days in the penthouse. Everything was very beautiful. And I loved the fact that there was no adult pool. So I felt safer with my children. has a children's pool that was perfect for them. the view is amazing, the suite room is wonderful. I was delighted with the table lol. My father has a marble shop and I've already told him I want one, lol. thank you very much to the boys who attended me, showing me the house. Me and my family love. I hope to return soon.

There is an exit through its own direct condominium in Praia 🏖️😎 Various kiosks, has the Rico Sucos (best açaí from RJ) Anyway, it's worth staying with Mr. Luiz. Perfect 👏

I went with my family, 4 adults, the space was perfect, the condominium's leisure area is wonderful, host Michele always responds quickly, gave us tips on what to do in Ubatuba, best places to eat, it is very close to the center, 10 minutes by car, next to the condominium there are restaurants, pizzerias and snack trailers too, you can walk, it was wonderful, I recommend it.

Our stay was wonderful! The apartment is super comfortable, with amazing beds and air conditioning in every room, which made all the difference. The house is very well equipped, it has everything we need for a quiet and hassle-free season. The barbecue on the balcony is excellent, we had a great time there! The beach area is impeccable, with a great structure and condominium staff who are always helpful and friendly. A special highlight for the condominium's ice machine, which was super useful for cooling the drink from the cooler we took to the sand. No doubt an experience to repeat! I recommend with my eyes closed.
